Creating and managing an event is fairly easy. However it lacks more creative customizable components. Pros It was cost effective. Most of it is very user friendly and easy to use. Making changes once an event is public is easy. Cons There isn’t much in regards to being able to really customize it for events. You can’t change the theme to better reflect your event. An easy to use tool that does what it says it's going to do. Our attendees were easily able to purchase their tickets in a timely manner and we received payment in a timely manner. Pros Lots of flexibility in Event set up. The ability to do table reservations and promo codes. The ease of use and intuitiveness are really helpful as well. Cons My biggest con would be reporting options with Add-ons. We sold merchandise with our tickets, but the association between tickets and merchandise was tricky. Cons There charges might feel extra if you are doing a good view events although it should be other way around also the customer has to pay additional fee on top of the ticket fees which annoys some customers. Pros Provided me with more competitive prices than Ticketmaster or other sites I used to compare. Interface seemed familiar and easy to use. Cons Seat map could take some time to load and it's not smooth enough when transitioning from a selected seat to another area with different value or price. Pros Eventbrite is a helpful platform for teachers. It was easy to access for professional development opportunities . As a teacher I like how I can search for events by topic or location. I really have no complaints about the software. Pros I like the ease of use. It was very easy to create and publish my event. Whenever I had a question, it was always quickly answered by the customer support team. The price for the top tier account isn't bad when you factor in all the services you get. I like that you can schedule payouts whenever you want versus having to wait until the event is over to collect ticket sales. I have used Eventbrite to grow my business and would recommend it to anyone looking to host paid or free events for clients to help with RSVPs, client info, etc. Pros Eventbrite helps get high visibility to events my company is hosting, and makes it easy to keep track of attendees and attendee's contact information. Smooth, reliable, and trusted name and site. Pros Easily helps to create or rsvp for events or buy tickets from a trusted event. I have used this for music concerts, conferences, seminars, and many other random events. The thing I really love the most is that it’s reputable and trusted. I don’t have to worry if what I purchase is going to be authentic or not. And I like how easily the event can be shared with others. No complaints. Pros I like the fact that there are a lot of automated processes like reminders, waitlists, etc. It makes a lot of things turnkey and streamlined. I have received my tickets always without a problem in my email, I can add them to my wallet or I can even print them If I need to and Eventbrite adapts well to all that. Pros Buying or getting tickets is very simple, and you get your tickets with a QR code you can add to your Google Wallet, making it very simple to use. The layout of your ticket information is great. Is easy to read for the elder. And you can get your tickets in different ways. I used this platform to organize and execute several student led initiatives as a teacher. I highly recommend for other teachers or event organizers on a budget. I was able to get a lot accomplished with minimal cost. Pros A really easy and budget friendly option for organizing and scheduling events for both school and corporate occasions. User friendly and easy to navigate as a new user. Easily connected with an optional outside payment option for a school event. RSVPs and email notifications were easy to set up and use. Cons I only used it for a minimal amount of events - in my experience with the platform the only difficulty I found was in editing or making changes after I had published them. The interface of the website never had issues, payment processing for tickets was a breeze, unlike other ticketing sites, and I believe it is a great tool for events local to your area. Pros Eventbrite is such a good tool for searching for events local to my area. It's easy to use, has very little bugs or issues, and has great email blasts that keep you informed about events coming soon. It is a simple platform that makes it very easy to pick up, assuming one has a basic knowledge of apps and ticketing platforms Pros Eventbrite is easy to use and makes finding events simple within the app. It also stores your tickets in app or interfaces with one's digital wallet to make using digital passes simpler for the consumer. Cons We did encounter issues when booking group tickets. Separating tickets out and sending them to their respective users proved difficult for a conference that we attended recently.
