Pros: Very good features to manage clients, classes, private appointments, teachers and pay scale, and finances. From basic functions to more sofisticated.

Cons: It takes diving into the system to discover some tools, going over a few screens.
It could be simpler...

Overall: I can manage all my business from one place, at the studio or remotely.

Pros: Allows me to take care of so many essential business functions that I wouldn't be able to manage on my own. Allows me to keep track of clients, staff, class schedules, and most importantly ties all of that into some amazing reporting options.

Cons: Disjointed and sometimes un-intuitive screens. Requires a lot of patience to learn and adapt to. Really needs some UI upgrades on the desktop experience.

Overall: Ability to run many business functions with one piece of software.

Easy to use for scheduling but not for practice management.

Comments: It's a great software for yoga studios and other, simpler practices. But for a physicial level health care office, it just isn't quite enough. I liked it for what it was and am glad to have found something better for me.

Pros: Scheduling, scheduling app, patient reminders, customer support, retail, merchant connectivity, receipt saving

Cons: the record keeping, transitioning from one visit to the next, continuity of notes, documents, record sharing

Pros: Clearly able to schedule and sync with Google Calendar. Able to adjust the calendar without many odd steps. Easy to manipulate scheduled sessions and breaks without having to leave the calendar screen. Easy to program in billing and contract settings.

Cons: Can be a little messy when looking at some pages. Very many different buttons to try and use at times.

Overall: Able to schedule and bill clients with ease. Also able to view the calendar from other apps.

MBO staff are always available to assist with a friendly attitude.

Pros: Ease of use. Reporting. Customer service has great vast of knowledge and has friendly staff to assist.

Cons: Wish it was more customizable. There's really not much to complain about quite honestly. Design is good.

Pros: I like that you can call and get help with anything and have someone walk you through every step if needed.

Cons: Sometimes the software gets wacky and has weird quirks but most of the time it gets resolved after some digging.

Overall: It helps us run our business in an organized streamlined way.

I've increased my business 20% in each of the 2 years I've been with MBO.

Pros: MBO is far more than a software provider. They are my strategic business partner. They keep me current on all the technological advancements available in the market through ongoing development in the software. As well as provide the research/data analysis which helps me make sound business decisions regarding my future growth and profitability.
My favorite feature is the ease of setting up the reoccurring revenue via auto pay monthly membership contracts. The other two powerful resources I use are the automated emails, retention/re-engage email marketing, and all the reporting capabilities. The day to day use of class check-in, retail sales, client account management are all features I like.
Finally, the primary reason, and the one which has earned MBO the strategic partner status within my organization is summed up in on simple word support. Their world class team of dedicated technical support staff are available 24/7/365 to answer my questions, provide information and will take all the time necessary to help me resolve anything I need.
The support doesn't end with the technical. Through the MINDBODY University program I've learned best practices, how to use the reports to build my sales and marketing strategies and to set my business goals. The MBU video tutorial liberty provides additional information on a variety of topics right from my desktop.

MINDBODY is far more than a software provider, they are my teammates! My success is their success. Period.

Cons: Like any partnership, there are always imperfections and areas of improvement. If I could wave a magic wand and all my wishes were granted, then this is what I would wish:
a more robust set of auto email options
more content for the retention and re-engage emails
more functionality related to inventory
the ability of change contract start dates after the contract has been activated

That's about it. There are other, small quirks which can be annoying at times, but then again, nothing is perfect and there is always room for improvement in any relationship.

We have used mindbody for 6 years at three properties. Like all software it has it's pros and cons

Pros: I like all of the ideas and innovation. It just seems as though the actual execution of those new ideas hasn't been fully thought through.

Cons: the amount of time it take to get to technical support and the number of items that have just simply not been resolved. Particularly for spas/appointments. it seems very class and membership focused.

Overall: daily functionality and reporting

Pros: That it does everything on one site! I can book appts, keep records on clients, run reports on services, products, staff and clients in a variety of forms for different needs to monitor and grow my business. As well as manage inventory and perform retail checkouts.

Cons: I would love to see it have a little better function for the Spa industry and appt based businesses. Along with better reports for individual therapists and growth, essentially KPI on employees.

