Axxess Agencycore software is very user friendly. Some of our staff members had limited computer skills and found the software very easy to learn. Our agency had to transition from another software and the transition process was seamless. We received the technical support needed from the beginning of the transition process until the end. We experienced no down time and no delay in billing. The nurses love the skilled nurse visit notes that are easily created. The software helps the staff to meet documentation deadlines and allows our agency to improve our QA process. Now, we are able to QA all notes before they are printed and placed in the charts. The Axxess Agencycore technical support staff is great and will work with you to find a solution to any problems you may experience. One feature that is really helpful is the reports that can be generated. The report will give you a bird's eye view of your operation and can be created based on the needs of your agency. We have a great working rapport with the Axxess Agencycore team and can't imagine using any other software.

I love the multi-window feature. This is a fabulous feature that I use quite often even to the point were I want to go beyond the 8 window limit, since I tend to multi-task and get sidetrack every so often. Plus it allows me to pause where I am at without loosing my spot. The amount of service compared to the amount of money paid each money is worth it. I don't think you can find anything else that compares at such an affordable rate.

Pros

The activity report is great for keeping track on our employees productivity and being able to know if/when they are starting their paperwork.

Cons

My QA does not like the new QA center; however for those new to the product it wouldn't make a difference since they would be learning it the new way already.

Pros

It is user friendly. It's okproduct, but there are better ones out there.

Cons

Too many changes/updates without prior notification. I want to know about changes before they happen, not after! I would like to upload a previous assessment into a new assessment, even if it is a different type. The M qustions are the same, so it should allow me to load it in.

Our Survey was complicated by Axxess's reports I was required to pull a report of the current census with name address phone diagnosis admission date cert period and services provided I was not able to get all of this in one report. Also I was sited for missing an Aide supervisory visit I was not alerted on the computer that these were not scheduled

Pros

You can't see the weekly progress of the wounds in a graphic or report.

Pros

NOTHING! The product didn't meet our needs, and will not stop sending me emails or bills. We haven used it since December.

Cons

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for seven months, have turned them into my bank for fraud and even changed my account numbers due to Axxess having my account info and continuing to bill for a service I DONT WANT!

The best thing about this software is that you can have multiple tabs open at a time so you don't have to open and close them all the time.

Cons

I wish there was a feature to delete mulptuple schedules at one time instead if one at a time for time purposes.

Cons

While the software addresses most of the functionalities we need to run the agency, there are other enhancements that can be made specifically on the reporting area. There are reports that I need as Administrator that's not in the canned reports.

Cons

Physical Therapists cannot co-sign notes electronically, which is a Medicare requirement. Could also use some billing improvements, such as showing the exact amount owed (minus the RAP) on claims and the A/R instead of the total.

The software is user-friendly.

Cons

The customer service was not good. We have two companies signed up with them. We received a discounted rate approved by the CFO and marketer for the second office because of signing up both offices. Five months later, they charged our credit card twice the price we agreed on. We contacted their accounting department. The person we spoke with was very rude and would not even listen to the fact that we had a discounted rate. After several emails asking them to resolve this, we received a very nasty emailed from this same person stating that the rate was no longer valid, but effective immediately, it was almost doubled. This was very unscrupulous of them and very unprofessional. I would never recommend this company.

Pros

A human being always answers the phone when you call Axxess. They have always been able to help us immediately with support issues. They are friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

Cons

When you are switching from patient chart to schedule or other views, the chart of the first person in the patient list always populates. It is easy to forget to select the correct patient's chart again and thus start working in the wrong person's chart.

What I like most about the software is the support and definitely the ease of use. The reporting functions is a huge benefit to me, keeping updated with all the measures necessary to evaluate the health of the agency.

Cons

Vital sign notes from the mobile application don't bleed in the actual notes. How you can't view several OASIS at one time without actually opening the whole note.

Am able to open multiple windows.

Where do I begin... I have been a Registered Nurse for 16 years and during my time being a nurse, I have used multiple software systems. From the software I used in the hospitals to home health and this software is the worst I have ever used...It loses my work. It takes me 3 hours to complete a SOC OASIS and the updates do not improve this software; it makes it worse. Completing the POC IS HORRID. This is suppose to cut time, but it does not. You will be completing paper work way beyond midnight. Not user friendly.

Finally an engaging industry specific “system” designed for error proof success. I say “system” because Axxess comes with endless streams of resources from Medicare updates, coding, CEUs, certified consultants, clinical support, billing, webinars and my absolute favorites, the one-on-one demos. The software is genius by design in its simplicity to understand and train new staff, but it is equally amazing in its complexity in making my staff remain compliant and that is an uphill battle in any agency. The software has moved clinical notes submission into a problem of the past. The amazing report center in the software made it efficient during my survey with CHAP as specific reports were requested and Axxess Agency core delivered. Axxess has earned my respect and loyalty. I have aligned our agency with an outstanding partner. Undeniable unique approach to providing brilliant service.

Pros

Axxess allowed our agency to use and sample the software for very low cost until we got our Medicare number. Our clinical staff love the product. Support was always very professional and helpful.

Cons

I would like to see some additional database and tracking for orher every day operations and tasks. Add-ons for marketing, HR and payroll would be great.
