Ease of Use
Pros: They handle all translation issues from our help desk to and from our service vendor.
We now have 100% integration, much better response to our store issues.
Cons: They don't know how to help people like me sell their service to non technical management.
Overall: If you are having communication/translation issues from your help desk to your service vendor call these guys. They can figure out how to make it happen. We struggled with store number translation issues until they came along.
