Comments: Wouldn¿t recommend it to anyone who wants to stay compliant

Pros: Started out good and easy to use. Was easy for field staff to use until this year. Then the software went from Fair to poor.

Cons: Poor customer service. Wouldn¿t take our calls or answer emails. Our billing was effected by the software randomly changing cert dates and loosing notes.

Pros: The best thing about this software is that you can have multiple tabs open at a time so you don't have to open and close them all the time.

Cons: I wish there was a feature to delete mulptuple schedules at one time instead if one at a time for time purposes.

Pros: User friendly, Greatest strength is the interface for performing all clinician progress notes, Oasis Etc. Customer Support is always available to help you and resolve the issues, (if you may have one.) they are very professional and the wait time is very reasonable compared with others. Stays on top of regulatory changes with smooth updates. New Agency training experience was amazing (Vareena) help us with every question and even when the agency finished the training, she has always been there to help us with new updates etc. I really recommend Axxess to be your EMS solution for Home Health.

Cons: Haven't found any cons in almost 1 year of use with Axxess. The software has exceeded all my expectations.

Pros: I love the ease of use and the training they provide. I like that they have videos we can watch over and over again to learn their system.

Cons: There are no real cons at this time. We like their products and our nurses really love using it. It is helped us with recruiting more staff.

Comments: I have problem getting financial report from the software. I called customer service three times. Everytime, they said they would get back to me with answers and they never did. I completely lost my trust on their managment

Pros: I have seen other software, they all kind of do the same thing. I got demo from multiple vendors, can't see a differentiation

Cons: Poor Technical support and reports. The reports are confusing and I often have download multiple spreadsheet to analysis my data. I have called customer support, even they could not help.

Absolutely horrible customer service and major reliability issues.

Comments: Do not waste your money and your time on this company. I would not recommend this software to even my competitors. I have had much success using Kinnser.

Pros: It was easy getting in touch with a sales team and they were very eager to start services. What follows afterwards is a whole different story.

Cons: Expect to wait over 45 min to 60 min for anyone to answer their phones. Worst customer service from an "established" company. Major glitches with the software. Hours of clinical charting disappeared and nonrecoverable due to changes with the new COP. The new Medicare COP was announced in 2017, yet in 2018 the software is yet to be reliable.

Pros: Pretty easy to use, mobile to desktop sync is decent, cut and paste feature available and easy to use.

Cons: I have noticed that the narrative notes are editable by other with admin rights. As I am the nurse signing for the information, others should not be able to change information. This is illegal.

Pros: Ease of use and compliance are top of mind. The recent changes to the software are great for companies that want to improve compliance.

Cons: I wish Axxess had a hospice product. We are forced now to use a hospice software that sucks. Communications about upcoming changes can be improved too.

Comments: Customer hold times after new software releases are way too long. This past year was a good example and almost had to complete new soc when coordinator accidentally erased a chart.

Pros: Able to chart existing visit and retain notes from previously charted visit or assessment. So easy to tweak my notes when I actually have something to compare it with.

Cons: The wound care details often don't carryover when charting. Sometimes this carries over and other times not. Not sure what the issue is.

Pros: At the moment, nothing! It used to be a good company. When we opened our doors in 2014, the customer service was great, although we had to train ourselves on the system. No one completed trainings via computer, at our facility, etc.

Cons: EVERYTHING! All the changes have been too many at one time. There are too many non-working, non-functional parts to the system. It should not have been released in January, if it wasn't ready for the public. It is now March and the changes are still being made (actually some that are made are going back to the way Axxess worked previously). We have lost nurses due to the fact that Axxess system was erasing their info and making them have double the work. This morning we got on the system and all of our POC's from January forward are unable to view. They are going to have to be re-opened and re-submitted to our physicians, this is around 300 POC's and extra work on our employees. We called Axxess, was on hold for an hour before they took the call, then the lady we spoke with had no real answer to what had happened. We requested to speak with a supervisor and she could not reach one. Basically we were told that we would have to re-do all 300+ POC's.

Axxess is great for clinicians, but needs work on their customer service support.

Pros: It is clinician friendly and great for the nurses and therapist. The updates for compliance are nice.

Cons: Customer service support for AXXESS is terrible. The wait far exceeds what should be considered normal. The customer service reps are very nice, just the availability and turnaround needs improved. Possibly a contact person per facility would help?

