What I Liked most about bitrix 24 is the price of the software it was worth spending for for some users. It would be cheap. I can see it is really not budget friendly, but it is very user-friendly. It has free trial that you can try on and believe it or not. I swear you would love it. It has also some more features that every business needs.

Cons

I think what I liked least about it That sometimes it is very slow and has a bug, but it was resolved very quickly. The customer service is also responding very timely. I am asking for a better mobile features so that I can really enjoy using this software.

Me parece muy útil la gestión de calendarios y la manera de realizar la trazabilidad de tareas y proyectos asignados ya que ayuda positivamente a mejorar los índices de productividad, gestión del tiempo y de los mismos equipos de trabajo. Es una plataforma intuitiva y de fácil uso y exploración, al igual que los registros de los colabores en el mismo entorno.

En la parte de la gestión de tareas a veces no es fácil realizar el cierre, postergación e inicio de las mismas. Debería brindar la posibilidad de negociar entre las partes implicadas los tiempos para los KPI y asignación de las tareas.

Es muy buena plataforma, 10 de 10 fácil de usar de entender y de pagar

He probado muchos CRM’s y las ventajas que presenta Bitrix son notables, te permite un nivel de automatización muy alto desde la licencia standard, puedes generar documentos, hacer que los prospectos avancen de etapa de manera automática, integrándolo con mensajeros, puedes enviar mensajes automáticos a clientes y proveedores, y lo mejor de esto es que la curva de aprendizaje para administrar e implementar la plataforma es pequeña, es fácil de entender y manejar, lo recomiendo ampliamente sobre otros productos.

Cons

En la reserva de recursos, y el calendario, sería una decisión muy asertiva permitir la configuración automática de fecha y hora en eventos de calendario, desde el nivel standard, ya que una característica clave de un crm para una mediana y pequeña empresa de servicios tiene como modulo central la calendarizacion de eventos. Otra desventaja es no poder usar los atajos de texto en los mensajeros desde la versi’on standard, ya que representa una función vital en la pequeña y mediana empresa

I like how it has a lot of functions and can be integrated with other tools, so it's a one-stop shop for everything we do for work.

Since it has too many functions, some don't work as well as we want. It is also laggy and has many bugs (but maybe we have too many users).

La comparación entre precio y funcionalidades es abismal, no cobra por usuario, sino por planes y ahí radica la diferencia para una pequeña o mediana empresa, inclusive para las grandes ya que el costo de otros CRMs se dispara cuanto más colaboradores con usuario en la plataforma uno posea.

He tenido una gran experiencia en general, conectar mi CRM con los diferentes canales comunicación es una joya, combinarlo con la asignación de tareas, con mis listas de contactos, es una gran experiencia, sin embargo si ha sido complicado lograr automatizar ciertas funciones ya que no es la herramienta más intuitiva por su naturaleza amplia de funciones, además que la plataforma por ser de otro país, las traducciones de reglas a veces son confusas. Por mi parte me gustaría más integraciones nativas con apps de envíos masivos como Mailer Lite o Activecampaign.

Pros

Hay demasiadas funciones interesantes, es una gran plataforma que ofrece demasiadas soluciones, ofrece buenas opciones de automatizaciones, conexión entre las diferentes secciones de la app, muy versátil, ayuda a mantener todo en un solo lugar sin involucrar más aplicaciones.

Cons

Por lo mismo de lo robusto de la app, es complicado entender las lógicas de configuración y hace un poco complejo y tardado la implementación. No es una herramienta intuitiva y los webinars de partners son muy básicos para poder llegar al punto necesario de lo que se necesita.

If your business is not very large or complex, the free version is sufficient. It is easy to connect with other programs that automate marketing campaigns. The simplified feature is a great way to share information and communicate with everyone who uses it or just a specific group. Segmentation can be done based on subgroups. The search function is excellent, allowing you to find information previously organized by company or contact.

Cons

The features that take care of managing deals and the sales funnel are more complex than those of other cloud CRM providers. We tried using it initially, but it wasn't what we were looking for. The permissions function is reduced. We tried to identify the type of person who has their own business/contacts in mind, but it was not possible. Sometimes the interface of a system is too complex in certain sections.

CRM is the key element for any company to thrive in the digital world besides SEO (Search Engine Optimization). We cannot dig deep around it, since it is not our aim topic here. Just know that CRM is a tool that helps companies stay in touch with their clients by analyzing their needs to increase sales. Not only has it. Microsoft, Salesforce, Zoho, to name just those, have it as well. I really like the fact that Bitrix24 has its own CRM integrated. We don’t need to find another CRM tool elsewhere. It is very helpful because the software enables us to create a detailed database about our clients. This is a very promising product that needs to be improved. I think its whole potential is far from being completely unlocked. Meanwhile, before we have a new version, I globally enjoy this software.

First of all, what is ? It is a multi-operations software that enables multi-tasking, from: Creating business sites, automating sales, and project management with rich communication features. That’s why it is called the “All-In-One”. The things that I like about this software lie in its essential tabs on the dashboard: - The Activity Stream from which we can see the employees of a given project with whom we can interact through chats (both video or text) or comments; there’s a comment section actually for the different projects. While writing, we can share files and use emojis; - The Employees tab presents the organizational chart with the names of all the employees. And, we can organize it as we want by adding new members or removing some, creating different Departments, and sharing the roles. This makes team management very efficient; - The Tasks and projects tab that permits us to create tasks and manage the different teams working on them. What is even cooler with this tab is that Bitrix24 gives us an Analytics kind-of-feature that shows in real-time the performances of the different projects, the timing from the beginning to the ending planned, the ongoing tasks, the completed ones, and the total; - The CRM which stands for Customer Relationship Management. What is adorable with the CRM of Bitrix24 is that we have a whole tab dedicated called CRM, and it is actually very intuitive to use: We can add our clients’ names, their contacts, and some notes about them.

2 things that are less-likable: - The custom support is sometimes hard to reach. They take a long time to reply to our emails. This can make us feel lonely facing some bugs we would like to report and get the help we need; - The price is too high for small businesses. charges USD61 /month (from time to time we can have sales dropping the price) for an entry-level; while softwares like Zoho charges only USD12/month.