Overall: It is my right hand woman in running my business. MINDBODY ONLINE has contributed to the tremendous growth of Yoso Wellness Spa and managing a business on the backend.

Overall, I am pleased with Mindbody. Having unresolved issue with Perkville redemption since Sept.

Pros: Ease of use and custom app for customers. Mindbody being the national go to for people looking for classes and services.

Cons: Retail functionality is limited. Not taking accountability of issue resolution between Perkville and Mindbody.

Pros: Ease of scheduling appointments and looking up client info. Both from a desktop or from the app.....

Cons: The late cancel feature. Instead of an appointment disappearing from the schedule when it is Late Cancelled I would like it to stay on the schedule in red.

Pros: Unlimited possibilities for small, one man operations all the way up to huge operations. We have 200 employees and this software has been easy to train with tons of features.

Cons: Hard to get features changed or updated to meet our specific needs since they are obviously trying to appeal to a wide audience.

Has all the features we need, plus any we might. Customer support, always friendly and helpful.

Pros: Love the credit card auto-pay. The self check-in is a real time saver too. I like the business app. my staff can check attendance and i can monitor remotely.

Cons: Not always easy for my clients to navigate at home. Takes awhile to train my staff. My biggest problem is with linking clients. I have mostly children as clients, so aconnecting them with their parents is cumbersome.

Easy to learn, difficulty with functionality at times immediately following updates.

Pros: It is really all in one, and we love having multiple platforms available. However, we probably love the fact that MB is always ahead of the trend in introducing concepts like dynamic pricing, more than we like the actual software at this point in time.

Cons: Payroll & reporting in general- it is clunky and time consuming to navigate. Payroll is very outdated and would be helpful if it were structured similar to payroll reporting like that in the retail industry. Proper timekeeping will become increasingly important as boutique studios find success and expand into multi-location. Corporations are often targeted with labor lawsuits, and as it is set, payroll is not effective. Also, a more effective P&L report with up to date cash flow would be a bonus.

We LOVE everything mobile!!! More please! However, sometimes mobile software is so well written that it overrides the desktop version or branded app functionality.

Pros: It's very comprehensive, has lots of tools and is able to accommodate everything fitness business or gym would need to run the scheduling from the mind body software.

Cons: I'm a one-person fitness trainer, and mind body was way more than I needed and way too expensive for me to justify the price. I wish they had an option for smaller companies to provide them value and deliver just what small businesses need, and not everything that a big company needs.

This app has made class scheduling simple and convenient.

Pros: Scheduling is easy in the app. I love that you can save your favorite studios and your packages are quickly synced.

Cons: I wish you could review multiple studios' schedules at once. Sometimes it is frustrating to have to go back to favorites to look at multiple locations to find which has the best class option for me.

Overall: It's easy to reserve your spot in a class ahead of time.

I love MBO and have been using it since we opened our yoga studio doors in 2009!

Pros: The ease and that it is one place that does everything! We loved the BOLD conference this year. Our clients find MBO easy to navigate

Cons: How long I have to wait to talk to tech help--I used to be able to talk to someone quickly but in the past year I often have to wait 20-30mins. If I request a call back it usually takes hours.

Well thought out platform that makes it easy and clear to schedule classes and clients.

Pros: I appreciate that you can do everything you need to run a business with one software tool! Scheduling, billing, automated reminders, inventory and retail are all in one software package. I own a music school and I need accurate scheduling, retail and billing. This system is perfect for what I do. I have tried 2 other companies (Jack Rabbit and Wellness Living) This by far out performs both. Don't bother with anything else.

Cons: Very little. Intergrating into constant contact can be tricky but there is always support to walk you through the process.

Overall: All of our scheduling and billing is always accurate. The reports are correct and our customers say the portal is easy to use!

Overall it has been incredible! I think that it is the best option in the industry by far.

Pros: Easy to use and that it is constantly evolving and bettering the user experience. Lot of customization options.

Cons: Reporting can be difficult. Although yo can get to what you need, sometimes you spend considerable time digging.

The interface with the Engage App. as far as the dashboard to just 'dumb'
You can't schedule push notifications.
It only links to your personal Facebook profile not the business

Hoping to see improvements here soon.

