um boa experiência, mas com certas inseguranças. O App não é pratico, o que dificulta acompanhamento quando em deslocamento. A interface é boa, porém apresenta lentidão mesmo em computadores com boa configuração.

\- falta de relatórios; - fragilidade que permite mover cards sem querer e não conseguir voltar; - falta de cores nos cards - mudança recente nos itens dos planos, com funções que eu assinei e não ficou mais disponível. - dificuldades no uso do APP

Extremante cansativa quando precisamos de um suporte de nível 2 ou 3 de verdade para resolver falhas e erros no sistema que ajudamos a resolver e nos tratam desta forma com descaso e sem ao menos uma previsão para correção, não estão conseguindo cumprir o contrato de resolver com 2 dias!

Tinha um valor justo para trabalhadores no brasil quando começamos com crm+

Cons

Aumento mais de 1.000% e continuamos com a mesma quantidade de usuários e temos que pagar além disso whatszap e telefone separado :( sem contar com péssimo atendimento e suporte nunca resolvem nada, o servidor do bitrx24 esta com falhas, erros e atrasos enormes de ate 2 dias para enviar um simples e-mail de texto que seria a única parte que ficou por conta do sem passar para terceiros.

I used it at one of my previous employer. Initially I find it complex but within few days I was able to learn about all its features.

Pros

It's a very good task management, team communication and project tracking tool. It offers a lot of good features like chats & video calls, meetings, calendar, time tracking, task reminders, document sharing etc.

Cons

It has a complex user interface that for a newbie is difficult to understand. It is a costly program with limited customization options.

Boa, exceto pela falta de respeito na mudança de regras para algo simples como o histórico de conversas.

Pros

Ferramentas bem completas, otima integração.

Cons

A versão free era super completa, e acima da media no mercado. Porem sem motivo para tal o Bitrix bloqueia varias ferramentas e ainda o histórico de conversas. As ferramentas tudo bem, acho que é uma decisão comercial para vender a versão completa, mais o histórico de conversas, isso é falta de respeito com o usuário. Poderia ter dado prazo para salvar, pois temos coisas importantes, decisões e aceites feito por ali.

I worked at marketing agency as an HR and executive assistant. All the processes were under my supervision. We had several sections. Sales, HR, trainings, and company drive. We mainly use to keep our sales stages and he stages. Unfortunately we don't generate any documents, though I know it's possible. So the main advantages of this CRM were out of our operations. And it is costly I think

Pros

I have been working with over a year. To be honest it was my first time to work with CRM. As a management tool to simplify many processes I did like it. Also drive option on corporate and individual level to store your files. Bitrix 24 offers many options, but it's a little complicated. Existing chat feature that allows to creat any group or meeting chats, to make it confidential is great. To limit opportunities vor B and A level employees is also a good option in operation. Also I like task management features. Deadlines attendee observer Features. Unfortunately the company I worked with didn't use many features of this CRM to have greater benefit out of it: sales pipelines, documenting features. Overall for the beginner level I liked it.

Cons

As a C level worker, I used all the features our company had an access. And the abundance of buttons and confirmation were too much. I didn't like to put save button at any turn.

First that it has a free version to try and understand before buy it. Secondo, the fact that is a really good SaaS software, in just a minute you can deploy a CRM :)

En general los empleados tuvieron una curva muy larga de aprendizaje, es tan amplio que cuesta implementarlo y darle uso al 100%, una vez que llegamos a utilizarlo de manera fluida, se han incrementado los precios en un 150% y cambiado las condiciones de manera injusta para nosotros y este tipo de practicas continúan a la fecha lo cual se traduce en un descontento general en el uso de la herramienta y las condiciones en la cual se presta.

Pros

Tiene muchas funcionalidades útiles en diferentes áreas, es muy amplio y facilita el trabajo colaborativo.

Cons

Han incrementado precios de manera abusiva, han quitado opciones de manera unilateral incluso en los planes mas caros, prometen una cosa al principio y todo puede cambiar si así les parece. Tienen un contrato abusivo y poco fiable para el cliente y ellos tienen toda tu información prácticamente secuestrada sin opción a llevártela a otro lado o si quiera a respaldara de manera frecuente

Está siendo una gran experiencia. Aprender es fácil, encontrar funciones es fácil, crear soluciones también es fácil.

Pros

Es un sistema totalmente integrado con todo lo que necesito para gestionar mi negocio. La integración con otros sistemas que utilizo también es sencilla.

Cons

Hay margen de mejora para Bitrix para cerrar las características de «última milla». Algunas características parecen estar separadas del sistema. OpenSlot es un gran sustituto de Calendlly, pero no me da el correo electrónico del tercero que programa una reunión conmigo, por ejemplo.
