SFA allows you to improve customer services, this software can be customized to reflect the company's processes. Has shown great usefulness during the current pandemic for a remote workforce, everything is updated in real-time. Someone at home will see the same information as someone in the office.

Pros

Is a great tool that allows for contact management which allows you to track and build up a complete history of interactions, sales, and other activities. Also allows for task management, you can set up new tasks, reminders as well as creating sales leads. This tool allows for cloud app integration, which in the long run, increases overall productivity and efficiency.

Cons

There may be a lack of communication between departments if not properly integrated with customer service management. Meant for B2C sales.

Pros

I love the visibility of the platform when it comes to the cross-functional teams. Where is a sales opportunity, Platform has everything you need to be prepared with all the information.

Cons

Standardized functionality offered by the Salesforce is sometimes not enough for some of my large enterprise clients, as their model works differently and doesn't align with the SF model.

SFA acts as the main interaction point of our sales and account managers. All sales/leads/opportunities are recorded and managed in SFA along with hierarchies. Great tool for handling enterprises business segment of the company.

Pros

It has plenty of great features in built that we can use straight forward as well as allows easy customizations of components and adding process flows to match organizational requirements.

Cons

Would be best if can simply the UI bit more to avoid confusions specially for first time users trying the product.

SF allows us to manage the sales planner on weekly basis, SF allows us to schedule meetings accordingly to the weekly planner. Allows us to sync the contacts irrespective of cloud storage. Allows us to sync mails with Email which is configured accordingly by the company. Allows Seamless reports to generate in order to project the Sales, Revenue and contacts. Most likely the the Different stages of sales cycles. Align team to followup with the client. Customised commercial allignment. Approval metrics for commercials. Creating Groups to follow us. Posting pictures of the event. Data of all the followup mails and agreements can be stored

Cons

The way it looks its so simple. First-timer gets annoyed with the option seen on the dashboard.

Pros

I love how you can set "tasks" keep all customer information and accounts together, and anytime you need to look up a conversation you can record it is at a touch of a keyboard. It also keeps your accounts all together, and the use of taking credit cards is unbelievable. You also can make your own reports which is invaluable.

Cons

Sales Force is a behemoth. In other words it can keep NBC straight because of all its functions; however, you just get used to what your company needs.

Overall a very positive experience. A great to tool to have for managing sales in specially medium scale and large scale companies.

Pros

Accounts Managers' life is made easy withs SFA. It comes with a full package of sales and leads tracking, lead conversions, revenue monitoring and all sort of reporting and dashboards that makes Account Managers' life much better and easier.

Cons

As a first time user you have to invest your time on learning the tool. Also might have to seek expert knowledge on setting up.

Pros

Great tool to manage and track enterprise sales and operations. We use SFA in collaboration with pre sales and post sale workflows which gives a seamless-flow from sales lead creation to sale fulfilment.

Cons

Has a learning curve for a first time user.

Cons

Can't really say anything bad about sales force, we wish there were a few additional features available but nothing crucial to our business.

Ease of project management.

Pros

The permanent records are nice so we can look up orders / issues / billing / account information, etc.

Cons

The calendar feature is cumbersome. It doesn't seem intuitive and when the reminder pops up it often doesn't open when you click it. Can only get back to the calendar and the reminder from the home page.
