Easy to use and lots of customization options." July 16, 2018 5.0 Pros This software makes it possible to handle case work easily in a digital format. Supports a wide variety of file formats. Tech Support Engineer Insurance Used the software for: 2+ years ### "ImageRight great for organization" March 7, 2022 5.0 Moving away from the days of paper and inter-departmental transfers, ImageRIght is a huge win. A digital record that you can easily organize documents of all formats, PDF, TIFF, JPG, WAV. Easily assign task and create workflows. Users can create stamps, for initials and dates. Able to print directly from ImageRight and can email files or portions of the file as well. Pros It works well across multiple departments. You can scan, print, and even drag documents into the program. You can then assign a workflow and task for each user. You are able to make internal notes and create stamps for easy and quick personalization. Transferring documents from one department to another is easy. You can even add pictures and videos to the file. You also have the ability to redact PII, such as social security numbers. Cons When you need to print a file, if there is something in the file that cannot be printed such as a video or a .tiff, it will error out. There is a feature that is supposed to tell you what is causing the error but it doesn't always work. It might not sound like a big deal, but when you go to print a 12,000 page document and you have to shift through all of it to see what is causing there error, it is a time consuming nightmare. March 14, 2018 3.0 Pros You can put the phone number on the top of claim. You can attach a related claim to the one you are working on. Cons Too many clicks to get things where they need to be(i.e., document to the claim), the color of the diary can't be changed and is too bright and hard to look a. Documents transferred to the file are too dim. You have to change the monitor resolution to see them which makes the screen darker. Highlighting is too dim, can't see it. My work flow is much slower because of this system. My suggestion is to make the flow quicker and easier rather than take more steps. Put the diary color back to very light grey or able to change to what works for us. Make the box where the insureds name is a more neutral color as well..hard to look at that bright green. Pros I have used this system all my life, and once has to use a different one and I missed it haha. Up to date, every heading is there, great for important filing storage. It is very time consuming if you are looking for something and have to go to each page to view. It takes a while if you have to view each page. Pros I like that it is easy to drag and drop emails in to file and have the option of what order to place everything in. Cons The search engine could work better when looking stuff up. You can choose different workflows which is the best part. For people working for multiple departments you can flow between steps. Renaming files is extremely easy. " November 7, 2017 5.0 Pros My favorite thing about this system is how it is just like a paper file, except electronic. It is very easy to organize info in order to quickly find it later. Cons I wish you could sign in with Vertafore Single Sign on. Pros I am able to find comments or notes regarding claims pretty easily and without much hassle. There are many available options to choose from Cons The interface looks really old. This capability eliminates the need to document the email you just sent because the software does it for you. Cons At times this can be tedious with the steps to store various documents. I like to be as efficient as possible but sometimes there are too many "clicks" to store one thing.
