It looks like creators really studied competitors and created a solution that overcomes shortcomings of Basecamp, Asana or Zoho Projects. But I was specifically looking at the commissions and for this it is useless for me. Pros I suppose it does what it says in that it will calculate a commission. But it is so simple, even the most basic of comp plans wont be covered by this app. Cons If you need to calculate a % of a number then I suppose you could call this a commission calculator, but it is so simple it is pretty much worthless except for the most basic of commission plans. It goes far beyond just managing a sales process. You can basically run entire company from it. One thing I am missing is integration with Evernote. Pros Easy to use. Fast support. You can use it as an Intranet for your company or project management tools, or an idea box. It is also one of the cheapest options you have to do any of these options. I use it as a landing page to prepare meetings and then to follow up on them with project charters, task distribution, chat, etc. Cons Although it is an All in a box tool, Bitrix is not a specialist on each of these tools. If you are looking for a serious Project Manager or CRM, you would have to go somewhere else and pay extra money to get it. Cons The software is not yet well known for its other services like lead management and analytics, which leads me to think that this might be less secure or harder to navigate.
