The only positive and value adding action they provide is for payment and ticketing Pros Earlier they had some nice and easy to use features which was intuitive and the flow was simple. The event weren’t where you thought they would be. Pros It's got a clean, simple to use interface that makes the user experience a breeze. I particularly like the option of filtering by "Features", "Event Types", "Resourcing" and "Pricing". Cons I wish it was made simpler to access CSV files from event sales to import into other scanning softward, as I can never find the correct option and it takes me longer than it should. Pros Easy to set up events You can create and launch an event pretty quickly without needing anything too technical. User-friendly interface Everything is laid out clearly, so you’re not wasting time trying to figure things out. Built-in ticketing system Handles registrations and payments in one place, which makes things a lot easier. Good exposure for events People can actually discover your event through the platform, which is a nice bonus. Cons Cons: Fees can add up Depending on your pricing, the service fees can cut into your margins. Limited customization You don’t have full control over branding or the look of your event page. Pros The initial set up for ticketing my event was simple and intuitive. I was able to quickly set up the date, venue and cost for tickets. If there are any bugs you might be experiencing it is so easy to get someone on the phone to speak with. Cons Just the color palettes available were not to my liking. Pros It is pretty much the standard. It's easy to set up a series of events (collections) and you can have different ticket types. People can "follow" you so they get an update when you create new event. They promote your event with similar ones across the site. The few times I had to contact customer service went well. It's easy to email all registrants Cons There are two main drawbacks. One, the site is so complicated that you can fall down a rabbit hole just trying to change one detail. Two, while you get a lot, the fees are very high and they keep going up. Either your guests cover them or you have to. We ultimately went with another platform, Zeffy, where fees are optional. Another lesser issue is the Organizer app doesn't have much functionality beyond checking people in. You can't make changes like event banners or description. When I have my events there, the tickets feel better and I can set it up and then forget about it for a while, so I don't have to check in with it every day and make sure everything's working. Everything works just as it should. Pros It is so simple to use! It's very clear how to do everything and they have a AQ if you need any help or chat. And everyone's already on event brite looking for something so my event has more of a chance of being seen. January 2, 2026 5.0 I apply the use of Eventbrite in my daily task of registration of events, receiving of customer queries, and recording of attendance of events. It is useful in a hospitality environment to centralize ticketing and payments to allow our support team to be able to respond quicker and with more context. Pros I also enjoy the fact that it is simple to access the attendee information when replying to customer emails. Access to payment and ticket history is useful in solving problems more assuredly. Cons Sometimes bugs can be observed during updating of events near the start date. Email messages are not always timely, which introduces minor delays in communication with customers. Easy to use and has a lot of useful options. Pros Eventbrite has a lot of options available for all types of businesses, even small charities, as it has free options related to events that I struggled to find elsewhere. Easy to use and manage. A a user, I love search options as I sometimes search for free online training - I just simply pick a subject and select only free and events and there is always a lot to choose from. Cons It used to have options to offer £1 instead of free tickets as we didn't want people to book a lot of tickets just because they are free, but now every paid ticket has some fees, but I guess £1 isn't free so it is fair, but in our case we refund the £1 because the ticket is for something we give for free, but now we have to pay the small fee ourselves, at least that is my understanding. It all makes sense, of course, but we have to pay to give people something for free, and now it has become a problem for us as a charity. Pros You have a variety of options for tickets. You can offer free tickets, or tickets at cost, or VIP tickets. The type of ticket is only limited to your creativity. Cons Sometimes, when you search for a certain type of event, such as a conference, the options it shows you for conferences are not conferences. The same happens with workshops. It's as scalable as you need it to be, but very user friendly for both hosts and patrons. Pros Event set up is very easy, even for smaller promotions and organizations. It has easy to use templates to help market the event effectively. We were able to notify and market to our followers to build awareness to them and to groups beyond. Cons After learning the basics, it's always a good idea for your admin to dig into the details of the finer points in the preferences. Cons There is nothing I least liked about Eventbrite. It was easy to manage and held a wealth of entertainment events.
