My favorite thing is not having to worry about printing tickets or digging through my bag to find them when I check in. I just pull out my phone, show my ticket, and done. Pros Once set up, it was quick and easy to create our events and when we wanted to host a similar event afterwards, we could use previous events as templates. Cons One thing we have found is that the text formatting on Eventbrite for making events isn't great. Pros As an alternative to Ticketmaster and AXS (which were overwhelmingly expensive and difficult to implement) Eventbrite is the perfect ticketing and RSVP system for a gathering of any size, be it corporate or artistic in nature. Folks can easily download the app, register or buy a ticekt and present their ticket from their phone at that point with little to no hassle. Cons The layout of the site could be confusing at times where an unititated user might be confused as to where their tickets were as opposed to other features within the app. In other words, navigating the app can be tricky due to a slightly poor design, but if someone simply keeps their "tickets" page up, there should be no problems. Student Education Management Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Eventbrite Review" December 21, 2021 5.0 Pros I really like the Google Pay/Wallet Integration with the Eventbrite App. When I was booking the tickets to a event, I had an option to choose Google Pay at the Checkout option and it saved me time and I used the Credit Card added in the Google Pay Wallet instead of asking me to enter the Credit Card Detials. Moreover, the other best thing about the software that I noticed was that, I was able to save the ticket details in the Google Wallet. When I reached the venue, I just opened the Google Wallet and there was a barcode which was scanned at the Gate, and it was done. There were No Paper Tickets, no pdf's, no emails, no use of other apps. Just one Google Pay app, and it was done. They also have a free app that makes it easy to sell tickets and promote events which makes things super convenient. When people Google search for nearby events - Eventbrite is always #1. As a company, I love the ideas that they value and the way they've been able to innovate with online events. Cons Once the event is listed, it can be a bit tricky to change things like dates, availability, etc.. Pros Eventbrite is easy to use and easy to set up. It's easy for our clients to sign up for our events. Now that we've been doing more online events, it's been great that they have a page for that. The email reminders that I can set up and send automatically are super helpful. Cons There are a lot of features that you can set up so there are a lot of options to remember. Pros We used Eventbrite to help plan a concert. Eventbrite is more accessible to smaller events but allows for large-scale planning that is unobtainable through other services. The interface is streamlined and easy to use. Cons Although the service allows for either the planner or the attendee to absorb the fees associated with ticket sales, the large fees in today's ticket sales sector are unfortunate.
