It is very simple to use, it has a lot of options but doesn't feel heavy

Cons

The UX is not the best, sometimes It takes some time to understand where the things are/

Ottimo programma per la gestione CRM con tante opzioni e strumenti in un solo posto. Non li manca niente. Inclusa la versione free è completamente funzionante e senza limitazioni importanti

Programma sempre in evoluzione, tanti strumenti per la gestione dei lavori e dei contatti. Tante possibilità di configurazione e personalizzazione

Cons

Al principio tante opzioni da vedere e capire ti possono portare in tilt, ma una volta che lo usi un po' vedi tutto il suo potenziale

Estou maravilhada com minha experiência no sistema . Ele de fato faz uma diferença positiva na rotina de trabalho . É muito util para organizar a rotina de trabalho , agendamentos de tarejas e reuniões , conseguimos dar inicio , meio e fim em cada projeto (venda , negocio , reuniao ) que temos .

Pros

O que mais se destaca na BITRIX24 em minha opinião é a página Karban , facilidade para organizar o CRM com todas informações relevantes e necessárias em uma única tela .

Cons

Ainda não identifiquei pontos negativos , dentro do que preciso no meu segmento ele me atende forma completa .

Utilizo todos os dias e é uma ferrameta que me completa com minhas atribuições de gestão e controle de vendas

Pros

Gosto muito da flexibilidade que o Bitrix24 oferece. Mesmo como iniciante eu encontro uma plataforma amigável, fácil acesso e navegação. O controle dos dados, a interação com as funções, histórico, lembretes, cadastros... Torna fácil a dinâmica operacioanal no dia dia.

Cons

Até o o momento me atende bem! Dentro da funçoes que utilizo normalmente está desempenhado bem o que preciso.

Excelente em linhas gerais, pois atende bem as necessidades e é bem prático para o dia a dia.

Pros

O Bitrix é bem dinamico e fácil de usar, as ferramentas são bem completas e auxiliam em todos as etapas de gestão do meu negócio.

Cons

As melhores funcionalidades são pagas, mesmo dando para usar o gratuito, algumas coisas ficam bem limitadas por ter que pagar, e os valores são altos para pequenos negócios.

Bad, I've deleted my account after the trial since I had too many issues and lost time while working on it

Pros

Surely it's full of features, basically anything a CRM can have.

Cons

Its price and assistance are very bad. It is very costly if you really want to use all of its feature and if you have just a simple problem and need to get in touch with the support team, it can be awful. Design can be better too.

Es muy buena plataforma, 10 de 10 fácil de usar de entender y de pagar

Pros

He probado muchos CRM’s y las ventajas que presenta Bitrix son notables, te permite un nivel de automatización muy alto desde la licencia standard, puedes generar documentos, hacer que los prospectos avancen de etapa de manera automática, integrándolo con mensajeros, puedes enviar mensajes automáticos a clientes y proveedores, y lo mejor de esto es que la curva de aprendizaje para administrar e implementar la plataforma es pequeña, es fácil de entender y manejar, lo recomiendo ampliamente sobre otros productos.

Cons

En la reserva de recursos, y el calendario, sería una decisión muy asertiva permitir la configuración automática de fecha y hora en eventos de calendario, desde el nivel standard, ya que una característica clave de un crm para una mediana y pequeña empresa de servicios tiene como modulo central la calendarizacion de eventos. Otra desventaja es no poder usar los atajos de texto en los mensajeros desde la versi’on standard, ya que representa una función vital en la pequeña y mediana empresa

Overall, Bitrix24 did everything that our team needed, communication tool, time management, task management, leaves, etc.

Pros

I like how it has a lot of functions and can be integrated with other tools, so it's a one-stop shop for everything we do for work.

Cons

Since it has too many functions, some don't work as well as we want. It is also laggy and has many bugs (but maybe we have too many users).

Over all It was a very good software That all of us needs it. It’s also very interesting in most of the users of this app. You should try And see how amazing this Product is.

Pros

What I Liked most about bitrix 24 is the price of the software it was worth spending for for some users. It would be cheap. I can see it is really not budget friendly, but it is very user-friendly. It has free trial that you can try on and believe it or not. I swear you would love it. It has also some more features that every business needs.

Cons

I think what I liked least about it That sometimes it is very slow and has a bug, but it was resolved very quickly. The customer service is also responding very timely. I am asking for a better mobile features so that I can really enjoy using this software.
