Pros

Searchability and the ability to categorize documents using folders. That's very helpful for a larger case.

Cons

Trouble rotating documents or breaking up documents in a logical way. Have not found an effective way to delete duplicates.

We started using NextPoint for a large construction defect case. It has been very helpful in getting our massive files in shape for discovery. We love that it is really easy to use and many users can collaborate on a project.

Pros

The vast amount of capabilities available to me. I love being able to do everything I need to do on one site.

Cons

Sometimes the website runs very slow and it take 20 minutes for a small batch of documents to process.

We just started using the database this year. I find it rather confusing to use. I found my initial experiences with customer support less than ideal. Now that we are on roll and I am more familiar, it is fine. I do think the value for money is very good.
