Director of Operations Medical Practice Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "User friendly notes from highly customizable templates " February 3, 2016 4.0 Pros Our providers needed to have notes that they could quickly complete during the eval, and we were able to customize the note templates to what we needed (check boxes, drop downs with frequently used comments, etc).