Comments: Where do I start...the changes don't make sense at all. I understand trying to be compliant with the new Medicare Conditions of Participation, but to make such a drastic overhaul of things is just ridiculous. Doctors have no idea where to sign the Plan of Care which costs us in revenue as we cannot bill without a signed plan of care. This is affecting our bottom line and putting us at risk of not having our documentation signed on time. Nurses have no idea how to navigate this and it is not user friendly at all. Can never get a hold of anyone when we have glitches. Billing errors etc.

Pros: It was the best software and very user friendly before all the recent changes. It made it easy to run the back office well with it's numerous reports and the HR credential tracking is good

Cons: Poor customer service. It is beyond frustrating to be on hold for hours. It is beyond frustrating when the software is not working and every nurse is calling from the field as they are unable to function!!

Comments: Software is good overall, but they are not ethical in their dealings.

Pros: Ease of use. It has all the features to simplify your work. I like the EVV as it the put staff at the point of care without worrying about visit fraud.

Cons: They charge you as they like without approval from the agency. Agency monthly rate was increased by adding services not required. They add their product to your charge without consent. Trying to resolve it goes nowhere. I wrote emails three times, spoke with customer services so many time and left messages but and still no response. I can wait to switch. One of the rep said "I don't care if you switch"

Comments: We have been with this company for 8 months now and i'm already looking at alternatives. Besides the software not working properly very often, the biggest issue is that when you need help it takes hours to get that help. They must have 2 people working in the support department.

Pros: It looks nice, works most of the time, the nurses are able to use it remotely even though much of the time in the past few months it hasnt been working properly.

Cons: They make changes without telling you they've been made, if you call prepare to be on hold well over an hour, they are very unethical when billing (they will increase your charges when you reach a threshold but they sure wont reduce your charges when you reach the same threshold in the other direction).

The most horrible product, customer service, and people to have to actually work with in the industry and I have been in it for 20 years!

Comments: This company has cost our company significant revenue loss and cost us the loss of employee's and we have gotten cited on deficiencies from State audits due to the incompetence of this companies obvious lack of experience and intelligence in this area of healthcare. This company and it's employees also have the attitude that they know better than the client what the client needs, they don't want to hear what you want or would like for your business. They take on the attitude that they are better and superior and can't possibly be wrong and this creates the massive issues that we have now with nothing working at all! They aren't interested in the customer being happy they are interested in doing what they want when they want. They will make changes not tell you and implement them with no reasoning and it will make all other systems fail because it won't integrate correctly with them. There is little or no testing and they never ask the customer how they feel about any of it.

Cons: This product is not even adequate. Our hold time on 1/29/2018 was 3 hours and 15 min, on 1/24/2018 it was 1 hour 45 min on 1/22/2018 it was 2 hours 10 min and this goes on and on. I have personally left over 20 messages asking a supervisor to call me back and not one single call to address this issues of not able to bill, not able to complete nursing notes, glitches in the wound note, errors everywhere and no one cares. WARNING stay away from this product they DO NOT CARE about any client and they do not have the resources to run a competent company. BEWARE!!

Comments: They need to improve on their call wait time.

Pros: Ease of use and price is reasonable. Web base interface is better than most software but needs improvement with clinical response selection.

Cons: Customer support is really bad. Wait time is over an hour and they drop your call. I would not recommend this to people who doesn't have patience to wait.

Comments: This is not a good software for home health.

Cons: Poor customer service. I was on hold for over 2 hours. They implement updates at 3pm on a Friday when no assistance is available; they do not prepare users for the updates. Physician orders are impossible to do in the field, medication profiles cannot be updated and signed in the field on a tablet.

Comments: For services, do you want to not have good service?

Pros: When it works, it works. For over 1 mo, this has not been the case. Pros from before, unfortunately, does not outweigh the cons.

Cons: Within the last month, the software has had many glitches. The app is even worse. Nothing new with the app. 1. Cannot admit patients 2. Schedules for nurses cannot get scheduled. 3. Notes are not completed, nurses cannot get paid. Do you want to be an agency that cannot admit for the proper documentation for OASIS, 485 and other areas that are important for billing? For the past month, features and service have plummeted. A few times when I called, I was #67 or #43 in line. Today, I was #1 for all 3 calls. Time exceed 45 mins for all calls.

