Pros

After signing the contract, I was quickly contacted by Onboarding Team to set up the different workshops. I was lucky to get my reps as my onboarding specialist. She was great, very helpful, kind and skilled. She knows this industry really well which helps a lot when setting up such a software. Besides, my reps showed interest in my business even though she probably works with a ton of different companies and this was much appreciated. She is reliable and also witty, which made the onboarding conversations very pleasant despite the technical side of it that can be a little complicated, everything became simple thanks to her! My onboarding specialist is not "just doing her job", she actually does much more than that. I cannot thank her enough for the great help she has been, and her patience with me! About the software itself I have to say I didn't get a chance to try it all yet, but I am confident that it will deliver!

Cons

Nothing so far really. Maybe the fact that the WorkShops have to end at some point when everything is all set !

### "BookingSync ...... "The Best Find of 2016""

Whilst looking to update our website in early 2016, we stumbled upon BookingSync. At that point, naively, we were only looking for a flexible website format. However BookingSync were able to offer the complete website, booking, invoicing, customer database and channel managers all in one package. After a successful trial, we adopted BookingSync immediately, and have never looked back. The team at BookingSync customised our website at no additional charge. Since adopting BookingSyc, more than 30% of our bookings now come directly through our website. Something we were hoping for, but never really expecting, when up against the big Corporate giants. The Customer Service is faultless & impeccable, and they are superbly supported by the technical team. We now have 3 Channel Manager Agreements now in place, and they are all managed by BookingSync. We cannot believe our growth since teaming up with BookingSync, and it really was our greatest find of 2016. Thank you.

### "appalling staff knowledge and set up process"

We have had an absolute nightmare. The "workshops" to set us up were run by somebody who doesn't understand the basics of their own product. She went live with our properties and the nightmare began. All prices wrong (99 dollars on new years eve when should have been 399) and every other setting wrong. Guests started booking our properties in the dozens and we had to disconnect as fast as we could. Even then the damage was done, because they had synced without checking our settings, they were permanently overwritten and we had to rebuild all of the properties. We also had to cancel 20 reservations in a panic. They have given us another agent now who still doesn't understand the basic settings. I am having to write a spreadsheet for them to explain which settings are controlled by the channels themselves and which are controlled by bookinsync. The documentation and staff knowledge are that bad, you literally have to work it out yourself.

the functionality looks good but it doesn't work

the documentation and help is close the worst I have seen in 20 years of business. the translation of french into english hasn't been checked and their staff do not understand the basics of this software

I started 3 years ago to work in this industry. Discovering all the avantages as well as all the difficulties such as how to follow more than 20 properties advertised on 10 different portals? It is more than 200 calendars to update regularly. With further experience, I have been introduced to this new software which allows today to manage your properties all along the season. Thanks to a very useful Month of free trial, I learned how to use and navigate the various options and for a newcomer like me I really enjoyed the easy and logical organisation of the software. Booking sync just changed my way of working and my life!! Today, following the portals you are advertising in, all calendars can be updated automatically just by updating this software and that is just magic !!! with the time a lot of different options started to appear and be developed and improved: full synchro with few portals, rates management, facilities, your private website generator, pictures etc ' the list is quite long and keep improving every day. Finally and not the least, I have to say that the customers support is maybe the key success of this new system! first, there is rarely any problems and when you do have one or just questions, the team is really reactive, kind and patient ' quite a miracle when we know the rush of the peak season for all the rentals managers :) I didn't really try any others software similar to Bookingsync, at the same I don't have any desire to look somewhere as I am really very happy with the freshness of the team and the ideology behind the company as a big part of their incomes will be redistributed to association and organisations dedicated to help the environnement and the earth.

We are property manager, agency and property owner. We cover three business models in VR industry and actively operate in three languages with customers on multiple channels. We use Bookinsync on most of our processes and keep integrating and semi/automating them on a daily basis. When I look back now I see what is the most important feature od the provider - their Team. We chose Bookingsync because they never said something cannot be done - they digged into our process and always delivered the solution that worked or even improved our processes. Having a flexible partner, open to new ideas means that you are able to implement them and grow your business with less manual work - meaning less staff on the operations. Today we are able to focus half of the team on new projects due to streamlined booking process which is, at the same time on another level then before. From beutifull HTML emails we send, to automatization of notifications (we created 32 automized notifications in three languages for guests, owners, cleaners and our employees). We can easily put the booking in over mobile devices and manage it. Payments are automated (we use Paypal) and guests receive all the documents within a minutes from the update (payment received, personal data sent, voucher etc.) Having system like Bookinsync which evolves with you and your customers makes our life much much easier, repetitive tasks gone and our employees motivated to implement new solutions. We are happier then ever and beside being happy we still grow 30 % each year with the same team. And not to forget, our quality of life changed. Special thanks to Florian and Maud - this two never fail to make our day.

After long benchmark and some tests we choosed bookingsync tot manage our rentals. Solution is great and easy to use. It helped us to reach 30% more clients. It is a great software we use daily.

Cons

It can sometimes get a little slow, and few features could be optimized.

Pros

The syncranization with the Online travel agencies, it s easy to read and fill the booking part, easy to share and implement by myself. Go support so far, Keep going !

