Also great for running reports off for my work as well as customer base reports. Cons Ah sorry but every time there is an update it knocks things out of sync, crashes and freezes when trying to log on, also when you have a batch of alarms yes you have a batch close button but no select all button for all users only for management. When you have a multitude of non alarms you have to clear then one by one but if you had a select all button this would be faster to dealing with alarms.
