The trial balance is a key element to prepare the IFRS. Pros The flat reports for the bank reconciliations- the wizard tools available to make adjustments- the reports like trial balance, BVA and creditor Balance. We Cons We would like to see more HR applications such as advanced personnel records and electronic timesheets, We currently import timesheets into GMS. Works well but one system would be nice. Switched from [MIP Accounting](https://www.capterra.com/p/116591/MIP-Accounting/) MIP did not handle indirect costs and other cost allocation well. The reports were not what we wanted and payroll was bulky.
