Pros The system is flexible, allows the user to personalize the information displayed for each user based on the type of use of each user, it also makes it easy to move between pages with hyperlinks in order to quickly obtain the information needed. Cons The list of failures doesn't discriminate between alarm messages so the faults displayed when the door is opened to clean or anything else is listed the same way as when there is a failure during automatic movements, that makes more difficult to make reports about faults and downtime. The system itself is only a system, but in order to operate properly, the operators have to be very well trained and the intricacies of the system have to be perfectly explained. Pros La facilidad para trazar todo lo que pasa dentro del sistema. Antes de tener el software el usuario tenia su propia idea del comportamiento de la herramienta. Con EASY pudimos trazar, explicar y formar al equipo para estandarizar la forma de trabajar. Cons Existen partes del mismo como el motor de tareas que pese a tener la capacidad como administrador de modificar desde el equipo técnico te recomiendan encarecidamente que no lo hagas. Digamos que eso le quita flexibilidad. Sin embargo, una vez el sistema está correctamente configurado y estabilizado, Easy WMS se convierte en una solución robusta y completa para la gestión de almacenes. Dispone de múltiples funcionalidades que ayudan a mejorar la eficiencia operativa, la trazabilidad de los procesos y la gestión diaria de la logística. Pros Uno de los puntos más fuertes de Easy WMS es su capacidad para gestionar operaciones logísticas complejas, especialmente en entornos con múltiples transportistas (multicarrier) y alto volumen de preparación de pedidos. El sistema ofrece una buena estructura para la gestión de ubicaciones y procesos de picking, lo que facilita la organización del almacén y ayuda a optimizar los flujos operativos diarios. En nuestro caso, esto ha permitido mejorar la trazabilidad y el control de las operaciones dentro del almacén. Cons Uno de los aspectos que consideramos mejorables es el rendimiento del sistema en algunos equipos, donde en determinadas situaciones se percibe cierta lentitud. Pros Lo que mas destacaría de Easy WMS sería el compromiso y la rapidez de respuesta del equipo de Mecalux, que ofrece una atención ágil y eficaz ante cualquier incidencia. También la búsqueda constante de mejora del software Easy WMS, evolucionando y proponiendo soluciones cuando surgen errores. Además, la profesionalidad y cercanía del personal, ya que su atención es excelente. Cons Como aspectos a mejorar serían la falta de coordinación entre los distintos departamentos, lo que a veces obliga a contactar con varias personas para resolver un mismo asunto. La falta un interlocutor único que gestione cada caso de principio a fin, lo que evitaría tener que repetir información. Pros Lo que mas impacta es la capacidad que tienes para modificar y adaptar el sistema a los requerimientos que puedan surjir con tus productos.La integracion no fue facil pero una vez en marcha el sistema muestra estabilidad y seguridad.
