ProsSF allows us to manage the sales planner on weekly basis, SF allows us to schedule meetings accordingly to the weekly planner. Allows us to sync the contacts irrespective of cloud storage. Allows us to sync mails with Email which is configured accordingly by the company. Allows Seamless reports to generate in order to project the Sales, Revenue and contacts. Most likely the the Different stages of sales cycles. Align team to followup with the client. Customised commercial allignment. Approval metrics for commercials. Creating Groups to follow us. Posting pictures of the event. Data of all the followup mails and agreements can be stored
ConsThe way it looks its so simple. First-timer gets annoyed with the option seen on the dashboard.

“I use Sales Force on a daily process. It is invaluable to keep everyone integrated together.”

ProsI love how you can set "tasks" keep all customer information and accounts together, and anytime you need to look up a conversation you can record it is at a touch of a keyboard. It also keeps your accounts all together, and the use of taking credit cards is unbelievable. You also can make your own reports which is invaluable.
ConsSales Force is a behemoth. In other words it can keep NBC straight because of all its functions; however, you just get used to what your company needs.

“Quick and easy to learn.”

OverallEase of project management.
ProsThe permanent records are nice so we can look up orders / issues / billing / account information, etc.
ConsThe calendar feature is cumbersome. It doesn't seem intuitive and when the reminder pops up it often doesn't open when you click it. Can only get back to the calendar and the reminder from the home page.

OverallIt was nice to have a software to simplify CRM
ProsExcellent for data gather for customers and marketing efforts. Automating the entire process from marketing campaign to customer selection.
ConsCan be subjective, and ignore some elements which are not easily measure or quantify.
