Pros Sono rimasta sorpresa in quanto sfiduciata nel trovare su un'app simile informazioni su eventi riguardanti la mia cittadina :Livorno. Trattandosi di una piccola città, di circa 160mila abitanti, gli eventi non sempre hanno una gran risonanza a livello provinciale o regionale, ma su questa app sono presenti molteplici eventi. Città e provincia. Anche eventi minori. Piacevole scoperta d utilizzare sopratutto nei giorni liberi del fine settimana. Cons La grafica non è particolarmente piacevole. May 10, 2022 5.0 Eventbrite helps me on a daily with being able to speed up certain processes that would normally be very time consuming. It's as if it's works for me when I'm not working. For that simple fact in my opinion no other software compares to this. Pros In my opinion the Reports/Analytics are the most impact, because it shows you where improvement is needed. This software makes it super easy to view, and share this information. Cons I don't have any at the moment, and I know that may seem weird. But I am truly helped out so much with Eventbrite. Even I get suggestion from Eventbrite about similar events or conferences nearby so that I can make a collaboration attempt to grab more traction for my events. I will suggest enterprise HR to go for this app as it will ease lots of even processes. Pros I can customize every bit of my event, starting from logo to registration link that can be shared easily. I also liked their mobile app that makes things very quick, I can real-time track every registration or checking via QR code scan. Even I can create mail campaigns for conferences with my custom branding to send on emails to my clients and employees. Cons It's difficult to manage contact lists, or adding it makes cumbersome work for me. Pros It's easy to book tickets and pay for them on the site, conferences run smoothly with it, webinar reminders are excellent for someone like me who is always on the go to do a million and one things and otter forgetting my important meetings, the rules for webinars and tips are also always a plus. Cons It doesn't keep track of who is on the conference if they are using a mobile device so I was marked absent from a webinar. Features such as scheduled emails to attendees, questionnaires on the registration form, and diverse ticketing, allow for diverse events to occur for our organization. Pros The diverse options in ticketing - such as scheduled tiers, limited tickets per tiers, promo codes, and by-donation, allows for accessible ticketing, especially as a non-profit hosting fundraising events. Our attendees range from not only audience members, but donors, volunteers, sponsors, and prospective program members. With this diversity comes unique perks such as - for different level of sponsors they have X number of promo codes for X value amount. Having these features available to be built into the event page, allows for effective and efficient ticketing and event attendee management. Cons Ease of attendee contact information acquisition: we value staying in touch with our supporters (donors, volunteers, attendees) - whether it be through follow-up thank you emails, inviting them to future events, or connecting them with new opportunities to get involved. When collecting the data - the primary option that is given to collect information like names and emails of the attendees - a PDF is provided, which limits our ability to add the attendees to our internal database. (For example rather than being able to bulk copy-and-paste, the user must either manually input or go to each individual separately). This turns a very simple task into quite a timely task. Eventbrite offers me all the functionality I need to organise my event. I used Picatic until Eventbrite recently acquired Picatic. However, customer support from Eventbrite is very difficult, if not existent. So if you have a question not answered by the standard FAQ, such as, "Since Eventbrite acquired Picatic, how I can access my previous/ currently live events"?, the only way I could find customer support was by tweeting Eventbrite. So, Eventbrite is great if you can self-service and publish free events, but once you have quirky questions, be prepared that it will be difficult to establish contact to a human person who can answer. Pros Eventbrite has lots of functionality that you will need when organising and managing an event. It is very easy to use, plus it can integrate with other apps such as Mailchimp which comes in handy when broadcasting an event and Surveymonkey which comes in handy to send out feedback forms post an event. The back office functionality is great too -- you can email invitations directly without using Mailchimp if you wanted to. For users, it's easy and simple to register, plus Eventbrite offers a secure online payment option which is hassle free for both organiser and attendee. Cons 2 things that I like the least about Eventbrite are: 1) Non-existent customer service. One of the reasons why I used Picatic (which they have now bought!) was due to their great customer service. You can chat with a real person who can help you with some of the questions which are not answered in their FAQs. 2) They're great if you have a free event, but if you have a paid event, their transaction fees are one of the highest in the market. Pros The software was really easy to navigate, the program sends you e-mails with upcoming events. You click on the link and you can scroll through different events and reserve a date. The company sends you reminders the day before the event as well, very nice feature. Cons Around the holidays I took a few classes and the connectivity was awful. However, it is a very busy time of year and if that is my only complaint then, oh well. It has become a go-to choice for many due to its popularity. Pros I have been using Eventbrite for a while now to find interesting events in my city. It is a simple to find find and register for events. The payment of event tickets is also pretty straight forward as it provides the major and common payment options.I like that Eventbrite easily integrates with Google Calender and therefore whenever you sign up for an event, it is automatically registered in your calendar which provides you with a reminder system for your events. For some events, you even get an option to book for specific desired seats. Since Eventbrite is popular, many event organizers will opt to use it for their events and you as a user are guaranteed to find a good variety of events to choose from. Cons Due to its saturation and competition, some events may choose not to use the site to register for their event. They make it so easy to set up your events and all the sections make sure you don't miss anything important. It even has the address that they can click and are taken to maps. I love that they make ticket sales so easy for us and for the consumer. I also really like that they send email reminders to attendees so they don't forget about the event, it's a great little nudge! Pros What I love most about this software is how easy it is to use for the event creator and for the attendee. It is a very easy process to set up an event and to register for one. I also love how easy it is to see who is attending before hand. Then they also make check-in sure easy and you can even add people on the spot. It's great! In my experience once we have a certain following on Eventbrite, was can drive them to our social media pages, linktrees, linkedin events, etc and then the use of Eventbrite trends downward. I think with some really fresh branding possibilities Eventbrite would be a great option as opposed to Bizzabo or Splash for corporate events. Pros Eventbrite is well known and easy to use. The user interface is intuitive and its been a household name especially for local events in the music and entertainment industry. Cons It's a hard sell for corporate events. There's a lot of potential as Meetup has seen decline since the pandemic and other corporate spaces like Discord, HackerNews, Reddit, don't have an organized event arm. The branding being so closely tied to fun and concerts, and large events makes it hard to convince my stakeholders. On top of that there's limited capability when it comes to the page design. Cons Events that are more pricey for attendees, this software can cost a lot. There are options to pass along the fees to whoever is purchasing, but this can be a deterrent. Pros What I love about eventbrite is that it's user-friendly and allows you to place your branding items wherever you would like. The customized form allows you to really personalize what information you desire to capture when it comes to your attendees and how to launch information to them if you would like. Cons The frustrating part about eventbrite is that when you set up a virtual event through the use of zoom which is paid you will have to make sure that the link is sent to the attendee, which may cause the attendee to have to register with zoom to obtain the actual link for the event along with a reminder about the event.
