Un producto CRM absolutamente completo y moderno, a un costo bastante accesible a mi parecer.

Pros

Es un software extremadamente completo, con él no es necesario obtener más ningún otro producto para contabilidad y facturas. Así como ningún otro programa para correos corporativos ni de marketing. Este software tiene integración completa con todos los módulos necesarios para llevar al máximo la optimización de cualquier compañía. Es excelente.

Cons

Así como es tan completo este programa, me parece que es mucho mas necesario para empresas medianas a grandes.

Overall, I love how Bitrix helped us with CRM. Very feature-rich!

Pros

Bitrix24 is a collaboration tool with a focus on CRM and communication. I like that with the free account you can easily create leads, assign tasks and sort information. It even has an HR management system. The free account is great for small teams of 12.

Cons

It can be a lot to digest at first because it is a feature-rich app. The premium price is also steep for small businesses. However, the free account is good enough for smaller teams.

Pros

The ability to share folders and secure files were very welcomed. Also, the fact that it is free is quite helpful.

Cons

It was a bit underwhelming, to be honest. I expected more. The software wasn't user-friendly in my opinion. I found it a bit complicated to use overall which forced me to consider other software for my needs.

I recently use the system Bitrix24. At first it seemed like something incomprehensible. It turns out everything can be sorted out. After studying the instructions, it turned out not so difficult. I have to download the necessary documents and important contacts. For me personally, a user-friendly interface.

Olha, eu realmente encontrei no Bitrix uma ferramenta primorosa, com diversas possibilidades de integrações e centralização de áreas importantes como a comunicação com os clientes. Além disso tem um preço bem atrativo para quantidade de recursos oferecidos.

Cons

Não gostei muito da área de cadastramento dos projetos e atribuições de tarefa, pois enquanto usuário ativo, acho que poderia ter campos mais minuciosos para estes registros.

Pros

I fully agree with the negative evaluation of this system. No support. Constant malfunctions, servers are constantly hanging, just worn out completely. How can you keep such incompetent specialists?

Cons

The support has not solved any of my problems yet. Up to all it is necessary to reach most. Servers constantly hang or, in general, are inaccessible.

Bitrix24 allows me and my teammates to organize our daily tasks for the business. This way, we can plan well for our success.

Pros

I am using Bitrix24 to keep track of tasks related to a food delivery business. It is nice to organize the documents and media needed for the business and to make them easily accessible to the rest of the team. I also enjoy the chatting feature.

Cons

The interface is a bit too cluttered for my task. It would also be nice to make it easier to share files from my drive with my teammates.

Pros

It is nice interface and it give us ability to run our sales processes without a single charge. It can show you sales pipeline and you can any information about your client. Most of the pages are very flexibe as you can configure what to show.

Cons

It is limited by features in free version, some of them - like for example check of duplicates makes our live much harder. Some time it gets tricky achieving what you need but generally it give good abilities being free solution

Once you try to make some calls and track your activity, you find that you can no longer call direct from the telephony app: you need either to rent a random number from Bitrix or to integrate a cloud based PBX.
