They have both web and mobile application, which is extremely helpful. 2. I have used this app to book tickets during extreme rush. But It never let me down it did not crash 3. From user point of view, many organizers use eventbrite as a event management platform so I feel there is more viewers than any other applications 4. Lite UI in the mobile app. Do not slow down my mobile. Cons Its very difficult to find a con in this type of app which I weekly use and never faced any issue. Anyways, 1. Pros Amazed by this software, it helps me a lot, it's simple and functional, it made my life easier, I can easily find events on the topic I'm interested in, registration is simplified and there's even a way to filter free events. That's why I consider Evenbrite o best. Cons It works satisfactorily and fulfills the objective, I believe it has a lot to develop and a great idea would be to include a "search for similar events". From here I can quickly organize and manage my event. For the tech savvy individuals, it easily intergrates with Mailchimp and Surveymonkey. For those who need it to be even simpler, you can still email any invitations or updates from the platform. For online payments: Eventbrite gives you a secure option and takes a small percentage of your ticket sales in return. Cons I wish they had an "SOS" button. Events already hectic and stressful. It's becomes even worse when you have issues with your registrations system at the door. Thankfully I always have a printed back up list on hand when the system glitches. I've also had an experience where a show was canceled and I never received a refund. The website makes it very easy to discover, manage events and quickly recover tickets. The newsletter is also minimalistic which makes the user more likely to not spam it and discover upcoming events. Cons Nothing really I wish there was more integration with more ticketing websites. But I don't see Ticketmaster relinquishing a hold of there share of the market. I like the snappy ease of use of Eventbrite. I would definitely recommend Eventbrite to anyone hosting an event. Pros Eventbrite makes ticketing for events really really simple. It has simplified the process of getting e-tickets for any event. Cons sometimes synchronization with calendars isn’t as smooth as it should be. I’ve almost forgotten an event before because it didn’t sync with my calendar. You can buy a lot of tickets at a time or send events to your friends so they can purchase tickets too. i am sure it would also be super helpful to have this as the maker of an event. Pros I like a lot of the things that Eventbrite can do. I have used it for buying event tickets such as concerts, meet-ups, dinners, and even small local events. One of the best features when it comes to concert tickets is that it shows all the seat types and locations, so you know where you will be from the stage. It lets you buy cheaper seats or nicer ones for more. It's also nice even for free events because it lets the event creator know you are coming. Cons Sometimes with Eventbrite the payment process can be difficult. I have had experiences whee my card information was not accepted and then got charged a couple times. It’s easy to keep track of registrants and has a feature where you can send a cancellation note if needed. Cons It’s hard for me to think of anything that could be better since it has worked so well. The only issue I’ve run into is that the site can be very slow when a lot of users are on it at once, but that is to be expected. Processing payment, keeping tally of spots reserved, event description, any information the customer needs, etc. Pros I love that you can do anything you need to on your phone. I also love that customers seem to have ease of use with it. I rarely have to walk anyone through buying or reserving a ticket. Cons I haven't had any complaints in two years. Pros Eventbrite is good for finding local events and acquiring tickets. It has helped me discover local happenings I was unaware of and makes it easy to get tickets. Cons There could be a greater variety of events offered. It took a couple of months to receive my refund and was not received within the time promised. Pros This software is convenient for purchasing or registering for events. It is easy to navigate and use. Cons An event I registered for was canceled. It said that I would receive a refund from Eventbrite within 30 days. I did not receive it.
