Pros: It opens a window for new customers that have this software technology, it provides a seamlessly way to process Sales Orders, Invoices and ASNs, in accurate manner.
It is able to translate and adapt to your system.

Cons: If you choose a VAN, at least the way we are setup it need to be done through folder process which are stop from time to time and need to be monitored.

Overall: More Customers, easey way to process multiple sales orders and invoices.

Pros: I do enjoy the ease of it. It has saved us a lot of time. I think that we have enjoyed knowing where we have to send the files, so that we have a clear place to send the EDI's.

Cons: The only thing that would be better is if it could integrate into my software.

Pros: Easy to navigate all features. The functions are easy to use and the customer service is wonderful!!

Cons: We recently tried to split a shipment by items but there is no way to do that without a lot of manual work.

It a good software that allow in a quickly manner received EDI documents from our customers.

Pros: the allow integration with other software thru interfaces and make easier the transaction
also the windows that show the docoment sent, but it could better some improvement there that allow to sort from different field.

Cons: its a litle difficult to have a quick response in support when really need urgent solution.
is not frecuently but happen.

Overall: We have succeeded integration with different end user system thru interfaces with mayor issue, of couser with support from 123EDI.

Pros: The system has lots of features available and the summary reports are great. Also, customer support is fantastic.

Overall: facilitates the orders and invoicing with a crucial partner

Pros: Very Easy to learn, easy to use.
It is very user friendly.
Quick start up.
The set up also did not take too long.

Cons: We do not have any major concerns with the software as our orders volume is moderate to low.
We would love if the software could be used on MAC (apple computers) as we use mostly Imacs at the office.

Pros: The windows and tabs are well laid out and tech support is outstanding. Functions satisfy our client's needs.

Cons: You will need tech assistance once you start unless you are a seasoned EDI pro or have an IT background.

Over all I am happy with 123EDIi

Pros: We appreciate the automation that we have. Due to the older age of our system we have been able to continue receiving automated service vs needing to go to a webform.

Cons: At this point I don't really have higher expectations at the moment as our older system clearly limits the automation available to us.

Hi Wendy It is correct that the upfront cost for implementing EDI software is higher when compared to hosted EDI. But after the initial setup, the ongoing cost of software may actually be lower or very similar to hosted. It will depend on the number of EDI documents that you process per month. I will like you to know that 123 EDI also offers hosted EDI, but in this case and because of your Sage legacy ERP, the hosted option won't be an option unless is used without integration. But your existing investment in EDI software could be also leverage with any of our many interfaces into the major ERP systems in the marketplace. Pros: History of 123EDI's recording keeping of past purchase orders and past invoices are easily available for review.

Cons: When our company (Kaines West Michigan) first contracted with 123EDI, I was a bit overwhelmed with the complicity of the functions that the system had. I am learning daily.

Overall: The support that comes with it.

I use it weekly.It's working fine . just sometimes the data is too large, it takes some time to load

Pros: I like it about when I need to sort or filter the data it's easier for me to find what I need . I and easily to export the data into excel file , very convenience for me

Cons: Sometimes the data is too large and soft will freeze and I have to restart the software . not very user friendly and slow
