Après 6 ans d'utilisation, le logiciel nous apporte des solutions techniques et commerciales satisfaisantes et propose chaque année des améliorations et ajoute des partenariat avec d'autres prestataires liés à la location courte durée

Pros

La synchronisation des annonces sur les plateformes utilisées concernant le descriptif, les images et la mise à jour des calendriers

Cons

Un référencement du site internet plus difficile à faire par notre prestataire externe en raison d'éléments techniques.

Smily simplifie ma gestion au quotidien avec des fonctionnalités impressionnantes : génération automatique de contrats, synchronisation des résas avec les portails, réservation en ligne disponible 24h/24… L'audit gratuit et complet réalisé sur mon site reçu ce matin met en valeur les points forts et identifie les améliorations possibles, comme l’optimisation de mes descriptions à seulement 30%. Alors demain je décrits mieux les chalets ! Smily c'est une expérience globalement excellente qui apporte une réelle valeur ajoutée à mon activité grâce à sa praticité et son efficacité!

Pros

Its user-friendly interface and powerful automation features. The seamless integration with multiple booking channels makes managing listings effortless. Additionally, the detailed analytics and reliable customer support provide valuable insights and assistance, enhancing overall property management efficiency.

Cons

One thing I liked least about BookingSync is that some advanced features require a higher subscription tier, making them inaccessible for smaller businesses. Additionally, the initial setup can be time-consuming, and occasional syncing issues with certain booking channels can disrupt operations. Multiunits are not managed.

Too many bugs, post 2017 no feedback from large users was considered, every bug was expensive, support was (sorry) horrible.

Pros

Back in 2015 I could get in touch with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] about all the bugs, work them out, find solutions. The website feature was great, then went down hill. Well, everything went down hill has they didn't scale properly.

Cons

This product just doesn't scale to hundreds of properties, today we use Cloudbeds, not perfect, but very happy.
