We will continue to use Eventbrite's platform moving forward. Pros Eventbrite makes it easy to organize and market events and the platform handles the registration process. Our organization has used Eventbrite multiple times and have had great success managing all aspects of our business events through the platform. It has saved us a lot of time. Cons Eventbrite is very much a self serve platform. They don't offer a lot of support, but the platform makes it very simple to manage all aspects of your event planning and registration. Cons The transaction fees are quite pricey, unless you're hosting a free event, so I would definitely recommend doing your research before blindly using Eventbrite for your events. November 26, 2018 4.0 Overall I like the idea of Eventbrite and it somehow works decent enough. (at the side of customers buying tickets the site is perfect and you'll have your tickets immediatly in your mailbox after paying). But from a seller's perspective I think they could've done a way better job at making it simple and easy to use. Pros I like the fact that you can just set-up an event if you're organising one. Everyone can sell tickets for their events and that's a good thing, makes your event available to a large audience so you could probably get more visitors by putting it on a website like Eventbrite. Cons When you are selling tickets you will have some trouble solving everything. I remember having a lot of trouble with changing events and the available tickets. It's my go to place when trying to book a show or other event and the interface is super easy to use and runs really smooth. Cons The only problem I have with Eventbrite and all similar platforms is the gauging of pricing for resale tickets. Not to mention the convenience fees and other fees added once you're in the checkout. Your tickets can jump from one price to another price in a heartbeat so you have to be aware of that when purchasing. Review Source Rich C. Also, our registrants found this to be the most intuitive registration process of any other system. Cons There are some missing features including integration with the main website in WordPress or other CMS systems. However, there are also plenty of workarounds available. It is the best event management tool ever. No other software is easy to use and set up like this one. I like that you can send email notifications to all or just a portion of your registrants. You can easily keep track of tickets sold and manipulate those controls. And I like the analytics that help you know who is buying and when. Great product. Pros I like Eventbrite b/c of the way it integrates with social media. I can set up my facebook event page and have the option for people to buy tickets right there without having to be re-directed back to eventbrite. That is super helpful and makes us look really professional. Cons I don't like that you can't really customize your event page. I think that was a recent change b/c you used to be able to manipulate colors and fonts for the page, but now the colors automatically generate based on your event header image. Always a great experience. Pros I can purchase and RSVP to thousands (even millions?) of events through their site. But most importantly: I trust them. Having used some shady sites and getting scammed, Eventbrite is a breath of fresh air. I like that I can add the event directly to my calendar too. It's easy to get work events promoted and send RSVPs Pros The fees are super reasonable and I can buy and display tickets right on my phone through the app. Cons Absolutely nothing. January 16, 2018 5.0 Pros I use Eventbrite a LOT, for a lot of different types of events. I love that Eventbrite can be molded to match a lot of the events I'm doing. Some are free events where I need to collect user information, others are paid events where I have to collect dietary information for meals, and other events could just be a place for me to collect payment for a collective order. No matter the event, I've found a way to use Eventbrite and save myself so much time! I use to use internal spreadsheets for everything, and accept mailed payments. Thanks to Eventbrite, I can share a link and move on to the next task on my list! Cons Eventbrite can do so much, it's really irreplaceable. I think something that could take Eventbrite to the next level is a seating arrangement function. I think they have the ability to allow buyers to select their seats, but I have some events where I assign seating. It'd be great to take the registration list and assign them a seat, all on Eventbrite. Cons It's still a bit bothersome to update event description, ticket count - as there are multiple layers to go through. Pros I love how easy it is to get everything set and have you event or workshop public in such short amount of time. They make everything from customizing it, to payment mega easy. I would really recommend this software. Cons What I didn't like was that with the new regulations some things are a little tough to follow with each state having their own regulations. We are growing and its time to move on. Pros We enjoyed using this platform because they do allow photo and video integration. They roped us in the first year we worked with them by assigning us a an actual representative, but that quickly changed. Cons It feels choppy because each event has to stand alone. They don't necessarily link together as one large event if you are trying to build out separate events for each day or time. Horrible customer service over time. We finally started to pay for their equipment and they didn't answer their phones or emails during our event at all. They also sent equipment that is not compatible by most standards to modern day technology or building codes. They did not seem to care about the aftermath of losing money for our event. I was very comfortable with picking an event to go to and finding a good price. I literally had no problems at the gate so I would say it was awesome. Pros What I like most about Eventbrite is that it is very easy to use simple and straight to the point. You can easily purchase tickets with no problem. Seating is very easy to choose also. You can find plenty of events on Eventbrite and get tickets for. Cons There is no features that I feel are missing as of right now. For every event posted you should be able to get seating together if you are bringing another person or a crew. Sometimes it may be hard to find seating on the same rows right next to one another. Pros Mi piace molto la facilità con cui si può cercare ed iscriversi ad un evento. L'opzione di filtro è molto utile per risparmiare tempo e funziona bene. Cons Non ho avuto problemi al momento.
