However, it tries to be all thing to all people and in doing so is complicated for the occasional user. When things go wrong support is not necessarily readily available and often times don't appear to have the expertise to resolve the issue. IT appears to be more interested in their turf wars than resolving the customers problem. Pros Good graphics.
