Pros: Helps account for all notes in order to assist with billing issues and claims. Helps with quality control in my business, and assists with payroll accounts for my employees. I can also run reports for later use.

Cons: So far, there are no cons to the program for us. May be later:)

Overall: I would recommend this program to all mental health care agencys who have to documentate working hours, notes, and I can keep up with my notes which are a must for medicaid billing claims.

Pros: Excellent data management system/accounting. Easy to track performance of staff, great reports, and meets HIPPA guidelines

Cons: Lenght of time to get implemented
