It has made record keeping, communication, and organization at our dayhome agency far more effective. We cannot say enough about Vince (the software developer) and his responsiveness to our questions, concerns and suggestions. We've been very happy with the decision to use Timesavr. Pros Ease of use, broad scope of applications. Cons It seems more daycare oriented than dayhome friendly BUT changes we suggest are often applied to make it more dayhome friendly. September 20, 2019 5.0 I was able to set up the program needs and my Data Assistant is easily able to enter and update information for our children and families. Then I can print reports on demand. Very easy to use. Pros Ease of use and having everything that I need to capture either readily available or I can customize to capture additional data needed. Easy to update emergency contacts, make notes, etc. Convenient to use on my smarthphone or tablet as sign in/out does not always happen at my home. Portable emergency records without having to carry a paper copy is wonderful. Seems to make billing much more straight forward for our agency staff. Thanks Pros simple straightforward graphics and layout Cons could it more direct to get to certain profile pages. Right now we login, go to our provider name and go to sign in. It calculates all my hours automatically and I am able to easily enter the information I have to in a timely fashion. I do sometimes find it a pain to have me enter a time and then it automatically puts in the current time but I am used to checking that I have caught it so there are no mistakes. Director Education Management Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Just a few ideas" February 8, 2017 4.0 I love Timesavr, here are few things that would make it even better and easier for us to use: 1) An App so that it ease of function on an Ipad is easier 2) An email function so that parents can update their registration forms every 6 months, as per licensing requiremnts 3) On the tax receipts, a place to put a job title and signature for the director. As this is something that the tax receipts require Absolutely LOVE everything else. Thank you. It saves us time and helps me to better manage my finances. Customer service is usually instantaneous and the program is often updated to better meet the needs of customers. We love it! It is constantly making errors , changing the time from pm to am or vice versa. Very time consuming correcting all the mistakes . Sorry to hear about your iPhone problems but the system is not designed to be used on phones and especially iPhones and iPads cause some problems. I encourage you to try it on Android or Windows. With a click you're able to sign kids in and out, access child's profile and records, keep track of payment, time sheet for staffs, avg numbers of kids each day/week/monthly. Pros Sign in and out kids, time sheet, easy to access child profile when needed (ie. emergency contact numbers) Cons It would be helpful if there's a way to upload documents about students to keep on file. It keeps all areas organized Pros It use to take me and 2 other staff to do invoicing over a day...I do it on my own in 3 hours or less!! I'm signing in and out every half hour normally off my phone. This would make for easy access and quicker sign in out times as the site itself is for computers or tablets rather than cell phones! Overall I love it though! Pros Less waste (less paper documents) Professional and simple receipts, invoices etc. Monthly reports Made specifically for child care programs Simple sign in and out process for staff and families Cons Sometimes the program is a bit picky when manually entering items Remembering to hit 'Save' after everything Reason for choosing TimeSavr It simplified our processes.
