Has the power to send emails both templated as well as custom HTML ones to your attendees. Cons The software has great engagement features, where it sends out post event engagement in the form of emails to collect event photos, feedback. It would be good, if they can be collected and stored in the same platform and used in the next event to create flashbacks for the attendees too. We manage registration for events and set up notifications, pricing, and promo codes. Pros I feel it is relatively user friendly to set up events & then manage notifications. Cons The place to put the promo code is not easy to find and we often get questions about this. Also I wish fees could be refunded for folks no longer interested in taking the trainings/ classes. An extra option to maybe brand links to events would have been handy but otherwise we use this system a couple times a month and wouldn’t look for something better Pros The ease to implement new events and courses that run along side our service was so much better organised with our eventbrite account than with our own website. We run courses for adults with small children and after fiddling with our own website to make changes needed to work along side our system that was already in place, we chose to use event brite and found it was so much easier to use simple. And just perfect for what we needed. It also gave us a great way of introducing others to our service, due to people looking for similar events in the area. Cons The only thing I disliked about this was that I just had to do it again after for months dealing with a bug in our site and upsetting our already delicate booking system that is used for something else. But that actually has nothing to do with event brite, just an annoyance for myself. It’s perfect to use. No complaints. Because I now waste less time on E-Mail campaigning, I can spend more time doing things that benefit the organization better. Additional benefits that I realized are the creative capabilities that the software allows. I do not have any graphic design experience but was able to create creative and attractive content for E-Mail campaigns. Pros the most helpful part of using Eventbrite is that I can automate my E-Mail campaigns and event invites for FREE! That's right, it cost my organization no money to automate event planning and E-Mail campaigns! The upside to Eventbrite is that you can set up campaigns months in advance. When I was leaving my job, I wanted to make sure that events and other activities did not fall through the cracks, so I automated event updates and reminders for the next two months after I left. Cons I dislike that the software does give you very much flexibility when it comes to creating content. There is a pretty set design potential for events that can become tiresome. It's easily customizable and easy to use. We have people we need to onboard from time to time so it is not hard to train. Reports make it easy to analyze simple data points (number registered vs number attended, etc). Pros The very best feature of Eventbrite is that it is mostly free. As a nonprofit, this is very helpful as budgets are tight. Ticketing is easy to create and with a little bit of know-how, everything is fairly customizable. Cons We really don't have any issues with eventbrite. It's an easy to use service that provides a lot of benefits. They take a small cut of paid tickets, as they should, to make money. It used to be a huge pain to manage our events, especially the bigger ones, but thanks to Eventbrite, we've been able to easily set events up and have them look good for our clients, and have logs to refer back to afterwards. I'd definitely recommend it if you don't currently have a decent system in place Pros The best thing about it is its performance. We've had issues in the past where our event software would crash or start stuttering when people were trying to sign up which was very problematic for us. But we haven't ran into anything like that with Eventbrite so far. It's easy to use, looks profssional, and works smoothly Cons Not a huge issue but it would be good to have more tutorials and documentation to help us find new ways to use it better. Easy to use, payment methods are easy to process, and is super easy to add booked events on phone calendar. Often reliable and never had issues for booking and rsvp. Can share or get notified for interested events. Pros This app was really helpful to book concert tickets and even club tickets. Event management done easier. Saved a lot of time by simply booking for an event with a simple click once registered on this app. Cons The only downside of this app is sometimes it lags and you are not able to book the last remaining tickets. Particularly good for free events as you have complete control of the data, and can easily send message to the attendees. Pros It's really easy to set up and use, and most users will be familiar with the product, so that makes it appealing. Cons Setting up the payment to an account (as I do for clients) can be tricky and a bit long-winded. Also, it takes a few days for Eventbrite to process the payment after the event. If you're selling tickets a few weeks in advance, and you need to cash to make the event run, this is probably not the system for you. Reason for choosing Eventbrite Ease of use and inclusivity. It saved us time and money for sure! We also quickly added the events we were interested in to our Outlook calendar. Pros We liked most that it made it super easy to find great marketing events without costing us money or much time at all! We were able to fill up our yearly calendar with many viable marketing opportunities in a short amount of time. Cons The only thing we liked least (that has highly nothing to do with the software itself) is that we wished more marketing events could have been available. We found many great options, but many events were also recurring for the ones we were interested in. One can definitely go and use it. Pros This is an effective tool to place your booking/ campaign easily.All steps are self explanatory and no need for special training, it’s less time consuming as well Cons The coverage may not to very vast at this point of time but it works well for whatever database they hold now.
