Pros

Very responsive in terms of communication and training. The product is reasonably in price and has great flexibility and capacity.

Cons

The cloud software seems to be less customized than anticipated. Overall, it's still acceptable.

Some of the forms and reports that are created are not configurable to our situation.

I find the workflow and little cumbersome when working through incidents as well as when you create incidents.
