Some of our clients don't like Hubspot, or find it too expensive. They usually go for Bitrix or Zoho CRM. Bitrix is good, but adds too much overhead for us and additional stress.

Pros

I liked that it had a lot of features to offer. We considered this product for a client of ours after they brought it to our attention. Doing integrations was painful as a lot of bugs happened in this system

Cons

It's very user-friendly, but the design made it difficult for our client's employees to work on it and we had to bring in a Bitrix expert to do continuous training for them.

Mi experiencia con el software ha sido positivo ya que ha ayudado a mejorar el canal de ventas por medio de campañas de marketing y la correcta comunicacion entre todos los usuarios debido a que tenemos un control de las tareas.

Pros

Es una plataforma de facil implementacion para la gestion de clientes que ayuda mucho en el proceso de ventas, pero para poder utilizar ciertas caracteristicas es necesario tener un plan superior, la instalacion y gestion de usuarios desde la plataforma es genial haciendo que todos se comuniquen y trabajen juntos como si estuvieran en la oficina.

Cons

Para poder utilizar las caracteristicas principales se necesita una licencia que puede parecer un poco costosa dependiendo la cantidad de personas, para los usuarios que ingresan por primera vez les puede parecer dificil pero todo es acostumbrarse, el soporte tecnico deberia mejorar ya que suelen contestar en 24 horas.

I don't know, nothing special to me. all I actually like is CRM system is neat, and I can edit my status, name, avatar like a mini socical media flatform, its cute and helpfull

Cons

everything, the most is customer service, we have to PAY MORE to get support for training to use Bitrix? why? secondly, I asked for support (problems happens, ex: Marketing seems missing so we cannot send email to customer...etc), i gotta mail to customer service, lucky me, 3 days no answer. I'm not sure, just because my company have used Bitrix for more than 2+yrs so i gotta go along. If it was me, I would never purchase this.

Es una plataforma muy complicada visualmente. Se invierte más tiempo en llenar campos de informacion que en gestionar al prospecto, no se puede retomar conversaciones antiguas si no es con plantillas.

Pros

Varias funciones y se personaliza de acuerdo a la empresa

Cons

Tiene tantos campos que es dificil en un flujo alto de clientes estar llenando dato por dato, hay opción de robar clientes entre asesores, las personas q no son tecnologicas no podrían adaptarse, no es intuitivo.

overall is a good trusted CRM that does the de job for an affordable price, and a lot of functions, and has scalability. you may understand that support is a bit limited for advanced stuff.

Pros

It s is a good CRM option, the price is based on plans which include a number of users and functions (but others may charge per users and pers functions) for less than 5 persons can be pricy, for 100 users is very very affordable, also a free staring option. It is big enough to have a lot of forums and supportThe support is accessible but limited Yt has a lot of functions, a lot you won´t worry about missing a function on scalability.

Cons

\-They may change the prices and plans at any time (and it goes up) it happened to me twice all ready, an email saying our prices will increase in one month, and nothing to do. about 20% each time.-Support may be very limited, it may end by saying please contact a local partner for that.

Pros

We are in need of good project management software, and is the best solution for our company as it can be use to managing project across department and all the department can have their own group that can be separated from each other. Bitrix24 also has a common place for communication that everyone on the company can interact with each other.

Cons

Asana should start reconsidering to revamp the dashboard interface, it is to cluttered with all the feature and tools. I thing it will good if the tools for other than for project management should be moved from the main dashboard for easy organization of the software.

We are using to manage our CRM system and solving anything related to our client. Bitrix24 also help us to collaborate on project and managing it to the max by using tool like Kanban board to do the planning and to-do list for checking every task that associate with the project.

Pros

Britrix24 has everything that a project management needs such as collaborative tools and storage space. The messenger platform let us to organized and and collaborate more effective and solving problem and issue instantly. also has more competitive pricing plan that has fit our needs and less costly than other software.

Cons

Some of the CRM tools is quite confusing to use and there no complete guide or documentation that can help me to study its functionality. Sometimes, the system are running slow if i am opening certain tools or when they are updating the software and we cant accessing the system.

Lo mejor que tiene es que puedes incluir formularios con agenda de citas y cuando un lead llena el mismo se genera un perfil de cliente en forma automática dentro del crm, el cual es ubicado en el inicio de un funnel para su seguimiento.

Cons

No me gusta que a vi una vez en una reunión de trabajo con un cliente potencial que el chat del crm puesto en el ecommerce de una cliente no funcionaba correctamente.

My overall experience with is very good. It helps me and my organization to track every project very efficiently. We use this application on daily basis. This is one of the must have application for every team.

Pros

I like because it provides lot of features in the free version itself like Kanban and Gantt. I really like the user interface and the custom background options and specially the video theme. It also provides the inbuilt drive storage, So I can store all my files there. The messaging feature helps me lot to chat with the teammates. The tasks is one of the best feature that Bitrix24 provides. You can add observer, responsible person in particular tasks. The commenting section of the tasks helps to provide real time feedback and queries. Also, the application for various platforms helps me to track everything. The efficiency feature is a very good feature, it shows how efficient you are with your tasks. It also has an integrated web mail that helps me to read all my mails right in Bitrix24.

Cons

The notification system of the application is little annoying because whenever I log in, I see the same notifications again and again sometime. So that needs to be fixed.