Cons

There is no mobile application and you have to pay to get (ninja rental) it, the calendar doesnt appear well on other devices and of course a lower price would be better :)

Airbnb host since almost 5 years now, in Provence, winner of Airbnb France Hosts Awards in 2014 and author of the book "Advice from an Airbnb Top Host to better rent", I was very often asked by owners to manage their property and I ended up becoming property manager. Beginning with managing about 10 properties, I needed an effective tool, simple and pleasant to use, to help me in this new activity The interface is easy to understand, we are not overwhelmed by a whole bunch of useless information, and the features are numerous and powerful for a successful property manager activity. 2 good points for me : 1° Customer Service : I tried other solutions and I must say that the better customer experience was with BookingSync, people listening, available to help in the success of our project 2° Upgradeable : BookingSync offers through an app center, additional features for your activity, like Notifications, Bills and Zapier integration ! In conclusion, I know that I chose a software that will be able to evolve throughout my business, that's reassuring !

It's a lifesaver! I don't need anymore to be connected all the time to the OTA to report the bookings, my emails are sent automatically and my website can take direct bookings. Moreover, I could define complex rate rules and all the rules are synced to the OTAs.

Pros

Easy to use. Sync with Airbnb and Booking.com. The website feature is also a great addition as it allows me to retain customers and make more direct bookings.

Cons

The notification app is great but needs a few technical skills to customize the email content. The standard notifications cover my need though so I didn't have to make much change.

I use BookingSync for several years and my satisfaction is growing with each new functionality proposed. First I was delighted with my schedule online : we could be multiple to follow different locations without having contact between us. What time saver! Today all my booking process with : price calculation, contract auto send, management of my price plan with a price table containing all my properties, management of customer files, collects reviews, management and complementary services taxes, setting up special offers, report accounting data, delegation of access for owners and cleaning staff... Our website is completely synchronized. BookingSync is very complete and always evolving! For each new, small message informs me personally and offer me support when necessary. Can't wait booking online planed to be open for the end of this summer! BookingSync is an indispensable and solid support: thank you !!

Owner of about fifty mas, chalets and villas in Provence, in the Alps and in Greece. The distribution on portals has become a must for optimizing your occupancy rate. Online booking and instant booking profoundly revolutionized the vacation rental business BookingSync allows synchronization with portals. With the main ones such as Airbnb, Tripadvisor, Roomorama, Abritel, Booking and more than 20 others.This list increases regulary. With some portals , the synchronization concerns the whole property: reservation of course, prices with the possibility of applying detailed and precise rules and also pictures, special offers, descriptions, etc. With other portals, the synchronization is more limited but this allows reservations by request with prior acceptance. I have recently moved to BookingSync from Kigo and so far I'm very impressed. I've got 11 properties that I manage in Edinburgh and London. The support team have been fantastic, generally replying to my queries or issues within a few hours and always with a positive response either helping me achieve what I want to, or providing a fix. The integration with AirBnB is great. I no longer have to spend any time uploading guest details into the system - it's all done automatically and accurately. I've set up many notifications for guest confirmations, payment reminders, etc. Haven't yet used the integration with trip advisor. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a system to help with the daily tasks of holiday property management. Quick to set up, easy to use and great customer service!

I am taking care of few properties on the island of Lefkada to make sure that gardens and pools are ok. Always very difficult to communicate with everyone about time schedules, arrivals of the clients, number of people, etc .. The owners are using Bookinsync system and gave me an access as subcontractor !!! just so much easier ! Calendars updated with actual arrival time, details about the guests coming is helping to get ready the villa (like birthdays, wines tastes, etc so it is for me very easy to use, I can add comments if needed and I am saving hours and hundred of euros in communication thanks to this new tool :) So just very happy with Bookingsync even if it could be more cell phone friendly ... but I know that they are working on it so then it will be perfect tool for my use!

I'm using BookingSync 5 years already and it keeps exceeding my expectations and getting better. I started using it as it was a great tool for my business as I could have all the bookings and clients information together while I could synchronise my calendar automatically with portals. Within the time I'm using it a lot has been improved that save me so much time and make my business working better. Now I can manage payments, contracts, pricing, keep statistics and more. They have great customer support always ready to assist in any issue and they keep improving their product. I cannot imagine working without BookingSync. It's a great tool in a very good price. Keep up the good work guys!

If you renting villas arround the world and want to be sure to rent all seasons ... you need to work with portal. If you working with more than one of them ... you really need booking-sync ...

Pros

It's allow me to save lot of time to update my calendar on all the portal with who i am working ... The product is easy to use and after few click everything work ... better than i expect The customer support is very reactive and help me to configure their API 20 min after i ask ...

Cons

If everybody will use this product, we will have some problem to get visibility :)

Having listed over 150 properties over the past 3 months, I can say with credence that the use of this software is the best, most user friendly listing software I have come across - Especially the fact that you don't have to waste laborious hours resizing all the pi's - When one I did just today has nearly 200 pictures!! The Customer Service is also 1st Class and answers come back ASAP (Subject to European time zones, of course! Not only that, but, there is also no red tape nor delay and recommended alterations nto the site/software are also done without a quibble - All in all, superb and a pleasure to work with these Guys and Girls!!!

Pros: Excellent customer attention and support, easy to use booking software, API capabilities between software, company website, external partners. At it's core, it's a great software which is scalable; meaning as we grow and add properties, as is the software in keeping up. Cons: Not an all round system (missing a complete CRM capability, accounting and financial system, sales support tools) HOWEVER, and this is good; any requests for missing functions many times get implemented at a later stage. Rare, but it does happen, a bit sluggish and slow even with a fast internet connection.

Now, in addition to my presence on portals, I have my own website fully synchronized with my data. The handling is simple and if I have a doubt the customer support is reactive. very simple to use, many automizations made simple save me time, the Synchronizers for the portals, the fusion feature saves me a lot of money from the portal subscriptions, very good price, excellent support
