Manejar clientes, estrategias de marketing y procesos de venta me ha sido muy fácil e intuitivo con este software y la curva de aprendizaje me pareció pequeña.

Pros

Me gusta que tiene una versión gratuita muy completa, que es muy útil para quienes desean ensayar la herramienta primero y para quienes apenas están arrancando con su negocio y aún no cuentan con los recursos económicos para una versión de pago.

Cons

No le veo desventajas o puntos débiles importantes como para nombrar contras. De pronto podría nombrar que me hubiera gustado conocerla antes.

Lo que más te ha gustado de es cuenta con una versión gratuita que permite a las pequeñas empresas y startups utilizar sus funcionalidades sin costo alguno. También me interesó el chat y las videollamadas en HD

Cons

Nitrix24 puede resultar abrumador para algunos usuarios nuevos debido a la gran cantidad de funciones y herramientas disponibles en la plataforma. La integración con otras aplicaciones y procesos puede ser un proceso complicado y requiere conocimientos técnicos especializados.

Reasonably good. I use this for the CRM function, and it does the job however can be clunky and hard to navigate at times.

Pros

I like that it is a basic CRM with the ability to track meetings linked to individual profiles.

Cons

I think there are a number of changes that could be made: 1. The ability to have a meeting logged with more than one employee, as right now it only allows for one 2. The ability to have a meeting logged with more than one contact or company, as right now it only allows for one. 3. Better visualization of data within the software 4. Make it easier and quicker to track meetings

Pros

is a jack of all trades in the software space. You can set it up to do many things, like project management applications, CRM, marketing platform, it has it all in one solution.

Cons

Because it's so robust, it sacrifices the user-friendliness and it's not that intuitive. The desktop app and mobile app tend to have problems.

cold calls, routine calls, call tracking, voicemail recordings and monitoring of workers phone usage from the office its better than using service providers like econet and netone

Pros

l had a chance to use at an internship for cold calling to customers it recognizes and picks up old numbers from previous calls which is handy when you are making bulk calls it allows for other incoming calls whilst you are own call, recording of phone conversation and keeping of a list of contacts its the good to go platform if you have WiFi and you need to do bulk calls it allows web conferencing which is just great at a work place. its easy to use too, and you don't need to maintain anything at all it can be configured to give voicemail and instructions to clients you only need headphones, and a computer it does not necessarily require a telephone to make calls one can monitor calls directly at the workplace, no need to wait for the service provider to give you a call log at the end of the month like we used to do with Telone and other Zimbabwean service providers

It was awesome and even the FREE version of offers a lot more features for a SME to maintain their projects.

Pros

It has everything you need to manage your projects, while maintaining team collaboration as well external stakeholders can also get access to your application \[role permission restricted\] and provide live feedback

Cons

The application gets a little bit expensive when your team scales up and back then it's mobile application \[android\] was having a lots of bugs

Utilizamos o Bitrix a cerca de 6 meses e tem sido bem positivo no ganho de agilidade e prospecção em vendas. Possui automações com WhatsApp o que possibilita criação de campanhas de inbound marketing fazendo ação cruzada com WhatsApp e Email. Até o momento está trazendo resultados bem positivos em nosso comercial.

Cons

Não há uma versão trial, e é necessário um onboarding bem feito para entender o software.

facilitates team management

Pros

is an easy to use software, it allows you to manage the history of contacts or prospects and stored. The communication is unified so everything is managed in one platform such as project and sales management. I recommend it to medium sized companies or those just starting out. Frankly, it has everything you need to get off to a good start.

Cons

It's a good software, but to tell the truth, customer support is limited. Another thing is that the mobile version doesn't include all the features, especially when you're traveling. The server is also slow sometimes.

Pra quem usa inicialmente não é tão simples inserir as funções mas com bom estudo fomos pegando a pratica.

È molto utile per aziende molto strutturate , con team di marketing grandi e molti venditori. Utile la funzione di project management

Cons

Troppo evoluto per il contesto in cui ero (ristorante). La pubblicità online diceva che era un ottimo software di marketing all-in-one per un ristorante....ma chiaramente chi ha fatto questa pubblicità non ha mai lavorato in un ristorante! Magari va bene per aziende più grandi e complesse, ma di sicuro no per piccole attività locali. Sarebbe utile anche avere guide che spieghino meglio come utilizzarlo.

Pros

è molto utile come software di gestione del calendario condiviso aziendale. Grazie a Bitrix24 siamo sempre informati su eventuali riunione, call, meeting o appuntamenti, sia nostri che dei colleghi.

Cons

É un po' limitante dal punto di vista delle funzionalità e molte di esse sono a pagamento.

has a lot to offer and I must say when a team gets to learn and get used to it, they will have a good online office to work on. However, the software is not that user-friendly and not that convenient to use. Personally, it took me quite a while getting used to the interface and everything within. It's not something I will actually recommend.

Pros

You can manage the software if you are the creator or the admin and create different workspaces; Hence, it's like working in an online office with different departments, discuss projects and other work-related tasks according to workspace.

Cons

The interface seem to be all over the place. It is not that user-friendly and needs some time getting used to its total functionality

### "Make a lot of promises, could not keep them"

Extremely poor customer service. we were made a lot of promises by our US distributor that turned out to be lies. He was shady as a snake oil salesman. When we reached out to Bitrix direct, they kept saying they were looking into the issue and escalating it, then not responding. When I would get hold of someone, we had to start all over again and they would escalate again, repeat. I am currently waiting on a response from the 3rd time they have escalated.

Pros

Hard to say, we were never able to get the system set up before the US distributor stopped returning our calls. We currently are supposed to have a license, but they disabled our logins

Cons

We were made a lot of promises about this software that were not true. When we called our distributor on not following through on the promises, he stopped returning our calls. When I reached out to Bitrix direct, they would tell us they were escalating the issue, then not respond for over a week. Then when we did connect, they started it again and it's been over week with no response

Reason for choosing Bitrix24

We thought we had a partner in Kala Group who could help us optimize the product. Turns out once they had our money, we didn't matter to them anymore.
