October 25, 2022 5.0 Great experience overall we've had and plan to continue the partnership for a very long time. Pros Working with the Dynafile team has been great! Having the ability to access documents at our teams fingertips make managing teammate files efficient, easy and simple. When conducting aduits in multiple states, we've been complimented on how user friendly and organized the platform is when pulling documents. We also love the ability to send files right from the platform which saves us lots of time. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] our account manager is a ROCKSTAR, and she is always available to assist when we need her. She even showed us how to connect Dynafile with DocuSign so once the teammates signed documents, the document moved over to Dynafile automictically. Cons The only piece would be expanding more on pricing offering as storage increases. March 5, 2026 5.0 Our company's experience with Dynafile has been very good. We went from all paper to 100% digital in just a few years. Dynafile helped streamline and improve our employee onboarding experience. Pros What I like most about Dynafile is how quick and easy it is to find employee personnel documents, and that I no longer have stacks of paper in my office that I need to file. We've been able to remove all the large file cabinets from our offices. Cons Registering documents can be time-consuming if you use the batch function rather than the auto-barcode processing. Pros I like that the system is very intuitive and easy to navigate. It makes adding bulk documents an efficient task. Cons I wish there was a way to choose the name of the files being downloaded out of the DynaFile system, instead it just choosing to name it based on the indexes. Maybe they have some great features but it's hard to get it functional and sustainable. DynaFile is not that. We've found it to be embraced by all of our locations as easy to use, easy to understand and easy to sustain. Pros DynaFile does what it says it will do for you. Easy to get going and make a quick impact in workflow and access to files in a manner that are intuitive. Cons There is nothing that applies to us in this category. We love it! The service works well with little interruption, is easy to train and I know our account rep is regularly available if needed. Pros I find the system very simple to use and to train others on. I also greatly appreciate our account rep \[sensitive content hidden\]. She's always very quick to reply and provides great solutions or answers. We had hundreds of paper personnel files so we knew implementation would be a challenge and were surprising pleased at how easy it was. The system is user friendly and easy to navigate. We have locations on both the east and west coasts of the state so the ability to share files is an incredible plus. We have more time now for other projects since we spend less time filing papers. Cons We're not very skilled on how to run reports. I'm sure with more use we'll get better at reports. Reason for choosing DynaFile Dynafile had several features we wanted and gave us a favorable discount since we are a 501C organization. The sales and support team are very responsive and we have felt supported the whole way. The meetings and trainings are streamlined and efficient. Pros I like that DynaFile is a straight forward solution that does one job and does it very well. We were looking for an electronic replacement for our 3000+ paper personnel files, and DynaFile is a seamless solution. Because it is not simply an add-on, but is targeted specifically to the secure management and storage of documents, you are getting very high quality technology and support. Cons We have had to create some work-arounds with regard to permissions and access, but other than that the software has met or exceeded our needs. Within a few sessions with our representative, we understood how to use the product. They have great and fast customer service with a easy "help" section. We are able to customize our document types, and file documents the way our organization seems fit. The implementation was quick, easy, we didn't encounter any problems. I've never encountered a smoother implementation than with dynafile and our representative \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] was wonderful! Cons One of the only things I don't like, is every document is a different document section in the system. If you add 4 demographic forms, they all come across different (not grouped together). Another thing I have noticed, if you have several employees in your HRIS system, dynafile may take a little longer to load. Review Source BM Becky M. Pros It is very easy to teach our new users how to navigate DynaFile. That ease of use saves a lot of headaches.The multiple options to get documents into the system is a plus.We are able to give controlled access to regulators as needed so they can check on the information they are looking for without having to provide any sort of paper file. Cons We've lost a few documents based on the large amount of files and daily inputs that we have. The reporting helps us find those, but it sometimes takes a while. Review Source KC Katie C. The quick response with resolutions always. For all the various vendors we work with, Dynafile customer service is top-notch. Pros The ease of transforming a paper-driven organization to cloud-based storage. This user-friendly software allows all levels of technology-comfort to learn the software and feel of sense of satisfaction. Cons It would be helpful if there was a feature to combine or reorder digital documents before filing them in batch processing (e.g. separate pdfs). The product is practical and easy to use and the customer support is impressive. We were able to take our employee files digitally very easily. Things run a lot smoother now that staff isn't wasting time tracking down files. A lot of value at a low price. I would highly recommend it.