Comments: It takes too much effort to watch over these people who are not trust worthy at all. I plan on switching as soon as my contract is up. They renew contract for every little change you make to the agreement locking the client up for another whole year.

Pros: Software is decent but service and people working for the company aren't. Other than that most of the other software can do same things as well.

Cons: Accounting Department is a rip off - with really long wait times trying to get a hold of them. They overcharge every month! they also force you to buy products that are not needed, i do not need Evv or dde but i need to purchase it and pay it every month to use the basic product which is total rip off.

Comments: They promised everything when we first started with them but it has been a big disappointment.

Pros: It is easy to use. Forms are easy to fill out. It has a lot of reports. One of its features is a built in access to DDE.

Cons: Needs a lot of improvement. The reports need to be more specific. Last year we had to contact them to get specific information for our licensure report and it was supposed to be corrected by this year but it hasn't. We are waiting for them to pull out the information that we need

Comments: Let me share my recent experience with you.My biller does not know that medicare has new measures on home Health Agencies now on 'Rap Suppression'. Axxess billing dept.,put one of my patients on Rap Suppression by name Elnora Jones due to over late rapping. That not withstanding, a repeat late rap on the same patient occurred again and medicare implemented rap suppression.This is why I am demanding a refund and termination of their contract whether I breached the contract on not. I am still with Axxess home health system but not with billing dept. Axxess billing dept.does not have good reputation, if nothing is done to correct them, it is going to affect Axxess in general because 3 of my friends pulled out of axxess because of how the billers handled their problems.

Pros: Axxess is a complex organization big enough to contain almost everything required for a smooth running of Home Health Agency. Supper customer service ready to talk to you 100 times a day solving problems with happiness. There staff takes correction without frowning, makes amend their mistakes without victimizing there customers. In fact, this is a good quality with Axxess staffs they know that "Your customer is always right". I am talking with experience. Where I have problem is the " Billing Department".

Cons: The Billing department has to be re-structured. More experienced billers are needed, and or frequent up dates through in -service training are required of the billers to be current.Secondly, they are not suppose to be harsh and rude when addressing a frustrated customer whom out of Axxess billers mistakes and in-experience made the customer loose money.This bad attitude to work makes them not to realize their mistakes and carelessness so they are not ready to change quite unlike Axxess software staffs. Obstructing business cash flow is dangerous.

Pros: Always helpful and organized . Fast working and always up to date software. Would absolutely recommend.

Cons: Remittance sometimes has to be reloaded , but when call in usually takes a day or two and you Reload them on your end.

Comments: The product is the absolute best I have found. Customer service most generally answers in 30 to 60 seconds, and 99% of the time solves my issues then and there. We are very pleased and have been courted by the "K" people, but we will stay Axxess!

Pros: Ease of use, very user friendly. New clinicians require a short time in training as it is very logical. Axxess offers a complete and concise answer to Cost Reporting and Quarterly Reviews. Our clinicians use the tablet and mobile apps and are able to complete the visit note, orders or find information immediately. As Administrator, I am able to run reports frequently to assist with payments, visits, financial, billing and many others that are essential to my position.

Cons: Some reports could be customized a bit but I can't think of anything serious. A little difficult for clinicians to use Electronic Visit Verification and was the only thing I have ever asked Customer Service to explain that the agent was not able to do so. But, we need real signatures according to our consultants, so that is very minor.

Comments: Please build a notes functionality that is reportable for Billing. We would also benefit from a reporting function for the Stick notes AND the Status Names from Activity Logs. Also, please build a CRM that links to the patients, Physicians and Referrals! This will help us keep the tracking of patients or referrals in one place. Keep up the Great Work!

Pros: Simple to use and mostly intuitive. A good tool would be to have a curriculum / test for each module "How to complete and OASIS ' based on their permissions. This shows the Administrator that a new / current employee is competent in completing such a task.....Video, then test, where they need to pass 80%. if not, the employee stays on 'probation'. Of course you can give the administrator to wave the testing and let them 'wing it' at their peril.

Cons: Need deeper reporting functionality that enables the Administrator to understand what steps, employees are delaying the OASIS, RAP and Final process. We need a report that becomes a checklist of steps needed to complete for each patient's claim.....by insurance, by task, tied to the RAP/Final status, tied to an ability to input contact withe the RN's for Tasks and MD's / MD offices for Orders.....i.e., 'Contacted dr Jones 5/4, sent 2nd fax of order 5/27, Office closed for holiday 6/2-9.' Agencies more transparency as to what is holding up a RAP or Final and an ability to simply report this graphically / metrically with team members. Keep up the great work!

