Keeping the survey core and making adjustments to address and measure the nuances of different programs is also easy to do without disrupting the integrity of the survey. Pros SurveyShare has allowed us to collect mid-semester grades for multiple programs using a similar template for all students. Professors find the survey easy to respond to and the programs are grateful for the level of detail they get because it helps to identify where students need the most help. Using SurveyShare also allows us to easily combine survey sets to look at aggregate data. This helps to inform trends and areas that we may need to pay more attention to in deployment of resources and services. Cons Pricing for moderate usage has raised questions on our campus about how cost-effective this product is. Pricing seems reasonable for minimal and maximum usage, but if you're just over minimum, the price break may not be attractive enough to continue. This can be tedious and complex, but SurveyShare has greatly simplified this process. Pros SurveyShare is the tool where our customer can tell us how we're doing. The software makes it so easy to create and distribute surveys. The graphs and response results are easy to read and very informative. Cons It seems that any survey tool would have a "How Satisfied are you.. " canned response, but this does not. It IS quite easy to add your own, but it is a little manual.
