Pros

What I like most about Bitrix24 is that it combines so many tools into one platform task management, chat, CRM, and file sharing. It keeps my team aligned without having to switch between different apps. The workflow automation also saves a lot of time.

Cons

The interface can feel cluttered at times, and there’s definitely a learning curve in the beginning. The mobile app also isn’t as smooth as the desktop version, which makes working on the go a bit tricky.

I like that Bitrix24 has an intuitive interface that allows users to customize with ease to match their desired features. It also very user friendly so new users do not struggle to navigate. Bitrix24 customer service team is highly responsive which is very influential especially during deployment as well when we issue any queries.

I do not have any dislikes on this Bitrix24. It has been an exceptionally great tool for us, it has been awesome.

We have now been working with Bitrix24 in a trial phase for about six months, currently with around 12 people. The system has since fulfilled its purpose and supports us well alongside our existing system. However, we have to do without some functions, which is not ideal. In the meantime, we have engaged a Gold partner who supports us from time to time. Unfortunately, his help is still limited on some topics. Although we are still in the trial phase, it looks like we will switch to Bitrix24 despite the limitations. The final decision is planned for the end of the year, and then we plan a complete transition.

Pros

We have actually looked at many solutions, but Bitrix24 is unique in terms of price-performance ratio. Up to 100 licenses are already included in the Professional version.

Cons

The support from the AI bot has actually been very poor and unhelpful so far. Unfortunately, the same can be said about the real support: up to now, not a single request regarding the functionality has been adjusted or resolved.

It has been good - the pros outweigh the cons. Bitrix24 works for: - Lead Management - Marketing - Call Center - HR & Employee Communications - Sales Management - Automations - Project Management - Website & Online Store Builder It's not a simplistic as HubSpot or Monday, so it may put some people off, but it is scalable without breaking the bank. If your business is 10+ employees, then Bitrix24 can offer massive subscription cost savings as the Professional subscription offers up to 100 User licenses.

Pros

An All-In-One CRM that has loads of customisation that it is close to bespoke, but with the bonus that features are continuously being improved and developed within your subscription costs. It can be good straight out the box, but most customers will want to work with a Bitirx24 Partner so that it can be configured to integrate with your operations and enable massive efficiencies early into the adoption of Bitrix24. This will benefit your business in the long-term as you will look to utilise the 35+ functions - saving loads on additional subscriptions for Video Calling, E-Signatures, Cloud Storage, just to highlight a few.

Cons

Daylight Saving seems to be an issue making appointments past the date the clocks change in UK, but a fix is being developed for this.

Bitrix24 is a very powerful platform with a wide range of features, but in India a few improvements would make it even better. The inventory management option is highly welcomed here, as many businesses are actively looking for reliable inventory solutions. It would also be very useful if Bitrix24 could support UPI payment automation (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, etc.) since UPI is the most common payment method in India. In addition, WhatsApp integration without depending on third-party apps would be a great advantage, especially with support for Indian payment platforms.

Pros

I really like the clean UI design and the wide range of options Bitrix24 provides to manage different business processes. It is also value for money, with good customer support (though sometimes a little slow). Bitrix24 offers amazing customization options and has strong documentation, which makes it easier to use. The calendar feature is also excellent, and I enjoy how well it syncs with my Apple and Gmail calendars. One improvement that would be very helpful is if the number-to-words converter for currency could work directly inside Bitrix, as this would save a lot of time in invoice, quotation and other documents.

Cons

Some features are not fully localized for India. For example, UPI payment automation and native WhatsApp integration are missing, and these are very important for businesses here. Inventory is good, but it can be further improved for the Indian market.

Naar eigen inzicht je eigen website met professionele tools free kunnen bouwen en ook free publiceren.

Cons

Bitrix24 misleid de consument door te adverteren met een volledig free account. Vervolgens blijkt nadat je een account hebt aangemaakt dat je je website helemaal niet kunt publiceren.

The software took some getting used to as it is a little complicated to learn at first. However, once the initial hurdle is crossed it is a very helpful software because it integrates CRM and communication so there is no need to keep switching between apps to keep track of tasks and workflows.

Pros

Centralized point for all CRM and communication workflows. Keeps it all on one place at a good price ! Extensive options available for customization which helps make the software really a part of the business! Offers great tools for take management.

Cons

Initial set up takes time as it is not an easy software to use at first. Customer support is not that great and it can take days to solve issues within the software.

Mitlerweilen zu umfangreiche, Prio liegt bei Aufgaben und Projektmanagement. Zu viele Fehler, die der Support nicht lösen kann.

Pros

Flexible Handhabung, Preis/Leistungsverhältnis verspricht viel. Der online-Support reagiert sehr schnell.