Overall: It is the core software, POS, reporting and scheduling system for the business.

I wish it was more user friendly. You have to go thru a lot of screens and clicks

Pros: I like the tabs. The call help is great and almost always helpful. I also like the help chat so I can save the transcript and go back if I can't remember how I fixed something.

Cons: should be more simplified. have all of the pricing options, price making together. have like with like, all of the events/workshops/courses/enrollments should be together on the same screen. It took me hours to figure out how to add a course, mostly b/c I couldn't find the course tab anywhere near anything that made sense. why it's under manager tools... and not services and pricing with the classes and enrollments is confusing to me. I even used your help button and couldn't find the course management b/c I didn't know what it was called and had to search it in obscure ways in order to finally see course! I've used quickbooks for years in previous jobs and it is so easy to use! I wish MBO was more like that. I would also like to be able to add an hourly pay rate for staff. we offer teacher trainings and pay the teachers hourly for training and a different hourly rate for mentor meetings. IThat way when I run my payroll report I would have everything on it. Now I have to keep a separate sheet with any extra work teachers do. Even a "general journal" type option would suffice.

Overall: This is the only software I've ever used for this so I have no idea what else is out there...

Pros: Almost every case in our studio was possible. A lot of features, very common, easy to find in the net

Cons: slow, old a lot of bugs, not failures for more than 2 years, countless things to configure at different places, no widget for free

Pros: This software is easy to train others to use because it has an easy to navigate system. There are multiple ways to do the same task, so it allows different users to customize their own usage.

Cons: The new checkout feature does not allow you to have the option to check the "No Tax" box as it does in the retail screen.

Pros: Easy booking and scheduling. I like the interface, and the marketing part of the system. I like that it integrates with constant contact and hirefrederick

Cons: I'm not able to utilize the full functionality of the software and I struggle to learn it and make changes to my business with it. Don't understand how to do a marketing blast through the "branded app"

Overall: I'm able to capture a good view of my and my staff's schedules. I can also see what days are busiest and what days I may need to change what we offer our clients.

Pros: They continue to grow and change and update it and listen to the feedback from the end user like myself.

Cons: It is not geared to appointment based businesses. This poses an issue because there is not easy check in at front desk for appointments, and appointment issues such as being able to book a reucurring add-on is at the bottom of the list for updates.

Overall: It does everything in one place-billing, scheduling etc. Also they even do email campaigns which can be somewhat customized.

Overall a good product. Fairly user friendly. We have discovered glitches

Pros: The software is fairly intuitive. Once it is set up, it is pretty easy for staff at all levels to work with.

Cons: There are glitches with work arounds not yet available. We have had issues with our merchant account processing but maybe that will change the new merchant account process.

Pros: i especially like improvements that have been made on the "make schedule change" options for classes. over the last couple of years that has evolved to become a lot more functional.

Cons: The retail screen seems archaic and can be quite cumbersome for a studio that also sells retail. I know a product is in development that will enable electronic signatures but the receipt printing process can be a nightmare.

Overall: It seems no other software available has the ability to handle a pilates studio business model. Multiple locations, hundreds of classes, appointment hours and clients MindBody is able to accommodate the depth and breadth of our needs.

Mindbody has no automated payment for Mexico, lots of the feutures you offer are not available here.

Pros: The control in customer payment and the APP that keeps our brand top of mind for the customers.

The scheduling and the valuable reports that gives us information about retention and last visits.

Cons: I hate that there´s no automated payment for Mexico and this makes a lot of work for us cause we need to do everything manually and pay another online payment processor... so that´s why I think the value is not according to the service we recieve.

Value for MExican Customers shouldn´t be the same as for USA customers.

Overall: control, top of mind with the APP.

Pros: The fact that at anytime I can talk to a live real person with in minutes. I like the ease in which it supports our customers.

Cons: *It will do so much and I'm often not able to keep up and be in the know of what it will do.
*That the POS system is limited in Canada and we're forced into the use of one POS provider. That the POS is not able to process debit bank cards only credit cards.

Overall: Support in day to day function.