Comments: would like to see an automatic age calculator, option to mark "missed visit" under details, different color codes for "Completed", "To Be Sent To Physician", "Returned W/ Physician Signature", option for nurses to upload previous SN Note without Dates and Vital Signs information.

Pros: Easy for my nurses to do SN Notes and sign documents, easy to bill and keep track of claims, easy to export Oasis.

Pros: Software is complete and seems to work well if it is set up properly. It's well organized and works well remotely for the clinicians.

Cons: You are unlikely to get much support to set up the system properly. When you call you will be put off on another person, who in turn will do the same, until you decide to just figure it out on your own. I expect that the software can do many good things and give me a lot of good data, but it will probably take a year to figure it out since i can't get help from AXXESS to figure it out.

Pros: Ease of use for nursing, billing and scheduling. The number of reports available to run is outstanding. Nurses love the app for their phones, everything is at that fingertips. AXXESS is ahead of the curve in technology with the announcement of AXXESSCARE - I do believe this will truly change health care and it's delivery providing excellent care to patients with a decrease in workload on office staff. I am proud to be a part of this exciting company!

Cons: Need to be able to customize - I am agency that deals with commercial insurance and workman's comp patients and our choices of OASIS is very limited.

Comments: I wish you had hospice as well.

Pros: I love how easy it is to use. It has all the functionality we need; we've never had any issues. From office staff to clinicians, we love this software!

Cons: If I had any complaints, it would be the frequencies and how to track them. It is hard to know everyone's frequencies and put them in the 185 which is where they are pulled from. And if the frequencies change during the episode, which it often does, there is no way to update that and continue using your tool.

Private software: has many problems, and the support personnel don't get back to agency even after multiple calls and emails

Comments: Love Axxess!! The software is so easy to navigate and the customer service representatives are very kind, courteous, and helpful!

Pros: It is very user friendly and I am able to teach my clinicians how to use the software with ease. I can solve most of their issues over the phone which saves a lot of time with their busy schedules.

Cons: The only con I have, is that I can't make simple changes for the clinicians and then sign and approve them. Sometimes it is a very minor change that has to be sent back and then I have to wait for them to resign and send it back to me.

Comments: Overall, We are happy users of Axxess and they have been a great EMR partner. If they could just institute more frequent updates to the basic functionality to make the software even better and more thoughtful I would then be able to give a 5-Star review.

Pros: Windowed environment provides intuitive ease of use, anyone that is familiar with the basic operation of a Windows or Mac computer will find it easy to learn to navigate Axxess. However, Some basic functionality is lacking enough to be more than just an aggravation. Axxess training videos are excellent and much appreciated.

Cons: Orders Manager - With CMS, and Managed Care payors strict guidelines about timely signatures, the lack of document age, as well as the ability to easily document attempts to have documentation signed is a major flaw causing the need to build an outside tracking system which needs to be reconciled daily. Billing Manager: Batch remittance feature would be nice for managed care insurances. Ability to pre-select claims that should be split up by G-Code for easier billing with managed care (e.g. Medicaid requires authorization number for PT, ST, OT visits and those need to be billed separately from SN and HHA visits [which also require an auth. #]) Record Highlighters: All windows showing "lists" should have the ability to highlight records for easy viewing (like in the billing manager windows) Better Navigation: When viewing patient specific records in the billing manager (or other windows where applicable) there should be a link to tie back to the patients chart, as opposed to opening the charts window and searching for the patient. Patient "Vital Statistics": It would be nice to have an easier way to access patient information such as ICD-10 Codes, Address Information, Insurance numbers, SS#'s, etc. for quick copy so that they can be easily pasted into other billing applications and portals. As opposed to going to multiple windows to find the information, or edit screens where vital information could be accidentally deleted. Message Searching: Axxess Mail feature should have the ability to search mail by subject, by patient, by recipient, by sender, or by date. General Searching: All windows showing lists of records should be searchable including all windows of the orders manager. Patient Visit Guide: A special form/window should be created in the software where the case managing RN could document visit specific information such as, location of patient (where to park, what door to go to, etc...), patient specific visit preferences, and other relevant information about the visit for ease of communication between RN's and other staff about the patient.

