Me gusta que cuente con muchas funciones de creación de sitios web, procesos de negociación, conectividad telefónica VOIP, correos electrónicos y gestión de personal

Cons

Es demasiado costoso, además de que la plataforma me ha fallado mucho en el envío de SMS. Para resolver un problema o una integración, es necesario recurrir a un partner, y la plataforma de socios falla con frecuencia. Al momento de enviar la documentación, aparece que faltan campos por llenar, aunque estén completos.

Está siendo una gran experiencia. Aprender es fácil, encontrar funciones es fácil, crear soluciones también es fácil.

Pros

Es un sistema totalmente integrado con todo lo que necesito para gestionar mi negocio. La integración con otros sistemas que utilizo también es sencilla.

Cons

Hay margen de mejora para Bitrix para cerrar las características de «última milla». Algunas características parecen estar separadas del sistema. OpenSlot es un gran sustituto de Calendlly, pero no me da el correo electrónico del tercero que programa una reunión conmigo, por ejemplo.

Inicialmente era uma ferramenta que viria para gerir as tarefas e projetos da empresa, depois que descobrimos o potencial do CRM resolvemos implantar todos os recursos e agora estamos na fase de implantação e gestão do site e loja online.

É o sistema mais completa de gestão e organização empresarial disponível no mercado.

Cons

A parte de configuração da loja online onde precisamos editar dados de pagamentos, entrega, impostos e forma como é feita a manipulação do carrinho de compras.

Boa, exceto pela falta de respeito na mudança de regras para algo simples como o histórico de conversas.

Pros

Ferramentas bem completas, otima integração.

Cons

A versão free era super completa, e acima da media no mercado. Porem sem motivo para tal o Bitrix bloqueia varias ferramentas e ainda o histórico de conversas. As ferramentas tudo bem, acho que é uma decisão comercial para vender a versão completa, mais o histórico de conversas, isso é falta de respeito com o usuário. Poderia ter dado prazo para salvar, pois temos coisas importantes, decisões e aceites feito por ali.

I would love to see a place where users can submit their ideas for developing the app - and others vote on these ideas. The ideas with the most votes would be introduced first. At the moment, I don't know at what stage my amendment is being submitted, when it will be introduced and if it will be at all (because maybe it only bothers me).

Pros

Great flexibility in the programme and the ability to add your own functions to many modules.

Cons

Poorly developed very basic functions that issue the basis for work. Holiday requests - does not count remaining holiday days Chat - it is not possible to change status to e.g.: homeoffice (as is the case with slack). No autosave in tasks. Mail client that is completely undeveloped.

Já conheci diversos CRM de mercado e o Bitrix é a ferramenta mais personalizável do mercado em que você consegue fazer 95% daquilo que idealiza para o seu processo comercial.

Pros

Tem infinitas possibilidades para gestão de vendas. Tem todas as ferramentas num único lugar, como CRM, E-mail Marketing, Whatsapp, integração com ERP, automação de processos, Drive de documento, Site, E-commerce, Marketplace com diversos apps. O suporte deles é excelente e agora tem em português, fora a Base de Conhecimento em que você resolve 90% das necessidades sozinho.

Cons

Poderia ter a Designer de Fluxos de Trabalho ja na licença Standard. Só tem na Professional pra cima.

De modo geral o Bitrix24 atende plenamente as necessidades. Apesar de utilizar poucas ferramentas, e olha que tem muita coisa para aproveitar. Hoje utilizo para meus processos de consultoria e tenho ele implementado em 2 clientes.

Pros

O plano gratuito tem muitas funções! Só não permite criar limitações de acessos.

Cons

A sincronização do aplicativo tem falhado bastante nos ultimos mêses. Preciso ficar apagando os caches para forçar a sincronização.

Pelo plano gratuito e funcionalidades. Por atender as necessidades de gestão de documentos e principalmente possibilitar a edição de documentos dentro das tarefas, evitando que os usuários precisem baixar e depois publicar novamente os documentos, gerando assim cópias duplicadas ou documentos obsoletos. Tem muito mais coisa ainda é que não dá pra ficar escrevendo tudo aqui.

The overall experience is going well with us and with our clients. Some minor changes might give us more flexibility with the clients. Like TikTok integration , ability to connect more than 1 Meta ad account with Bitrix24. Also in the automation part , if we can add some more tools to deal with the product section it will be better. And thanks for your efforts!

The on premise version and the customization of it.

It doesn't support connecting more than 1 ad account on Meta and UTM parameters are not being sent from Meta to Bitrix24

Team members can define, assign and track tasks based on milestones while keeping task files and feedback all in one place. Overall, I would say Britix24 is robust enough to manage development sprints while remaining flexible to a variety of workflows.

Pros

Some of the features I like most about Britix24 are; helpful and responsive customer support team, highly customizable to suit various business contexts, user friendly and quick to learn and automated invoicing. Has a rich white boarding and brainstorming capabilities for generating ideas especially for the advanced version.

Cons

The advanced features require hirer tier plans and also I have experienced occasional performance issues with complex boards.

The overall experience was good. I use it quite a lot, but it leaves me wanting more. Some basic functionalities, such as visibility settings, role management, and profile handling, are crucial and contribute to this feeling of not enough.

Pros

No limitations on adding more steps or status to the pipeline. Others CRM dont allow you to add more that 8 or 9 steps. Free Plan available which is perfect for small Business

Cons

Lots of basics options are blocked on free plan. For example for basic functionalities like basic roles and profile customizations, role customization.

all in one platform , we started with our business unit that is a marketing agency and will gradually expand its use to our business units.