Has been integral to our business from 2k clients/year to 20k and beyond.

Pros: A powerful software that integrates our POS with our CRM, scheduling, booking, and more. A true all-in-one solution for our yoga business. Highly scalable. Tons of customizability.

Cons: System architecture can be pretty rickety. Some really useful things aren't possible or accessible, like reports on how much each teacher is subbing out their classes. Uptime isn't always as good as we'd like. They seem a bit more focused on pushing their own agenda as a company via lots of new tech-driven features, as opposed to clarifying and powerfully optimizing their product for their customers.

Overall user friendly but too glitchy.

Pros: Ease of use in scheduling and the retail screen. Very user friendly for people who work for me but not for me necessarily.

Cons: There are too many glitches after a change, and they last a long time. The system freezes and I have to go a whole different way to get to the screen I need.

Pros: It's pretty straight forward and user friendly when it comes to teaching front desk staff how to use the program. Checking clients out (except now it's like 10 more steps than it was before) is easy enough, looking at customer profiles, entering in appointments is all very self explanatory.

Cons: the reporting - it is not straight forward and you can't customize the reports enough. This is easily the most important feature for companies to learn how their company is performing, how their staff is performing, what is their customer retention and so forth, and the reports are very underwhelming.

Like the program, but have one big issue that cant be solved for almost 2 years.

Pros: MINDBODY has the ability to handle bookings, payment and client data all in one integrated package. This saves having to use a dedicated web-designer to implement this on your business website.

The live chat feature is also good for getting support.

Cons: It is expensive. Even at the base level, the monthly fees are expensive and when you expand to a second physical location, the fees double!

It has become somewhat over-complicated as it has tried to accommodate endless feature requests and customisations. Often simple tasks, are not intuitive and require a call to the support team (who are generally quite good).

Overall, after going to MBU, I'm really learning to love this software.

Pros: I am super excited about the new POS coming out. Booking appointments is easy and most features are extremely user friendly. The help section is very detailed and can answer most questions. MBU is an amazing experience and anyone using the software should definitely make the investment and go.

Cons: Being an appointment based company, some of the features of Mindbody aren't really geared toward us which makes some of the features difficult to use. It does seem to go down or stop working somewhat frequently although in the last couple of years that has improved a lot.

I enjoy using the software. It makes all the admin stuff a lot easier.

Pros: MBO is a very powerful tool that gathers data and integrates well with other products. The analytics it provides are exceptional. Clients love MBO and often find the studio because of the MBO app.. The product is best used on a desktop or laptop as the iPad functionality is very lacking.

Cons: The studio user experience is challenging if on a laptop and even more so if on an iPad. The complexity of the setup can add to issues such as an inability to process a purchase because the list of items is long and the screen does not scroll; when processing purchases on the iPad I cannot assign a discount to the price or comp a class.; this morning I attempted to enter a cc manually on an iPad and mistyped the exp. date. I went to correct the information but the app continued to auto-fill the incorrect date. It is just one thing but this type of thing happens consistently.

Easy to use on both business and consumer end.

Pros: Ability to offer a wide variety of programming in one system. Classes, workshops, appointments, etc. Online enrollment and sales ability is a plus. Does not require a designated staff member (IT or webmaster) to manage. Easy to use and run reports.

Cons: Inability to customize auto emails to specific service categories. We offer a variety of different types of enrollments and different types of appointments but are limited due to only one email option or one staff option. Also would like the ability to customize general set-up based on service categories. EG: some workshops remain open after start date and some not. Summing this up I think having better options and filters and customizing for service categories would be helpful and is now limiting.

User interface is out of date. POS is impossibly clunky, precluding rapid checkout.

Pros: It is pretty comprehensive in what it tries to do, except for a few significant areas.

Cons: In adequate reporting and marketing support in the product. Cumbersome front end and backend user interface. The feel of the software is that it is an outdated database structure that just keeps getting "jerry-rigged" to do more, without maintaining/updating the underlying structure. HR, staffing, especially contracting, are a major part of our business operations and nearly parallels contracting memberships, but MBO does nothing to support this time-consuming and important function. Contracts signed by clients for memberships are not legally valid contracts (e.g., no signature evidence as part of pdf), so they are not honored by credit card disputes.

