A great user friendly application for the best price. It automate and help greatly to improve your HR process.
Its great to work with team Sapience - [SENSITIVE CONTENT. Its a user friendly software and the functionalities are helping process the payrolls at ease.
It is excellent product for a medium and large enterprise customers with ease of use.
Sapience payroll is user friendly, easy to set up different modules, elements, easy to define the procedures, entitlements, calculation rules etc, Good connectivity with Oracle OTL system.

I'm not find anything like to there is somthing is missing.
Basic Reports such as net pay report, Staff Headcount report are not available and having to customize.
This was a bit painful as the turnaround time on request adding a custom report was a bit slow. But they overcome this issue by adding a new report designer within Sapience HRMS.
When we started, there was no custom report designer.

Overall: One of the very Good software for end to end solution designed for HR operation, wherein appropriate care has been taken intended error free output from the database, in particular UAE labor law amalgamation for all calculations.

Pros: Highly configurable system gives flexibility for the organization to change their policies and process and software can adapt this changes with ease. Sapience HCM offers comprehensive customer support services which will help us to use the system seamlessly.
Cons: There is no major constrains we have faced during Sapience implementation, but there are still room to add more features to software such as AI & ML.
