We never have a rep that comes and sees us. Cons No rep that comes onsite occasionally, no updates to the 485 information. 485's have to be reread and corrected at the agency. October 13, 2015 4.5 Pros I love that I can pre-load my previous assessments to the SN notes and also to the OASIS. This feature saves a tremendous amount of time. I also love that I can call AXXESS at any time I have an issue and usually get an answer within a few minutes. Cons I've come across a couple of issues in the past regarding the technicians not being able to fix the problem right away, making my productivity slow down. This was pretty inconvenient. Another thing that I really don't like is when the entire system is DOWN...this has only happened a few times, but always seems to happen when I have no patients to see and need to get my computer work completed. This is the program that helps me to make the home health care services an organized, compliant and most of all I can go anywhere and still I can monitor the business even I am in different location. Convinience and dependability is outstanding Cons I love everything included. I utilize all of it and helps me in many ways to understand what is going on in the companies I manage as the Consultant to many agency for start up or on going with Medicare certified agency. the least I like is too much texting informing us of what is new in the program. I believe that AXXESS is at the top of the list. However, being new some areas I need to learn and/or wished they were already available are: 1. templates entered, 2. goals to be set as individualized and measurable and NOT 'by end of episode'. 3.. Not having to enter signature. 4. Less entry screens for employee notifications. (HospiceMD's is more user friendly). Pros 1\. information is easily accessible and readily available i.e. not buried so far into the software that it is virtually impossible to find. 2. User friendly for staff - not too many clicks to get where need to go. 3. scheduling easy 4. QA excellent re: compliance etc. Cons Too many screen entries for employee maintenance. They were all very professional yet makes you feel comfortable and relaxed while handling your business. Anytime you call into a certain extension, you may or may not get a callback Cons I do not like this program, the end of month reports are useless. When we were looking for a software company, we looked at different companies and we listened and took copiuos notes on each one of them. We were very impressed by the way Adrien Gonzalez took us under his wing by explaining how the software works. He's there when we needed some answers to our questions, even after hours. We felt more comfortable with him and his staff than with the other software companies. The office in Dallas and here in Houston, head by Pat Evans and her team are a blessing to our Agency. I know we can call any time and our questions are answered right away. We started with the software last year. The implementation of the software is very simple and fast. It's very easy for my team to use the system once trained on how to use it. The customer service is impecable, everyone is very helpful and professional. The system has allowed us to cut down on time, supplies and it's available 24 hours/day and it's easy to use. The company is always updating the system for their clients. " August 7, 2015 5.0 Pros Its very user friendly and very efficient for home health care agencies. They cater to our every need. They anticipate what we'll be needing and make it easier for agencies by offering new and innovative features. All you can possibly need, Axxess has it. Not to mention their courteous and helpful team of product support. Cons It logs you out too often. System needs to have a security option more than a short idle time and it logs you out.