Too many issues with the software functunality, too many times while typing you have to reenter your password, your surveys come up the second you start with technical support

Comments: This is a good basic system. It's simplicity makes it good for a small agency or a non-skilled agency.

Pros: Ease of use. I love the patient screen and scheduling screen. Customer service is pretty good.....N'at is wonderful. (CiCi too)

Cons: No good Financial reports. No production report. The claims history is jumbled, and can't sort by year. Billing for commercial gets divided by episode (double the work). A/R are inaccurate if a partial payment has been made. No way to search invoice numbers...VERY IMPORTANT! Many companies pay us using invoice numbers only (no patient names). On schedules, why are there 2 dates: visit and scheduled? Once the visit date has been changed, it should appear corrected in the schedule center. The email system is a joke. You can't search for emails, and replies don't carry over the patient name so you don't know who the patient is without someone putting it in the body of the email each time. Ins the insurance profiles, there needs to be a place for us to make notes, i.e. "fax invoices w/notes" or "bill within 48 hours of visit" etc. Plus, usually there is something in the system that is not working at any given time that requires a "work around"

Pros: Customer support representative helped me by Joining Me. We cleared my cache and then I had availability. She was pleasant and patient.

Cons: I only utilize certain functions. Does not easily train for other functions and must use multiple steps and screens to obtain necessary outcome.

Pros: I believe this software it's somewhat easy to use. The service people are very nice and very helpful.

Cons: Most financial reports are not accurate. Also it needs improvement with frequency. We tried to schedule the frequency for OT and PT and because it was not on the Oasis it will not show up therefore bringing those little triangles at the left side of the screen up. Call several times about the financial reports and no one seems to know exactly how to read them.

Pros: Give Axxess a try. I know that they are always willing to work with new customers during a transition from a previous software and their pricing tiers are very affordable.

Pros: Very user friendly and easy to teach others how to use. Like the DDE and the CAHPS features and the ease of adding new patients and users

Cons: Data information easily messes up and doesn't catch errors that it should and other EMR systems have, it should also have a frequency builder and automatically generate new episodes when recertifications are completed and the report center could be better

Pros: Recently had a drop in census in May. We were billed the rate when we had a census of 18. At the time called and talked to the customer rep who told me she would see if "upper management" would issue a credit check. She said this was not possible but I understood to have a credit. In June the billed rate was for a census of less than 25 patient. I called the customer rep to see why no credit and she informed me this was because the notice of the census drop was done after the first of the month which is when the billing was processed. I advised her this was the first time I had been told the notice needed to be before the beginning of the month. Frankly, I was very upset, first to be made to believe I had a Credit balance because of the overcharge in May and then to be given some bureaucratic b.s. that my notice to you was after a cut-off date that I was not even aware of is more b.s. Not very happy with this and have gotten NO consideration inspite of being an AXXESS customer for over two years. As I told rep, " this leaves a very bad taste in my mouth". I do not expect the service for free but I do expect to be treated fairly.

Cons: AXXESS not a company that really cares about its customers. More concerned with doing what is to your advantage and bureaucratically correct.

Comments: this system is easy to use, can be taken anywhere, and has the resident chart all in one place. It also has some ability for employee tracking which is nice.

Pros: Easy to use, electronic now charting. Love the trainings that are provided. Really like that the resident chart is in one place and easy to update

Cons: The system sometimes is slow, and can be spotty but I think it happens with most electronic systems depending on your area

Comments: Would like to be able to access chart after signing, to occasionally add missed data.

Pros: Easy to learn. Great templates. Have occasionally come across some diagnosis that is totally not covered under the templates.

Cons: ROC and SOC very lengthy and time consuming. Wish the programs could be somewhat streamlined so the charting doesn't actually take longer than the actual visit.

Pros: Information on Medicare changes. Different report that are accessible.

Cons: Not able to print orders in a batch, Not having Therapy Manager, I have called several times to see if this would be a new feature added soon, no return calls.

Pros: Axxess allowed our agency to use and sample the software for very low cost until we got our Medicare number. Our clinical staff love the product. Support was always very professional and helpful.

Cons: I would like to see some additional database and tracking for orher every day operations and tasks. Add-ons for marketing, HR and payroll would be great.

