En general Bitrix 24 es una excelente alternativa a bajo y de fácil implementación para que las empresas pequeñas puedan contar con una plataforma de CRM para gestionar a sus clientes de una manera efectiva y los detalles que debe afinar para mejor como software no son tan riesgosos tomando en cuenta las ventajas que brinda al punto de ser un mini ERP.

Pros

Las ventajas de Bitrix 24 van más allá de un simple CRM para gestionar clientes, crear prospectos y sus respectivas promesas de atención. Esta plataforma tiene ciertas funcionales que lo hacen ver como una buena alternativa para tener un ERP en la empresa y que las diferentes áres vean como avanzan las ventas. Incluso, se pueden generar proyecciones y asignar metas de ventas para los miembros de los diferentes equipos.

Cons

Este software debe de mejorar algunos aspectos con el tema de la calibración de las gestiones en seguimiento. Es decir, cuando se le da una promesa como seguimiento, volver a llamar, no llamar más o venta distinguir entre criterios definitivos y promesas temporales. Son detalles mínimos.

Horrible mainly due to their integrated channel partner Kala Group Technologies who defrauded me and when I came to Bitrix for help, they were very rude and did not care about the pain I was going through.

Pros

At 1st glance it looks great, like their platform can do anything your businesses needed but it is false adervisting.

Cons

They do not actually manage their own business or customers, Instead, they pass you off to shady channel partners from all over the wold who lie and cheat to take your money. When you complain, they say (we have a no refund policy)

Reason for choosing Bitrix24

Because their website and dozens of other places state they have a predictive dialer solution. This is what I was promised. I paid thousands of dollars and only after they took my money did they say no, they made a mistake but refused to refund me and threatened me.

Pros

This has a google app to allow you to pick up on the go once you log off of the Desktop version of Bitrix 24.

Cons

I dont know why They allowd us to use the build in voip calling feature last year, but not this year. All last year I used my Own voip dialer to call my contacts. But now they want pay. That was a good part of the App for me The App is now way to confusing. they want me to join now or sign up now. I am just confused.

Vou ser sincera, eu gosto de tudo que uso no Bitrix: Principalmente o chat, tarefa, a carinha dele é linda, calendário, feed etc. o trabalho que faço não da para fazer aqui...

Cons

Eu preciso pensar porque não lembro se tem algo que não gostei, vou ficar devendo.

One platform for many solutions - CRM, project management, time management Project and TASK management tool really good.

Cons

On paper all looks fine, but when you begin to work, then lot of problems appears almost in every tool, except Project management. For example, in CRM under Company history you not see any activity, even there are lot of activities with Companies staff that are linked with current company. If you plan new activity and want this activity link to new Contact, Company, Opportunity, it is not possible - you need at first create company, contact or opportunity - with almost all other CRM systems - Pipedrive, Pipeliner, GoldMine you can do this on the fly. Also lot of problems with Time management and Work time reports, where shows unrealistic times - for example - time worked per day - more as 44 hours!!! Looks that Bitrix different modules created separately and common features not links between modules and works as separate units and then is question - is it really one platform? Another words are for Bitrix support - worst what I seen - even we have Proffesional subscription plan. Our support tickets waiting for reaction more as 3 days, sometimes no answers. Bitrix deskto app have direct connection to Bitrix support, but sometimes no response for weeks. Also many answers are from point - we give answer for just answer, but no solving problem. Bad!

I have gotten in touch with the customer service and they have been very co operative and resourceful. So, if you want to start off with CRM activities as a start up or mid-sized company, you can definitely start with Bitrix 24

Pros

It is a very intuitive tool which takes care of your daily CRM activities, lead management, etc. The best part about the software is how easy it is to implement and there are user guides/video tutorials for almost everything that is available on the platform. You can simply go and get up and running within a few days, after a couple of videos and tutorials. I like the interface, it is very neat. It's extremely helpful for tracking your customers and partners alike.

Cons

I have been using it for about 6 months and there is practically nothing that I find challenging to use. It is a budget-friendly tool and extremely robust.

It was easy to integrate into my business, and its capacity to scale was amazing. I really did enjoy using it although i think the flow of the user interface could be a bit better. This deserves a try before you decide if you use or not

Cons

The cost for the additional features turned out to be a little pricey for my situation but the capacity and integrations available were very exciting.

Their free tier is amazing, and I really like the idea of being and expended CRM, Intranet and more. Bitrix24 is its own category, and I haven't found a similar tool covering so many bases.

Cons

By having so many features, it can be confusing at times. It will take some time to take full advantage of what Bitrix24 has to offer.

We are a team of 4 people, which is in different location and country. We chose Bitrix for its simplicity, multi-language and are used on android.

Pros

There are a maximum of options with an easy to use interface.

Cons

What I like about plsu is the application on android. I did not find an application that has other resemblance with the web version.

The Cons section has limited characters for writing, but I could continue with more and more. As a whole we lost hundreds of hours for contacting them to fix bugs. Their customer service is good, but the product is generally unfinished.

The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen. I would rate it as a total garbage. The worst is that we are losing money every day because of it. Receiving empty messages, no function to view EML files, they claim the IMAP only uses our own external settings, but strangely emails go through their system and get filtered out. We have never ever had issues with messages bouncing back and being rejected. Our hosting provider logged into the CRM, analyzed it, tested it numerous times, and the problem is there. Roundcube - no problem, Gmail - no problem, Bitrix24 - tons of rejected messages. Reports section. There is no option for inclusion of emails and phone of the contracts attached to the deal!!!!! Which makes the section useless for us. But u cannot also include those fields in the list view in the Deals. Their Products section is also unfinished. How does it integrate with calendar? No such thing. Is there an option for having automatic decrease of the available products according to the Deals. Nope Permissions. Very limited functionality. Can u imagine that an employee can view the Subscription settings? Or access the CRM analytics Email marketing. No emojis functionality. How one can market anything without emojis nowadays? No integrations with Google Drive. No integrations with popular ecommerce solutions (except for Codecanyon plugins)

Pros

Opportunity to use free options, chat and meeting option are perfect. Reporting option is good, but isn't very flexible.

Cons

The software is complicated and there is a need to learn it first and teach newcomers. Reporting opportunities are not good for a charity, modifications require additional contributions.
