Pros: I like that the software is straightforward and simple to use. It is no frills but accomplishes everything you want a scheduling software to accomplish. I mainly use it for requesting time off, keeping track of my schedule and tracking benefits like PTO.

Cons: I feel like you kind of have to search a bit to find what you want and the layout could really use an update. It's not organized well so I find my self always searching for what I want.

Pros: GE's Customer Service is outstanding. Response time is very good. Overall, the program does what it is meant to do effectively. Fairly easy to customize to employer specifics as well.

Cons: Overall feel of the program seems outdated. GE has updated the platform but still seems like it is more of a quick fix rather than an improvement.
