It has a very organized event managing process that can let you start in less than 1h. You can customize tickets, integrate it within TikTok (very useful for targeting GenZs and Millennials) and define differente prices and descriptions. You don't have to pay a service, since they only took a percentage from the tickets that you sell. Pros EventBrite is a good solution if you are going to organize events. It has no cost upfront and a lot of feature to customize you events. It is quite easy to use(although some options may change position over time) and has some strong integrations with socials Cons It has not a good indexing of the events. Basically if you think you can get new people just by getting on eventbrite, you won't. It's not made for that as you have to do a lot of posts and ads to get it launched Review Source Mai M. Pros It’s easy to create a new event or add dates to an existing event. It’s user friendly for someone new to event publishing. August 22, 2025 5.0 Eventbrite has helped me grow in my career field, expand my knowledge, and support my clients. I use it as a resource tool both personally and professionally. It has been amazing to see all the classes in the arts, mental health, and addiction. I also feel as it is so easy to navigate. Pros I love the ease of the website and app as well as the abundance of activities and events. Whether you want to do something social locally or you want to listen to a webinar and learn about something in your career field, personal growth, or mental health. They even have a ton stuff you can do for free so it you can still connect with others while remaining on a budget. Their customer support is extremely helpful and quick to respond. I haven't come across any bug or issues while using it other than finding too many things that interest me and not being able to make up my mind on how much I can realistically participate in. I love getting email notifications of new topics and events related to my areas of interest. I recommend Eventbrite to all my clients, family, friends, and use it often myself. It is a good way to build social supports and interact with others in the community. It's also great for networking! Cons I didn't find much of anything I didn't like other than I find too many options of events in my interest and don't have the time to do everything that I want. When I have my events there, the tickets feel better and I can set it up and then forget about it for a while, so I don't have to check in with it every day and make sure everything's working. Everything works just as it should. Pros It is so simple to use! It's very clear how to do everything and they have a AQ if you need any help or chat. And everyone's already on event brite looking for something so my event has more of a chance of being seen. Once we enabled buyers the option to cover the fees our costs were much less (we are a nonprofit, not making money off our class offerings and every dollar counts!) Nothing feels broken, but it also doesn’t feel inspired. It does the job and still leaves you wishing for more. Pros It gets the basic job done. You can set up an event, collect RSVPs, and track attendance. The interface is familiar enough that anyone can figure it out with a little patience, and it integrates with calendars and email. Cons It feels underwhelming for both personal and corporate use. For personal events, Partiful is much better and feels more modern and social. For corporate events, there are plenty of platforms that handle branding, customization, and attendee management more smoothly. The design looks dated, notifications can be clunky, and nothing about it really stands out. Eventbrite was fine for the basics, but it started to feel clunky and outdated compared to other tools. Pros What I like most about Eventbrite is how it takes into account your location and suggests you events based on that instead of you having to filter the events that don't suit you. Cons Although I did say the best part about Eventbrite is how it considers your location to suggest you events, I will say it limits your options to your closest city of choice instead of suggesting you all the options in all the cities close to you. December 5, 2025 5.0 Extremely positive. It has helped me bring many event ideas to life by being a very straightforward event creation and selling platform. Pros I love how simple it is to create an event on Eventbrite. Customers can also easily and quickly purchase tickets to events by just clicking a link. I also love that events can be discovered by potential customers just browsing the site. It's easy to collect customer info and communicate with everyone by email if any changes are made. The ability to charge customers the Eventbrite fee is a great optional feature, fees are extremely fair if you decide to not charge them outward. The payment process is fairly quick as well and every report is easy to find. I have not experienced bugs, other issues, or needed to reach out to customer support, which is are great signs of an easy platform! Cons Sometimes the search function can be tricky to navigate, bringing up un-related events. The need to wait for payments to come through can be a downside to those who like quick payment options. I also like the option of creating a public event so others can search on Eventbrite for events in the area. This has helped me in the work of advertising the event and it's a free feature! I have had multiple people come to events simply because they saw the listing on Eventbrite! Pros Eventbrite is helpful in both advertising an event and ensuring individuals register to attend. I have used it both on the admin-side in creating events and on the customer-side in registering/purchasing tickets to attend an event. The features offered on Eventbrite are helpful for creating an event and selling tickets or requiring a registration. Cons On the admin-side of the program, sometimes the multiple steps to go through to create an event are more confusing than necessary. Easy to use and has a lot of useful options. Pros Eventbrite has a lot of options available for all types of businesses, even small charities, as it has free options related to events that I struggled to find elsewhere. Easy to use and manage. A a user, I love search options as I sometimes search for free online training - I just simply pick a subject and select only free and events and there is always a lot to choose from. Cons It used to have options to offer £1 instead of free tickets as we didn't want people to book a lot of tickets just because they are free, but now every paid ticket has some fees, but I guess £1 isn't free so it is fair, but in our case we refund the £1 because the ticket is for something we give for free, but now we have to pay the small fee ourselves, at least that is my understanding. It all makes sense, of course, but we have to pay to give people something for free, and now it has become a problem for us as a charity. But it is still the best platform, and we couldn't find anything better, so we keep using it. Review Source Roger A. I love the reminders I receive leading up to the event and how all details are presented about the event you are attending or hosting. Cons I believe that Eventbrite can improve on their application for Google phone interface users. Previous times when attempting to login it kicked me out and unsure it was the app or my phone. However, now the data is pretty accurate and it's all in one location. Also, it prevents people from signing-up for two sessions at the same time which eliminates the scheduling chaos. Now, it's nice to see everything in one place so there isn't brand variance, also the compliance folks aren't calling me anymore. Pros The AI writing tool that Eventbrite offers to help you write a summary about your event did not botch up the wording this time which is unbelievable. I love how I can handle sessions and sign-ups all in one space rather than having to use 10 different applications. I'm glad to say that linking Salesforce into Eventbrite seems to be working as well as I haven't seen anything break yet. And, yes, the navigation is a bit easier than what they had prior. Cons They still will not allow you to create an audience segment based on who owes money yet, which is causing me a ton of problems with my accounting.
