Pros

Price point is great. Ease of filing claims. Quality assurance system is very nice. Creating orders and OASIS is great.

Cons

Software changes. For example we were unable to create claims today and had to call customer support to resolve the issue.

At times can be hard to navigate through the different pages always having shuffle screens by closing and reopening screens.

would like to see an automatic age calculator, option to mark "missed visit" under details, different color codes for "Completed", "To Be Sent To Physician", "Returned W/ Physician Signature", option for nurses to upload previous SN Note without Dates and Vital Signs information.

Pros

Easy for my nurses to do SN Notes and sign documents, easy to bill and keep track of claims, easy to export Oasis.

Cons

The mobile app is now an extra expense. It would be nice to have a free lite version as before so my nurses can have access to patient's information (phone numbers, MD Orders, Medication List, Doctor's Contact, etc..).

Pros

It works ok only occasionally. There is nothing good I can say and that is not exagerating

Cons

repeated calls to managers and IT are un returned, promises promises but no one ever delivers. We were promised the world to start up and completely lied to! The excuse was "oh well that sales person does not work here anymore". by the time we figured it out it was too late. Our company has lost significant money and had several deficiencies sited as a direct result of AXXESS not fixing it's issues or refusing to play by the State mandated rules! Horrible company horrible experience!

I like the user friendly software.Ot is very easy to teach employees how to use the after. I have been continuing to re educate the staff on new issues and resolving problems within the app.

There are a lot of glitches which need to be resolved in the app and web axxess. It does its job just need to resolve the issues as quickly as possible.

When I think of what Axxess has done for not only the home health industry as a whole but my own personal place of employment, I can’t help but want the world to know about how great of a product it is and how easy life has been since Axxess. I have worked for Machris Home Health for two years now and every since we started using Axxess there has been less stress, less chaos, and less hassle. Before, we were using three different products to complete one task. The Axxess software not only allowed us to do away with paper charts all together but it also allowed us to do everything we were doing using multiple products but more using just the Axxess software. Our learning experience with the software was made very easy by the Axxess team who provided us with online training as well as an Onsite Demo at our convenience. We were able to start using Axxess software immediately and any question we ever have the customer service team always makes sure that we are not only taken care of but that we are given a step by step tutorial which we love. Axxess has taken every possible step to make sure that we are running an Effective, Efficient and Concrete Home health agency. Axxess gave us easy Access to our home health needs. I will continue to recommend this User-friendly software to any and everybody because if you are not using Axxess you are truly missing out.

It is clinician friendly and great for the nurses and therapist. The updates for compliance are nice.

Cons

Customer service support for AXXESS is terrible. The wait far exceeds what should be considered normal. The customer service reps are very nice, just the availability and turnaround needs improved. Possibly a contact person per facility would help?

Customer hold times after new software releases are way too long. This past year was a good example and almost had to complete new soc when coordinator accidentally erased a chart.

Pros

Able to chart existing visit and retain notes from previously charted visit or assessment. So easy to tweak my notes when I actually have something to compare it with.

Cons

The wound care details often don't carryover when charting. Sometimes this carries over and other times not. Not sure what the issue is.

They know how to sell the product. Good pricing. Perfect SN notes. Nice reminders.

Cons

1\. Oasis: a) Incomplete interventions and goals, e.g Cardiovascular System: SN to assess pt's HR ( 1 example). I was adding templates for missing goals and interventions. b) Medications. We have to hit search for drop down window to open every time we add meds instead of opening the drop down automatically. Oxygen is not in med. list c) POC interventions and goals not organized in rows. Instead appear as one paragraph. Difficult to see the needed interventions or goals. d) No post hospital order like POC e) Non Oasis POC does not pull Diagnosis from SN assessment. Have to enter manually. 2. Communication Notes a)I have to add a com note to the open patient chart. Why I have to look for the patient, Doctor, and episode all over again if my patient's chart is open already. 3. Schedule view We have to go through patient's one by one to check schedules. We have nurses with 20-30 patient's a week. It's time consuming. 4. Dashboard for Administrator (besides having in reports) a) Need to see current patient census b) Broken down by Insurance and ratio(how many %) c) Late notes (how many and how late)

As a home health regulatory consultant, I run into a lot of software. I have kept a running list of ones my clients have used but I have been very impressed by the features and commitment to compliance I see in the AXXESS Software. In addition to the multiple access points for clinical, administrative, billing, scheduling, and QA functions - the checks and balances built into the software makes accuracy and ease of use as reliable as anything I've seen on the market. As a former software trainer, I have been involved in various conversions and find the AXXESS team not only efficient in data transfer and implementation but very expedient. The process has been fast and seamless. And the 12-month agreement as a simple 30-day cancellation clause that helps clients feel secure when they sign on, unlike other companies that have made the contract pricey and restrictive. Support is available after hours and on weekends from people who have first hand home health experience. Even beginning users find the training and support to be a boost to their user experience. AXXESS is truly a company that adheres to its values of integrity and customer support. Their goal is to help agencies provide the best care patients deserve using the advances of technology while ensuring regulatory compliance.

I have problem getting financial report from the software. I called customer service three times. Everytime, they said they would get back to me with answers and they never did. I completely lost my trust on their managment

I have seen other software, they all kind of do the same thing. I got demo from multiple vendors, can't see a differentiation

Cons

Poor Technical support and reports. The reports are confusing and I often have download multiple spreadsheet to analysis my data. I have called customer support, even they could not help.
