The customer service is phenomenal and well versed in how this product works. The payment management makes processing payments to/from clients very easy and safe. This product makes it very easy to import data from other sources, such as AirBnB. Cons I would like it if this software was also suited for a larger number of properties per account. I am working with the developer all the time to update and add more services which has always been done in a timely manner with full communication all the time which is a real plus for me as I have had issues with this in the past. August 29, 2014 5.0 While I continue to review newcomers to the property management/rental space, have yet to be compelled to move from Lodgix. It is very easy to use, onboarding your properties is intuitive and quick and the application is feature rich and getting better all the time. If you have a problem/question/idea for improvement, they are incredibly responsive. I've had software feature/suggestions added in the same day I sent it in. Very very pleased with Lodgix. It is easy to use and integrates great with VRBO and TripAdvisor. It has saved us a lot of time and leg work. We use the damage protection coverage also. It is really a great deal for the money. No having to collect deposits and do refunds. I've only had to use customer service on a couple of occasions, but they have been very responsive and great both times! Review Source MR Michelle R. They have helped with many of the question I've had starting up our cabin rental, even if it didn't pertain to lodgix, they would help, just to help you succeed! And the site is soooo easy to use and extremely helpful for taxes. Also, works great with other sites, Homeaway. They are always keeping up with request to help improving the ease of their site! At the time, it was not without flaws, but the owner listened to his customers, built what was suggested and continues to listen to the needs of his clients.....a rarity in this industry. It's very easy to use and powerful at the same time. They have very good documentation and support is quick to respond. We are growing with more under management and lodgix is easily able to handle our needs. I'm very much looking forward to the quick books synch. Digital signatures of agreements are a huge plus! Any time was have had an issue, it has been investigated thoroughly and fixed, so we can't say enough about their support.