Comments: Why is Axxess not willing to send notifications when there is a software change in billing?

Pros: Easy to use, all inclusive software. Allows for patient signature and for staff to complete paperwork on phone.

Cons: We receive no notifications on changes to our billing by AXXESS. We find out when our claims are rejected by insurance companies, costing months in delayed payments and time to figure out what changes Axxess made but did not bother to notify us of.

Pros: Ease of use, the mobile application, price comparison to other home health software companies. Not device specific.

Cons: Defensible Documentation is not built into the system. I prefer to have an option for an entire package of services rather than add on this, add on that.

Comments: More functionality that would make our life easier.

Pros: 1. I want to see comparisons between two OASIS M Items in a glance. (Re: Previous & current) 2. I want a printable report on ALL documents that requires MD signatures whether it is sent, resent, received. 3. I want a printable report on vaccination log whether patient received & refused. 4. I want to see more OASIS scrubber reports on inconsistency. 5. Why are there still inconsistency even when you report a pressure diagnosis and completed pressure ulcer assessments? 6. etc.

Cons: Yellow, Red, Blue stick notes are helpful. But, there are no report to generate messages from sticky notes.

Comments: There should be a video on how to step by step input info and how to verify visits without having to complete all info. How do you easily get to patient signature area?

Pros: It probably would be easier to use on a tablet. Cell phone seems too small to use and takes up a lot of time to insert all info.

Cons: not convenient for cell phone use. too complicated to get to signature area. There has to be a better program!

Comments: In its simplicity, it is very step intensive, it does not think for itself. Everything it does has to be directed by the user, at the simplest level. A good system would let you set up preference at one time for each insurance and then the system would take that information and use it to simplify the steps. This system does not! For billing you have to manually create every claim, for every patient. It does not allow for mass billing, of billable visits, or multiple claims at one time. What I used to be able to accomplish in a day with my old system now takes me weeks. In this system, you cannot search by invoice number or track anything accurately. When you post a payment, you do so in each claim, and you physically have to go back in, find the claim and mark it paid. Everything is simple, not hard, but I might as well go back to paper. Everything has a work around, because nothing works the way it was intended! Very, very frustrating, especially on the accounting!

Comments: Our Survey was complicated by Axxess's reports I was required to pull a report of the current census with name address phone diagnosis admission date cert period and services provided I was not able to get all of this in one report. Also I was sited for missing an Aide supervisory visit I was not alerted on the computer that these were not scheduled

Comments: I like the feel and energy of the company.

Pros: Ease of use and features. Weekly training is very useful for new employees. Great support during and after Hour calls upon call in.

Cons: Too many individual report tools that are not integrated. Can't print staff patient load. Schedule list all visits for that staff then you have to go in and delete repeated patients. Horrible customer service when it comes to return phone calls and specific issues with billing. Staff ignore and fail to return calls period. Seems like that the culture of dealing with clients with problems with software. Updates to software with no instructions on changes for new process. Billing insurance companies on Axxess needs work.

Comments: HAVING USED SYENERGY FOR SEVEN YEARS BEFORE SWITCHING TO AXXESS, IT WAS A VERY EASY TRANSITION. ITS A VERY USER FRIENDLY SOFTWARE

Comments: One of my basis in choosing Axxess for our organization depended heavily on the feedback of our visiting nurses that works with various Home Health Agencies using other electronic software. Their #1 choice is Axxess. After a year & 1/2 of using the software, we had our unannounced Public Health State Survey. I had mixed emotions & unknown fear because it was our first survey using electronic charting, then when the State Surveyor knew that we are using Axxess, she commented " I like Axxess!". Because of its easy functionality, our clinicians have more quality time in caring for their patients, easy access to their Plan of Care, Medication profile, with more effective & meaningful documentation submitted to the agency.

Pros: User friendly, easy to use.

Cons: OFFLINE CAPABILITY.

Comments: I I think Axxess is a good product that greatly facilitates my work as QA. Very easy to use. I have used Axxes for about 4 years and I think it is generally very good.

Comments: I DO NOT like this program. Reports are horrible, no one calls back when you leave a message

Pros: I do not like this program, the reports are worthless. Anytime you call into a certain extension, you may or may not get a callback

Cons: I do not like this program, the end of month reports are useless. I cannot close out the end of the month with these reports, we have to create our own reports.