Overall: Scheduling support, and on-line booking access for clients.

Overall is a good experience using mindbody software.

Cons: Two things:
* User interface isn't friendly. Overall very plain experience.

Pros: There's multiple ways to do almost everything, so it's easy to find workaround options when something goes wrong or isn't well suited to my needs. It takes some time to learn, but once proficient, there is little that can't be done.

Cons: Sometimes it is clunky and not user friendly. It can be difficult to train. My number one complaint, though, is the POS capabilities. We are the only business in our area w/o a chip card reader, and have been waiting for far too long for an update. Our mag strip system is archaic and outdated. I have considered using square instead, as some other users have had success using both, but I don't want to pay for another service when this one would work fine if it were just updated.

Overall: multi-purpose, works well for appointments, classes, and has a retail function.

Pros: Even without tutorials, you can pretty much figure out how to run reports with ease. If the sites ever go down, their support team is on it trying to get it back up and running, usually doesn't take long.

Pros: It is very easy and intuitive to use. The features are clean and the transition between functionalities are smooth and seamless.

Cons: The only issues I've had with MindBody are logging me out of a default location. I want to always have my main location launch when opening the app but sometimes that isn't the case. Nothing major at all, though.

Overall: Very easy to facilitate clients and customers. As we ramp up, it's a simple CRM to use (much better than plenty others I've worked with).

Pros: I have used it multiple times (almost every yoga studio i went to uses it). Overall, I like it. It's great how it shows the upcoming classes and how many spots are left in each class.

Cons: I didn't like the idea that as a user you need to create a different account for each studio. It seems only logical that there would be a single account that I would use for all my studio visits so that I don't have to register again and repeat all my information again. Also, the registration form asks for too much information. Finally, there's a lot of room to improve on the design and user experience.

Cons: It had too little flexibility. Cons: Biggest issue is price. There are several other software options available that offer many if not all of the features of Mindbody. I used the product for about 2 years. Pros: The ability to download reports on many different stats, and further the ability to download them as different formats, like excel and pdf,

This allows for easy tracking and book keeping.

Cons: -Payment enter information for a user can be a challenge, they need to make a login and password. This is ok if they use the MINDBODY app for other health and fitness services but most of mine don't, and they don't want to make another use account. So instead I have to take their payment info by phone, when it's be easier for me to send them an electronic form to fill out and it would auto populate their client profile.

-calendar is hard to use for blocking time off, for example if away on vacation etc. needs to be more like google iCal, it would be even better if it could sync with google iCal (the reverse) to see if there are any calendar appointments that would otherwise make that person unavailable at that time. calendar needs to be more adaptable and allow overlap of different things if necessary.

Overall: Alllows me to accept payments from clients with relative ease after their payment info is on their profile. Bookkeeping and tracking of all sales.

Pros: Scheduling appointments is much easier than our previous system, when the site is functioning properly. Running payroll and reports is much easier than our previous system.

Cons: Frequent service interruptions - system was down for 3 hours one day, causing delays in bookings, checking in and payment processing. It is very hard to ask a client if they don't mind if we charge a credit card for service after they have left (when system functions again) or asking people if we can call them back to schedule an appointment because system is down. I had been calling periodically for over 2 weeks because of lag time on site, customer service blamed it on our internet provider (Charter). After our outage, they admitted that they had problems with a software update and were pulling it back to fix bugs. This would have been nice to know from the beginning. I would love to switch software, but it seems that all booking software has issues and the time it takes to import data and appointments may not be worth it. My hope is that Mindbody works out the bugs and can figure out a way to maintain functionality of it's site. Also, when calling customer service, they generally look up an answer on their own Help site - which I have already read. Seems like everyone is scripted, not actually trained in technical support.

Pros: At first it was easy enough to use, but the more comfortable I became in using its features the more trouble I started having.

Cons: Clients come in for appointments they thought they successfully booked but didn't. Trying to schedule a simple break in between appointments becomes impossible if I have breaks scheduled at other times and other days. I have wound up deleting the mobile ap from my phone so I can just go to the full site, but support says I shouldn't do this because their full site isn't designed to be used on mobile devices. So, what appears to be many awesome features turns out to be worthless. We were better off using pencil and paper.

