Do not regret the decision of picking up "Sapience HRMS" Pros Sapience HRMS makes all the process from employee management from hire to exit so easy and seamless!. The highly professional, user-friendly and committed staff made our implementation smooth and easier. All the modules we used in Sapience HRMS was excellent and highly integrated. Cons When we started, there was no custom report designer. This was a bit painful as the turnaround time on request adding a custom report was a bit slow. But they overcome this issue by adding a new report designer within Sapience HRMS. Reason for choosing Sapience HRMS The product functionality in Sapience HRMS was meeting our expectation very well.
