Pros I liked that it was simple to use and could generate reports easily- I used it for decades and loved it. Cons I have used Sage TS so long, that I actually used it on a paid for CD. What I did not like was when it went to monthly subscription it was super expensive, far too expensive for a solo practitioner so I had to leave. Pros Timeslips has excellent time tracking and billing features. The billing and invoicing features are excellent. Cons In all honesty, I am extremely disappointed in how Timeslips provides support to customers. Trying to solve a problem through "chat" services is ridiculous. What has happened to one-on-one conversation? Customer support is the worst feature of Timslips, yet it should be the most important feature aside from the product itself. Also, for the amount of money I am paying each year, I should have the ability to have more than 4-5 support interactions with being charged. I honestly believe that these issued should be addressed.
