With the datango Academy, you can manage your learning content, end users competency and your learning processes. You have a wide range of options for providing your employees with the appropriate learning content. Approval workflows for courses and event-driven email notifications are central components of the solution. With the datango Academy, you have the option of guiding learners step by step through the courses they need to complete (such as IT training, mandatory training, safety training, etc.). You can provide users with an overview of their learning achievements. When designing the tests, you can make use of numerous features such as knowledge tests, quizzes, multiple choice, randomized tests – including gamification – and many more. You can specify the score at which a knowledge test is deemed to have been passed and whether you would like to issue a certificate. Targeted evaluation and weak point analysis of learning behaviour and learning results of your users included.

Die Zusammenarbeit als Kunde mit allen Ansprechpartnern ist auf allen Ebenen sehr gut und lösungsorientiert.

Pros

Erste Ergebnisse sind schnell erzielt. Eine Prozessaufzeichnung kann auch zum Test der Anwendung nach Systemwartung und Upgrade genutzt werden, wodurch die erstellte Dokumentation gleichzeitig überprüft und aktualisiert werden kann.

Cons

In stark regulierten Wirtschaftsbereichen wie z.B. Finanzwesen hat sich die Unterstützung von nur einem Datenbanksystem als kleine Schwierigkeit gezeigt.
