A interface da plataforma e muito linda o site inteiro e lindo e agradável isso e fato! O que mais me encantou foi o fato de tudo ser editável e ajustável, isso favorece as empresas adequarem a ferramenta de acordo com suas necessidades. Hoje trabalho na área da advocacia, e foi incrível o quando a ferramenta se adequou as minhas necessidades e as necessidades empresarial. ja usei o em outro negocio que possuo, e incrível como se encaixa perfeitamente a diversos tipos de negócios.

Cons

O plano do e muito caro, o que torna inviável para minha contabilidade. E claro que um serviço como Bitrix24 oferece, merece o preço que e cobrado, pois e excelente em termos de qualidade e de suporte. Como a minha empresa e de pequeno porte ainda há recursos para migrar para o plano pago ainda, e tendo como principal fator e que os recursos gratuito ja oferecem tudo que preciso para gerenciar as demandas da empresa.

As the first platform we used as a database, we were overall satisfied, despite it is not as deep as the current and more developed software and tools.

Pros

It was our first Sales management platform, so it was good since we had nothing else to compare with. We were overall happy with the service

Cons

It was not as developed and deep as a tool, for example, Salesforce, allows fewer things, despite being enough if you don't need a lot of things, but just a database.

Gosto como uma ferramenta para gestão de tarefas e apenas isso, a ferramenta de email mkt é terrível

Pros

O Tadashi é legal, sempre que precisei ele foi bem solicito mas o problema é que para coisas mais complicadas precisamos pagar e até oq era pra ser fácil virá difícil nessa ferramenta.

Cons

O kanban de tarefas é interessante mas não possui uma priorização, se a tarefa é urgente ela não fica no topo da coluna. Qualquer coisa extra que vc precise de ajuda do suporte você terá que pagar, e o design da ferramenta é muito ruim e pouco user friendly com várias funções escondidas, fora o curso deles que promete ensinar mas não auxilia nada de forma profunda.

Utilizo há 10 meses. Há 12 funcionários que utilizam o Portal. Utilizo CRM Tarefas Messenger Docuemntos Drive E-mail Base de conhecimento Site é muito travado, não funciona, dá vários bugs durante o dia. Trava praticamente toda hora. Possui muitas funcionalidades, mas tem que melhorar muito ainda. E, principalmente, tem que ter um suporte por telefone ou chat, pois não tem como os usuários tirarem dúvidas, somente o administrador, que nunca tem tempo e não usa o sistema como os usuários.

Pros

Gosto de saber que tem muitas possibilidades de vinculação com outros aplicativos, como whatsapp, e-mail e poder personalizar as abas.

Cons

Não ter um suporte por telefone ou chat, pois não tem como os usuários tirarem dúvidas, somente o administrador, que nunca tem tempo e não usa o sistema como os usuários. A caixa de obervações é mutio pequena e fica muito fina, seria bom deixar a visualização da anotação mais larga, pois é muito ruim de ver e achar os comentários. Dá erro no E-mail, nos usuários, no produto, no comentário que some do nada, os arquvios anexados somem também. O fato de um negócio abrr soemnte em aba e se nós clicarmos fora ela fecha, pois as vezes clicamos fora sem querer e tudo se perde.

é uma multi-ferramenta personalizável e facilmente integrável que permite que literalmente qualquer processo de pré-vendas, vendas e pós-vendas seja construída nela. Além disso é uma ferramenta muito intuitiva de se aprender e tem inúmeras facilidades em sua UX.

Alguns detalhes mínimos na implementação do sistema que impossibilitam nativamente certas automações que necessitam ser construídas por meios de integrações, como a transferência de dados de produtos entre entidades no CRM.

My use of Bitrix was mainly limited to the use of its messaging, for supervisors and other work colleagues. I never had any problems with those functionalities, maybe sometimes the chats were down and difficult to see when there were many members in a team, but the platform was functional. Also, the publications made by team leaders were shown in the “Feed” and could be “acknowledged” with a button to let them know they received the information.

