“Imageright”

OverallOverall I think it is a good product, but I do think when they are training they should have people label everything as it is much easier to find/search if all is labeled. It is very time consuming if you are looking for something and have to go to each page to view. It takes a while if you have to view each page.
ProsI like that it is easy to drag and drop emails in to file and have the option of what order to place everything in.
ConsThe search engine could work better when looking stuff up.

“Use this as a filing system for Insurance company specifically audits”

ProsI love that everything is at your fingertips and you can file them based on priority. You can choose different workflows which is the best part. For people working for multiple departments you can flow between steps. Renaming files is extremely easy.
ConsI dislike when you're scrolling and it really scrolls the workflow you're in instead of the files that are in each step.

“I have used ImageRight as an Account Manager for 4+ years. ”

ProsMy favorite thing about this system is how it is just like a paper file, except electronic. It is very easy to organize info in order to quickly find it later.
ConsI wish you could sign in with Vertafore Single Sign on. Also, from a training aspect, it is very hard for new employees to wrap their mind around how the system works, but once they get it, they love it!

“I have been working with this software for over 5 years. It is user friendly.”

ProsThe ability to customize it to cater to our everyday needs is very helpful. Task notes and annotations are used daily by me and my team; very useful tool.
ConsCustomizing the fields can be a bit challenging at times; it will not save the changes you make, so the need to customize daily can get tiresome.

ConsThe user interface is someone unintuitive. I would like to have access to better icons and more descriptive tool tips.

ProsThe ease of use, functionality, and customer support. It served a purpose and our company was able to go paperless within a year.
ConsThe cost to use it was pretty high at the time. The amount of work that our organization needed to do to become paperless.

“The upgrade makes work flow SLOWER. Diary colors too bright, workflow is slower.”

ProsYou can put the phone number on the top of claim. You can attach a related claim to the one you are working on.
ConsToo many clicks to get things where they need to be(i.e., document to the claim), the color of the diary can't be changed and is too bright and hard to look a. Documents transferred to the file are too dim. You have to change the monitor resolution to see them which makes the screen darker. Highlighting is too dim, can't see it. My work flow is much slower because of this system. My suggestion is to make the flow quicker and easier rather than take more steps. Put the diary color back to very light grey or able to change to what works for us. Make the box where the insureds name is a more neutral color as well..hard to look at that bright green.

“ImageRight”

ProsI like how ImageRight has the ability to link with your outlook and let's you send emails from there and also documents the emails that you send. This capability eliminates the need to document the email you just sent because the software does it for you.
ConsAt times this can be tedious with the steps to store various documents. I like to be as efficient as possible but sometimes there are too many "clicks" to store one thing.

“ImageRight”

OverallNot my favorite form of filing information. Cumbersome to use
ProsUnlimited amount of information can be attached to the "ImageRight" tree
Consit was very difficult to figure where to "attach" the information in the ImageRight tree. And even more difficult to try and find information that's been attached at a later date

ProsOnce you get the hang out it, it's pretty simple to use.