Overall: The benefits are unpredictable. I've been using it because it's all I've got right now, but am shopping around for something better

Pros: The customer service was initially very responsive but then as soon as I had an actual issue to resolve and it was not interested in buying or upgrading my service the service quality dropped and I ended up waiting for weeks to get a reply.

Cons: I wasted many hours to customize the site and a substantial amount of money but have not received a single booking from the platform. AVOID. There are so many other sites that do this much for free.

Cons: i don't like that every place has their own mind body log in. I would like to log into mind body and see all the gyms and studios i use in one place and be able to navigate to them that way.

Pros: I absolutely love mindbody. I have used it at two gyms I have worked at. Both Training Mate in West Hollywood and Orangetheory Fitness. I have more restrictions on what I am able to use at Orangetheory (I am unable to do things like merge accounts) but it is still an amazing system to use. By the click of a button, we are able to book our members into their classes. And my favorite feature is being able to do charges with mind body. It is so simple and helps us so much. It ensures safety for our members when the credit cards are declined, it says why, if it's stolen or if we should not honor.

Cons: I overall really enjoy using the mind body software. I would have to say the one thing I dislike it is when the system goes down. When it goes down you are unable to view any pages other than the hiccup page. Other than that, there aren't any problems I see.

Pros: MB has been the industry standard for yoga and massage for years. Their product offers many layers of functionality for service based industries. Mobile app is useful for scheduling.

Cons: I have used MB for almost 8 years and used to love them but they have changed significantly recently. In the last 24 months the service and product has degraded significantly. Customer service calls average a 45 minute wait during the days, call back service doesn't work. CSR, are now poorly trained at finding solutions (they used to be amazing). Bugs continue to pop up with each revision and most remain unresolved. In January 2017 errors with the online scheduler became excessive (4 in one month) where clients booked apts online and we were never notified of their requests.
Then with the addition of text apt reminders it increased charges and I was unaware that other providers did this at no extra charge. Then in January 2017 an email from the president (which intentionally went to junk mail since it didn't come from the known sender like the bills come from) indicated a necessary increase with no new functionality. Leaving them has been hard to transfer data to a new provider, but worth it.

Overall: It provides a one stop program for practice management.

Pros: The app works well.
Very good customer support.
Large amount of reporting capabilities and options to set up and customize a site.

Cons: Duplicate profiles
When adding someone to the system, it suggests duplicate profiles that are not at all similar to the name.

Pros: I like the schedule. I can see what classes I have scheduled. I love the look of the app. When it works, it works well.

Cons: The app has a lot of problems. It constantly asks me to sign in, after I have selected, remember this login. Sometimes, it will not show my schedule. Other times, it will be missing dates I know I have signed up.

Pros: We can book our members classes for the whole month! I also love the contact logs very useful for when write notes to know about members!

Cons: That they are not able to book classes past their bill date on the mind body app. I dislike that I can't delete documents because sometimes it's easy to add the wrong documents on the wrong profile.

Pros: 24 hour customer support - I do find it's best to contact support between 3 and 5am though if I want to get through to someone quickly.

Cons: So many things! To get anything done it seems like to you have to go through so many steps. I find that the bulk of my time spent working with the yoga studio is trying to get things done on mindbody! They are so expensive. You can only get to merchant information M-F during business hours (there should be a portal to this information) and overall very buggy.

The software has empowered me to be the CEO, COO, CFO, CMO and everything in between!

Pros: I love the Business app. I am able to run my business on the go and be in touch with clients, sales, overall business view. I am addicted to it!

Cons: I am not able to quickly and easily email or text a class roster or a segment of clients who have attended a specific class type in the past. The only method of accomplishing this is time consuming and klunky.

It was a huge learning curve for me (and still is) since I came from using a much simpler POS.

I assigned the pricing options for workshops but it doesn't show for people to buy online through mind body app.

This lead to loss of business because people thought the workshop was full when it wasn't.

We couldn't even us the "buy" option next to the name before the workshop to purchase the workshop.

