### "Quick & Easy Organized Tickets"

Overall I really like how organized Eventbrite is. It is super quick and easy to pull things up and keep track of events. For the industry we're in, many companies organize their events through this program because its been very trustworthy and reliable. If you really want, they'll send you recommendations of events in your area based on what you order or are interested in.

Pros

I love that you can access anything you purchase online via the Eventbrite App as well. You can add the ticket/barcode to your apple wallet for easy access. It keeps all upcoming and past tickets separated in case you need to look back on things but you don't have to weed through them. I am a huge calendar user, so I also really like that you can add it directly to your calendars. Again hooray for organized programs!

Cons

Occasionally it is difficult to find events unless you have the exact title, but I've only encountered this a few times. I also ran into a little issue with organizing my own event where I wasn't able to really find much help through customer support, and our invite emails were going to our guests's spam inboxes. No one was really able to give me a solution for it.

It is an astonishing stage for occasion enrollment and the executives. It could in fact be supposed to be a free collaborator who helps plan occasions and connect with enrolled members.

Pros

It's easy for attendance to reserve a ticket.

It take a little bit knowledge on technology in order to use the software effectively

Eventbrite is a tool that can effectively assist with delivering messages of the owner to their target audiences. As an audience member of quite a few Eventbrite webcasts, there is nothing about the tool that would distract from the owner's messaging and it is easy to make changes or impromptu polling events on the fly. If I were to host such an event, I would be interested to use Eventbrite as a hosting mechanism.

Pros

I have attended many webcasts that use Eventbrite software as a hosting tool. I have always been impressed with the quality of conferences using Eventbrite. They have easy to deploy polling mechanisms and display good, timely graphics and results. It seems to be easy to use and invites users to be able to update a group slide. Sound/connection quality is always good and the tool seems to be very effective for hosting meetings.

Cons

I didn't really have any issues when attending Eventbrite - many of the events I have attended were in the personal improvement area, and each one seemed to go well. I did not get to see any uses of Eventbrite where you could interact with other attendees, but that is more due to the nature of the events I attended than a feature within Eventbrite.

Many of our staff has enjoyed free trainings registered via eventbrite. We have been able to network and gain new clients too

Pros

I have been priviledged to attend life/business saving trainings related to my industry, some free and some paid for. This guys has done a great job giving us a platform where we can search through useful events and pick and chose which to attend.

Cons

The search feature isn't so great. Having to type in all data for payment is exhausting. Haven't been able to process refunds for events that failed to hold, I think you guys need to hold funds in escrow until events are confirmed to hold, so that refunds will be processed trough eventbrite and not organizers

My account got shut down in the middle of a series of events that I had published FOR FREE - I wasn't charging to get people into my online events. Before I published any events, I carefully reviewed terms of service and nothing in my ads promoted anything that violated those terms of use. I wasn't promoting MLM, even though terms of use didn't identify MLM as a violation. I always showed up and feedback from attendees was appreciative of the value I was offering. There wasn't even a sales pitch to buy something from me in the presentations. But my account tickled their unpublished portion of their terms of use. I complied with EVERYTHING in their written terms of use. But not one person will communicate with me WHY they shut down my account. Now anyone using my ISP also gets shut down without explanation. UGLY corporate behavior.

Pros

Easy to allow team members to promote the event and get credit for their work. Reach of audience.

Cons

CUSTOMER SERVICE - worst in the business. They do not communicate. Period.

Reason for choosing Eventbrite

Reach of audience. But I have now found other resources that are much better in their customer support (meaning they actually communicate rather than email their pre-programmed responses).

Pros

One of the best thing about this website is that I can explore local events. I can also book my reservation and there are a lot of feature like event management and QR code on tickets which makes every ticket unique. Apart from these features there are also a lot more to explore. I am looking forward to use this website for my tickets booking and event management in feature.

Cons

There are nothing bad in this website so I didn't found any cons.

Pros

Easy to use for purchasing tickets, used it a couple times for a couple concerts.

Cons

I purchased a ticket once and it asked if I wanted to add insurance but didn't give a price so I thought it was free, but once I submitted payment it then showed how much it charged my card. that isn't necessarily the best way to handle a transaction, so maybe making it clear on the cost would be nice.

Pros

The easiness of remembering my details is good, also that it integrates with calendars although this​ may be troublesome with ical.

Cons

The notes when it asks to integrate with calendars are not explicit enough. it should also work more smoothly with siri commands​ if it works at all.

I have RSVP'd to many events using Eventbrite and even bought tickets thru EventBrite. The ticket buying process isn't as seamless as the rest of the functionality of the site but overall it works good and is easy and quick to use. The best part is the auto reminders that it sends before the event and you can also have it import the event into your personal calendar which is super convenient. Definitely would recommend this software

Pros

It's easy to use as a user. Just a few clicks and you can respond whether or not you are going to an event. And it can send you a reminder email a day or two before the event so you don't forget. Also on the site it's easy to see all the information - date, time, location.

Cons

If you need to pay for an event thru the software the process is a bit cumbersome.

I love how cheap it is, how personalized it can be, and how easy it is to use. It's easy to teach to others in the organization and works well "on the ground" at events.

Cons

Sometimes it can be a bit confusing for those who are registering and all the events look the same, which makes it hard to make your event stand out.

A surprising feature that I love is that you are show similar events to yours or ones that you attend. This is very helpful for getting the word out about our events as well as seeing what else is happening that I might be interested in.

Cons

I know some people on my team had trouble with the functions and as a non-profit organization we have limited funds to spend on things like this.

Eventbrite makes researching, learning about, signing up for, paying, and managing a range of events easy and fun!

Pros

Eventbrite is a great platform for learning about any type of event in any location (social and work-related)! It's so easy to register for something, purchase tickets (i.e. make a payment), add details to your calendar, receive alerts/updates about the event, and access a ticket when entering a venue. I'm an avid runner and Eventbrite is often the software of choice. I appreciate how information can be stored as well. Makes signing up for events seamless!

Cons

I can't think of anything that I don't like about the software.

Eventbrite allows the convenient connection among people to visit events and make reservations and bookings. The ease of use is unparalleled and allows one to browse efficiently through a host of events .

It would be great if the events could be more efficiently sorted according to the distance from your location and the layout of the app could be improved upon for a more customer friendly experience.

Pros

I have never set up an Eventbrite event, but I have RSVPed and purchased tickets to events as users. I found the system very easy to use, with a clean interface and simple checkout steps.

Cons

I dislike the general trend toward connecting all social media accounts everywhere, so I don't like when it asks me to create an account for a one-time event I'm attending, or to "sign in with Facebook!". I understand that engagement and social metrics seem to be important, but as an end user who values my privacy I find it occasionally annoying.

I've found that simply creating Facebook events has about the same results without any of the overhead costs. While it's easy to set up, it doesn't leave a lot of room for customization.

Pros

Eventbrite has captured the market. Because of this, it works, which I like. It's fairly easy to use and set up events.

Cons

This software doesn't work well for small businesses. It takes too much of a commission considering what it's doing.

Pros

We like the ease of attendees to register for an event, as well as the ability to make customized questions on the ticket form.

Cons

We don't love the look of the automated templates and reminders that are already built in.

Pros

I love using event brite to get an accurate count of how many people will be attending my events, it’s easy to use on the back and front end.

Cons

I dislike the fee that eventbrite charges to users when creating $ based events. I understand it’s how they make their money but it’s what I like least.

Eventbrite integrates all of the necessary features you need for your event. Marketing, ticketing, payment processing and follow up surveys. It’s also incredibly easy to setup and send messages to attendees.