Pros

Bitrix seemed to me to be a platform with a lot of functionalities that I did not use, but that, if they were used, I consider that it would provide fantastic utilities for that team. As for the messaging and notifications functionality, I found it very good and perhaps “traditional”, but effective.

Cons

What I have to say is that the platform has many functionalities that perhaps are not taken advantage of because everything is quite messy and even chaotic due to the amount of elements on the screen that are seen, this should be improved.

I've used Bitrix for a while now to bridge the gap between my company and clients, like the Korean tattoo artists I support. It's still a very user-friendly platform, even with the language barrier, I can teach the basics easily.

Pros

While the core functionality remains solid, the recent changes to the free version feels like a step backward for very small businesses. It's still a powerful tool, but it's no longer as "worry-free" as it used to be for those of us managing limited budgets. However, still nothing beats , andd believe me I have tried a lot of CRM out there and I always come back to this.

Cons

The recent changes to the Free version have been disappointing. Specifically, I can no longer easily monitor how many GB of the storage weve used, which make smanaging files feels like a guessing game.

Gosto dos recursos, interface e do funcionamento geral. Quanto às questões comerciais, acho pouquíssimo confiável e não tenho segurança em assinar qualquer plano.

Pros

Gosto especialmente das tarefas e projetos.

Cons

Assinei um plano e aos poucos foram retirados recursos que estavam previstos para o mesmo. Com isso forçam a migrar para um outro plano que custe mais caro. Fosse apenas isso, poderiam ter proposto um ajuste de preço e estaria tudo bem. Feito da forma que fizeram, quebrou a minha confiança. Como posso ter certeza de que o padrão não se repetirá e num futuro próximo o novo plano contratado será também "enxugado" me forçando a migrar novamente?

Do layout, das ferramentas e do market, das diversas ferramentas, da facilidade no acesso

Suporte. Acho fraco e não gosto de ficar passando de níveis de atendimento. Demoram responder, acredito que por causa do fuso horário. Mas como é uma plataforma online isso não deveria acontecer. Falta mais proximidade com o cliente, eles informam um passo-a-passo ao invés de falar diretamente com o cliente, pedir acesso remoto e tentar entender o problema. Ferramentas com muitos problemas. Falta treinamento adequado da ferramenta. Muito complexa e sem vídeos explicativos breves. E-mail marketing não funciona da forma como falaram. Acho que o forms de vocês está limitado, poderia ser como o Jotform. Versão mobile bem amadora!

Es demasiado costoso, además de que la plataforma me ha fallado mucho en el envío de SMS. Para resolver un problema o una integración, es necesario recurrir a un partner, y la plataforma de socios falla con frecuencia. Al momento de enviar la documentación, aparece que faltan campos por llenar, aunque estén completos.

I used it at one of my previous employer. Initially I find it complex but within few days I was able to learn about all its features.

Pros

It's a very good task management, team communication and project tracking tool. It offers a lot of good features like chats & video calls, meetings, calendar, time tracking, task reminders, document sharing etc.

Cons

It has a complex user interface that for a newbie is difficult to understand. It is a costly program with limited customization options.

O "planejador" onde as tarefas são posicionadas de um jeito organizado e de visual muito agradável e prático.

Cons

As últimas versões gratuitas tiraram o controle de tempo e o uso de projetos. Como sou uma empresa muito pequena, praticamente sou um profissional liberal, acho o produto caro para poder ter essas ferramentas novamente.

Uso há mais de um ano, mas não me considero heavy user. Também não exploro a plataforma ao ponto de dizer que conheço todas as soluções. Porém, as seções que eu mais uso (feed, chats e tarefas) cumprem muito bem o seu propósito.

Gosto da maneira como a plataforma foi desenhada, encontro facilmente o que eu preciso.