We had to go to retail section and bring up the person to buy the workshop.

Then we had to go to each person's account and assign the pricing option to the workshop.

Great success with integrating mindbody into our studio and setting it up for all clients.

Pros: The functionality the accessibility of the program itsefl. Having the branded app to customize our look to our clients helps stand out from the norm. The reports for all clients and sales make it easy to track your progress and make changes immediately.

Cons: Auto emails are difficult to tailorize and see who accepts them or opens them. An easier way to set up contracts for all clients and using a promo code. Mobile app is not as user friendly for business portion.

Pros: I love that we can make sales while we are sleeping. We live in such a connected world, and people are always online. Having this software so people can sign up for clssses and pay for memberships in their pajamas at home has increased our revenue 220% in the last year. The support is great and the stress it has relieved from our staff is worth every penny.

Cons: There are some functionality issues that make it difficult to use at times. The online store for merchandise Is not easy to use and not as beautiful as the rest of the software is. This could use improvement to help us sell our retail items easier online and increase our revenue even more.

Overall Mind Body has been easy to use and pull reports.

Pros: The Mind Body Online staff is really helpful and accommodating if you have the monthly service plan. There are many reports that come standard with the software that are useful in analyzing the business, and they can also build custom reports if needed.

Cons: The software crashes in our stores every couple of weeks but usually comes back up relatively quickly. Any custom reports or data work take a long time to get done (at least 2 weeks). Also, because the company is so big, you have to work with different people depending on what you need to get the job done.

Overall: Reporting, appointment booking (online and through an app), checkout and POS processing.

Very comprehensive spa, workshop and class booking software but too pricey.

Pros: The only pro I can think of is the integrated merchant processing. Even then it's not really a pro because if you want to use another processor it's not gonna happen.

Cons: Work Item 506732 - [Public API][Verified][GetClientServices][Business App] Unable to check out appointments with services that are associated with a service category relationship

This issue was first reported to Mindbody on July 31st and to-date nothing has been done to resolve it. We continuously call and email the company to only be told the following and I quote "Compensation: We discussed our Terms of Service, and how they do not grant compensation for work items such as these. The compensation you were given was related to your experience, and not associated in anyway with a loss of revenue, or increase in cost associated with this work item. Because you have already been compensated for your experience with this issue, there will be no additional or ongoing compensation applied to your account.
Internal Communication: I have reached out to our Developers for the most current information about this issue that they can provide to us. When they reply to me, I can relay that information to you. You will also be proactively notified via email when the issue is resolved."

This is fine and all but Mindbody will not sit here and continue to charge us full price for less than half of a product. Literally when teachers cannot check out lessons properly the system doesn't know to bill for the lessons. That means an overall decrease in revenue and a break down of the billing system.

Pros: We had worked with MindBody since 2007 and for the first few years we were really happy with their service. However, since they started making change after change in 2013 their program causes Safari to crash and their recommended Dymo printer is no longer compatible with most browsers.

Cons: They interrupt business on a regular basis in an effort to "improve" their software. They have been doing this since 2013. Although we and other business we know that still use them or used to use them provided feedback on the disruptive process they still opt to run these feature changes during peak business hours. It is disrespectful of MindBody to constantly disrupt business for those paying for service. Our rep tried to upset us in February 2017 and was told "No" given all the disruptions we had experienced. He ended up signing us up for an increase anyway and we are still working with them to get back the money stolen.

Cons: Let's see: constant glitching, user (client) complaints, extremely pushy sales reps, too expensive and unreliable. This would be my last choice of the lot.

Pros: I didn't even finish the set up course to get the software off of the ground. I did not find any pros with this Company that could not be found with some of the other companies of this same caliber.

Cons: Most companies give you a 30 day trial. Beware because MINDBODY does not. They offer me 3 months at half priced; however, signed me up for a package that was double the price I thought it would be. It takes over a week to get an appointment with a specialist to help you set up, and the software is not user-friendly. After 3 months, I was still not utilizing the software. I tried to cancel for 2 weeks. Two days after I cancelled, they charged my card for another full month of use. There are other companies that are economical, user-friendly and easier to set up. I do not recommend this company.
