Bei seltener Nutzung dauert die Event-Erstellung entsprechend länger. Pros Events lassen sich einfach und rasch erstellen und pflegen. Man hat jederzeit die Übersicht und die Suchfunktion pro Event (wer hat sich angemeldet) funktioniert tipp topp. Die Exportfunktion von Teilnehmerlisten in Excel schätze ich sehr, auch die Verwaltung der Abonnentenlisten. Cons Eventbrite hat in den vergangenen Jahren immer wieder Features geändert, angepasst und teilweise durch andere ersetzt - nicht immer zum Vorteil der Nutzer (für meine Nutzung). Doch in der letzten Zeit habe ich extreme Probleme mit dem Versand von Kampagnen, diese kommen nicht mehr an und Evenbrite bietet keinen Support - die Hilfe-Seiten helfen hier nicht weiter und der Support gab mir eine Antwort auf eine schriftliche Anfrage, die man nicht als "hilfreich" bewerten konnte, sie war schlicht nutzlos. Sometimes I wonder why things get changed when they work. Updating too much is off putting. Pros It used to be really easy to use, and I got a fair amount of ticket sales through them. Easy to navigate, easy to use. Cons They changed! I can’t even get into my old account and post events like ai used to. It is a simple platform that makes it very easy to pick up, assuming one has a basic knowledge of apps and ticketing platforms Pros Eventbrite is easy to use and makes finding events simple within the app. It also stores your tickets in app or interfaces with one's digital wallet to make using digital passes simpler for the consumer. Cons We did encounter issues when booking group tickets. Separating tickets out and sending them to their respective users proved difficult for a conference that we attended recently. If there are any bugs you might be experiencing it is so easy to get someone on the phone to speak with. Cons Just the color palettes available were not to my liking. I like the pay-as-you go options that don't lock you into a yearly/monthly commitment. I appreciated that there is still a free option for smaller events. Pros The platform's visual designer is very easy to use and provides helpful tools to customize the event page to be on brand and be appealing. I appreciated the built-in tools and ease of use for sharing the event, promoting the event, and managing things like attendees, tickets, and more. Overall, it is a very intuitive and easy to use platform. Cons The attendee report feature leaves some key functions missing that allow the admins to easily hone in on attendee details for follow up, especially for nonprofits who want to manage donations, etc. Alternatives considered [Givebutter](https://www.capterra.com/p/172048/Givebutter/) Reason for choosing Eventbrite Brand familiarity is important for end users getting tickets. We could have used our internal donor management system to sell tickets, but few people are aware of or have used other tools for tickets. Listing the event through the site is also extremely simple and can be done in a matter of minutes. Pros The site provides a very concise and user-friendly way to search for events, as well as help event coordinators advertise. Eventbrite is easily the most convenient listing site to use compared to others. Being able to easily integrate with Facebook Events is also a huge plus that has helped my business events reach a wider audience. Cons Managing events from a separate Organizer app isn't the smoothest process and I have found myself needing to go back to the main Eventbrite app for information not found on the Organizer platform.
