I've run into a couple situations where I needed help uploading documents/preparing documents to submit to the opposing side and every time I call someone is there to help. However, it is very difficult to figure out how much the bills will actually be. I understand the pricing model is to forward as much as you can onto the client's expenses however it gets hard to do that when the price forwarded on is quite the amount. There was a learning curve to get familiar with the layout but the training webinar was very helpful and when I had issues I was able to get responses from customer service fairly quick.