Cons

Die CRM-Funktionalitäten sind abgrotten schlecht. Mit Einbindung der Email-Konten unzählige, Dupletten und neue Leads, die sich laut Support nicht abstellen lassen. Keine Weiterentwickung im Bereich Segmente für Kampagnen im Marketing. Keine übergreifende Filterung von Unternehmen dann Kontakte. Bitrix ist im Bereich Marketing und Vertriebs-CRM sehr schlecht aufgestellt und fehlerbehaftet.

There is not much to like as their service is pathetic, lots of miscommunication, and no higher authority to resolve this.

Cons

I am writing this post as official feedback regarding the highly unprofessional and unsatisfactory experience we have had with Bitrix24 Intreface and their AllCAD Services Private Limited. Post making the full payment to implement CRM in our company on the 28th of March 2025. As these services were offered by AllCAD Services Private Limited and here we are on the 23rd of April 2025, without the CRM being fully functional. Repeated escalations to associates, superiors, and \[sensitive content hidden\] have fallen on deaf ears. Reasons for not going live till date is: 1. They have other meetings lined up with other customers, 2. We have to be available as per their calendar slots, 3. They do not book your calendar for meets, 4. Pre sales associate is doing implementation without any sound technical knowledge. 5. Expert Technical assoicate is mosltly busy with other customers. 6. Superiors are busy travelling and ignoring escalations in the whatsapp group chats. We have invested more than 30 hours of our time to ensure the process implementations is not delayed. Moreover, we are surprised that an escalation email to \[sensitive content hidden\] has been ignored completely. I just hope they are aware of their services in one of the most competitive market of CRM solutions. Salesforce Zoho Odoo HubSpot Hope you are not providing a similar service like them!!!

### "Good for a small business that does not use a ton of app integration"

The app was helpful but still a bit dated and clunky to use. We did not ultimately end up using this program and subscribing due to some technical errors with the program. It needs more work on their integration being seamless for the users.

Pros

Task automation makes daily work flow easier and in return saves my time to do more meaningful tasks with my time. You can integrate many other apps as well to make this even more efficient for your business, however some of them do not work or are out of date.

Cons

The app sometimes crashes and forces a log out which can interrupt work flow. I have yet to contact customer support to have this resolved. Support can be limited with the app and they often guide you to their FAQ or support pages rather than having tailored support.

Es una herramienta muy completa de gestión de negocio para tener una organización eficaz, me gusta al conexión que tiene a las plataformas sociales mas usadas como whatsapp, zoom u otras redes sociales conocidas, es posible realizar una edición de proyectos en linea sin necesidad de hacer una descarga a parte de otros increíbles beneficios que ofrece la plataforma para una óptima conexión con los clientes y la mejor prestación de servicio posible

Mi experiencia con Bitrix24 ha sido una mezcla. Por un lado, me ayudó mucho a centralizar todo lo que antes tenía repartido en varias herramientas: tareas, chats, documentos, etc. Eso me hizo trabajar más ordenado y ahorrar tiempo. Lo que más me ha gustado de Bitrix24 es que todo está en un solo lugar. Antes usaba una app para tareas, otra para hablar con el equipo, otra para guardar archivos... y era un caos. Con Bitrix24 tengo el chat, los proyectos, los documentos y hasta el calendario todo junto. También me gustó que se puede usar desde el navegador sin instalar nada raro, y que tiene muchas funciones aunque uses la versión gratuita

Siento que todavía le faltan cosas importantes. Por ejemplo, no tiene etiquetas para organizar tareas y eso hace que todo se vuelva un poco confuso cuando tienes muchos proyectos en marcha. La segmentación dentro del CRM también es bastante limitada, lo cual complica filtrar bien la información. A veces el sistema se traba o ciertas funciones no cargan bien, como si necesitaran mantenimiento más seguido. La interfaz también podría ser más intuitiva, cuesta encontrar algunas opciones y no todo está bien organizado. Además, la parte de gestión de recursos y de asignar bien el tiempo del equipo es muy básica, esperaba algo más completo en ese aspecto.

We have consolidated our outreach and operations under the same roof. It made it easier to communicate with donors, track volunteers and collaborate internally all vital services for an expanding nonprofit.

Pros

Bitrix24 is the all-in-one platform for us: CRM, Task management, Internal chat. In a small team it kept me from having to constantly switch between 4–5 different apps at any given time. I really appreciate intranet and calendar options.

Cons

The interface is not exactly the most intuitive. We all took a couple of weeks to adjust. But it work smooth after some experience.

Pros

The CRM, task management and chat functionality all work seamlessly. We utilize it to manage shipments, assign tasks and maintain all vendor communications.

Cons

Bitrix can be daunting to beginners too many modules and functions to check before you can start your search.

Pros

This is an all-in-one platform that has all the features and tools that I really need to do my business. It is amazing because it has AI-assistant which makes work more simple.
